Title: visible edit time stamp on a post

I've been wondering about this for a while now and I've seen a couple of times when I'm browsing through the forum using my phone. how is it I am able to see the timestamp of an edited post on my phone but not on my computer? is it possible to also possible to see the timestamp of a post when it is edited on a computer? TIA!

On computer, hovering mouse on that post's publishing time will show last editing time. On phone, it will be automatically displayed.

The editing time will be shown if you edit your post more than 15 minutes after its initial publishing time.

You can just hover your mouse on that dotted line in a desktop browser to see the date of an edited post in a tooltip text. While in mobile since hover isn't working for a title tags attributes as a tooltip, so theymos decided to do it that way, I forget the thread where he introduced that feature here in meta.

I see I thought I have to enable something on my profile for the last editing time to be shown. thanks!
