I see the address where they sent you the token looks like an Ether address, why don't you try to import the private key into another wallet like imtoken or Metamask and then you try to move the tokens? What verification exactly are they talking about? I just want to remind everyone about IMO Exchange. Avoid cases like me, they will take your money anytime.
