It is like pyramidal scheme but pyramidal scheme is still obvious but late investors also lose. Ponzi scheme and high yield investment programs are the same because late investors lose. They lure investors because of high returns by telling them lies about fake products they are selling or fake services they are rendering. So, the entrepreneur hide under this not knowing by investors that all are lies.
There are red flags that must be taken for someone to avoid such schemes.
