In these days of economic crisis, employment and jobs are important topic. I've checked many projects, crypto sites and made a list of 15 jobs.

Coronavirus already shaped many aspects of our society. But let's talk not about the economic damage which COVID-19 brought and will bring, but about some opportunities. As any crisis brings opportunities, now you can see that those people who work and can work remotely have anti-fragility, while many other people suffer from the loose or pause of their jobs.


Last times I was checking different cryptocurrencies, I checked of them from Top-100 Coinmarketcap list (and of course I constantly visit and check many other project, and "Top-100" is definitely not the main criteria for my crypto-interest).
May of crypto projects, foundations, associations have job listed on their sites.
I went through all of them, so I just scrolled, some read in details, and even applied to few)

Here I want to present you the list of the most interesting jobs I found. As I don't know when you will read this post - the jobs might change and vary. You know that crypto world is vert dynamic. So while I'm writing more jobs are created, and some vacancies are closing.

It won't be surprise that most of jobs are for developers. Often companies don't have open jobs, but mention of their web-site that they are constantly looking for talents and leave their e-mail. Some companies and crypto projects don't have Job or Career section at all, and some use headhunters and freelance sites like Upwork to find employees.

So these are 15 projects, 15 employers - it's only small part of the whole blockchain ecosystem. But even from this list you can see that there are jobs, therefore - opportunities for personal growth.

I think this thread is a bit offtopic, these 50-100 jobs have zero global significance, so it would be more suitable for boards like Services or Project Development or Bitcoin Discussion. Anyway, I know from practice that jobs are very scarce in crypto field, and now with a lot of people getting unemployed due to the virus, there will be even more competition for the jobs that we have.

I agree that there will be more competition, but the links I provided show that jobs in crypto are not scarce.
Of course it's a matter of comparison. There are way more IT guys who work for banks, but those who want to find job in crypto - there are always open opportunities.

With millions of people getting unemployed due to the spread of the global pandemic. Many jobless are seeking other side hustles and indeed you can find this most jobs in Crypto space as the financial crisis worsen many companies even remote jobs that invested or using fiat based salary's are getting bankrupt therefore pushing people towards crypto.

True! Such number of jobs don't have any global significance. However, we have to remember that blockchain technology is just 11 years old and it started gaining traction since 2018 only. So we can safely assume that blockchain releted jobs will see higher momentum in near future once this COVID-19 crisis is over. Whatever we are seeing in the market now, is not the actual picture of the economy. This crisis is temporary and once economy is back to track, a lot of unemployed people will find their way to employment.

Do you have any proof or information that those Altcoin projects actually pay?
If I was a blockchain developer/programmer,I would be very cautious before I join such projects.
Nobody wants to work hard for X amount of time and get paid 0 dollars in the end.
I'm not a programmer so I'm not interested in such jobs.Good luck to all blockchain developers,who are currently seeking for a legit full time job.

In these times of crisis, being in a quarantine with no access to the oustide world: jobs and opportunities, it is good to have these kinds of tips and information for us, especially those who really need ways to earn money for their own needs and supplies in a crisis like this because, we should not only rely from the help of other people and the Government in our country, we should too need to strive more to survive this pandemic. Even as a small timer only here, I am thankful to have this opportunity to earn extra money by posting for my needs and stuffs.

This can be an alternative for those developers that don't have actual work while on lockdown if their companies didn't allow them to bring their jobs at home.

Yeah I think it too, unemployed people who are eligible for the position that needs to work from home might be interested on the job offerings especially to those who attend in physical office of their company.
The coronavirus is getting severe so might as well save everything up from working until it is available, we don't know when we are going to find the cure or vaccine on this.

This is what everyone is thinking right now. And qualified people might grab the respective opportunity that they can take as long as the payment will be guaranteed to them.

Don't think of the degree, think of being qualified because you are skilled and show it to them.

Sadly, degree is a must here in crypto/blockhain field, If you really want to have a job that have a good salary then, you must have a degree. Most of the reputable company are asking for it, Information technology or any related field will do. What I know that doesn't need a degree is jobs are those which are related to art or being a graphic designer cause what you need in that is a portfolio.

It can be a requirement for most of the companies but if you truly are skilled they could spare you for that requirement and send you a probationary period.

IT is changing, innovating and the things that you have learned in the school and up to the moment you graduated upgrades as well so they can give you a consideration if you truly are a worthy candidate.

if you knew a friend that works on that company your applying with , maybe they can spare you up even if you are lacking on some requirements but as long as you have knowledge on the job that you are applying for  .

also IT related stuffs can be easily learned on the net because many infos and tutorials are now available   . anyone can become good at it if they are dedicated to learn and educate them selves online  . the longer the year we have the better oppurtunities open for bitcoin and cryptos section  , also blockchain as well  .

As long as we have not finished with a COVID-19 problem and the repercussions of continuing the lockdown, many companies will not want to contract for long periods with more employees, and the market will be promising for those who want to hire, and therefore the best investment now is to teach yourself more things and thus you can compete in the future.

To work in the field of crypto/Blockchain, you do not need a certificate, but to know what to do and thus more training will make you better.
Finally, this crisis highlighted the positive role of online work the extent of confidence in it.

Many companies lost money due to the impact of Covid-19 and their targets were no longer achieved so the dismissal of employees continued until the pandemic was truly completed in the near future.
Turning the brain is the most important thing where we will work alone with investment in crypto that is controlled by trading daily, short-term investment, I think this is a good thing for all of us who experience dismissal from the company.

Cryptocurrency is the best investment at the time of this pandemic but the market has shown positive results where our profits will be seen if held.

Not everyone can work in this area. This requires knowledge in the field of cryptocurrencies, and knowledge of application development and other things. Therefore, one can really say here that this is a drop in the ocean. Need more jobs, and with a wide range of opportunities.

As for our quarantine duration here, our president decided to extend the quarantine since the cases are still getting higher day by day. The market is still intact but how long it will sustain that phase? this is a crisis and investment is the sure key to survive in the future but how will you survive now? Companies and businesses are closed and with that employees are having no income and just relying on what the company and the government will provide them. Government cannot just print money and give to its people. This will be a lesson for all of us that investment is a treasure in emergencies. Crypto will get bigger in the next few months after the pandemic is cured.

Reputation? I guess it is the vital key you need coz every one can say that they earned a lot through trading or been in the industry for so many years.

11 years is a pretty long time in the world of technology, for example most Javascript frameworks weren't even created back then, but today there are millions of jobs around them. But this isn't the case with blockchain, and developers themselves are very skeptical about it, according to multiple big surveys conducted by Stackoverflow and other companies. Blockchain will never be a big field, it will either disappear completely or will shrink to some very niche uses.

for 2020, maybe the work on cryptocurrency cannot be done by everyone, with the reduction in potential projects currently making many people lose money. only those who are really thorough can do it and can survive here, I don't think the current conditions are suitable for spending all the time in this line of work, it's better to have another job as well

I think Xapo and Exodus also have some open positions. I can remember that there was this open position I saw on Xapo for QA specialists and the good thing about Xapo is that most of their open positions are remote jobs, they employ workers from around the world and you can work from your home. That’s really nice, it’s not every company that does, just a few of them.

There are lots of other positions that are open in Xapo, then Exodus also have lots of open positions for software engineers. Luno also has open positions, but I noticed that you will have to be working in their office, so their jobs are not remote jobs. They have office in UK, South Africa, Nigeria, and some other countries. Another crypto company that has open position is Blockchain. Only Xapo and Exodus are the ones that I have seen that are offering remote jobs.

I do think the post is off topic but at the same time I realize you are trying to help the community members , it is actually hard to find a job like this , some of these jobs might not be suitable for the work from home basis.

It is better to use your experience on the Internet than to learn Whatever you do with your talent that will bring success in life  We cannot learn anything after the book. This is only for a temporary period. But bitcoin and crypto jobs are going to improve a lot in 2020 Although the crypto market is good the price of Bitcoin will rise This is why success is possible only if you have to learn something by researching knowledge from different companies.

You can just participate in bounty campaigns to get profit. Because to work on these jobs you need a lot of knowledge. Programming, web, code, etc... With zero experience in those ways of work you won't get any job

If someone has proper knowledge about each position of that jobs, he can try to submit his application to them so who knows, and he can join with one or two projects which can help him to make money with them. I think with the pandemic moment this time, and many people stay at home, many companies will open offers to people who have skills so they can work with that company. Besides that, we are in the millennial era, which the technology grew fast, and we can work from any place we can, as long as we have an internet connection.

Today while the pandemic outbreak is still active we need to do something to make a passive income because we itsInot quite good if for over two to three months you do not have work and income it is like you are lazy on your house and doing some household chores even this is helpful still it is better to have some job that is related to your skills and knowledge not only just it is available you cannot enjoy your work if you do not have a will to work hard.  Also, some of the bounties are not legitimate and it is risky if you waste all of your time into a project does not real. Today there are a lot of open online jobs you can apply to make sure you can be productive and helpful not just to your self also to your family too.



One of the common job today are all about related into the world of technology which is good for the millennial and to the Gen Z which is most active into the world of internet.

Which jobs are you looking for? Which jobs you would like to have?

There are some legit jobs in line with crypto that is being offered but mostly it would be a physical job, like working in the office and being a part of a blockchain project, some sort of that stuff. You can also have work from home based job in line with crypto but I doubt you could easily get a position since we have many people that is wanting that kind of job set up. I've been seeing a trading job, where someone is hiring you to trade for them, there are chances that it might be true but the chances are higher that it is a scam.

That's not correct because there are actually some online job vacancies where people with laws and finance experience offer their service as project advisor or legal guardian. Although, programming, front end/back end and code are the most available job offer these days and that's because we're in the computer age.

Those jobs listed are only good for people who have deep knowledge on crypto, or those who have already shifted their career from traditional line of job to crypto. In situation like this, those people who have skills will not be affected as all they have to do is just do an online job and they'll get paid while they are still in quarantine or in lock down. I wish I had that skills, but no.. it's just me, I'm a crypto enthusiast, proud of that but no skills like what it's required on the job being offered.

Participating in bounty campaigns requires posting skills too. You would also need a lot of knowledge to do it. Additionally, it's not that easy for new comers to build a ranked profile in a short time in the way to join sig campaigns, thanks to merit system.

Jobs in those crypto alts need more than we may expect and it's not that easy to find the desired profiles. This is why offers are still available since a long time.

A very impressive compilation of list jobs, you've done an effort here. I really appreciate the effort in sharing this information about job opportunities in the crypto world though, it probably suitable for everyone like me who works in a different field. Rest assure after this pandemic and when the economy started to recover individuals who lost their jobs may again find a new one or can go back and work again to their employer.

Anyone who had work in these fields or still planning then they can find this thread really helpful but for now, I'm going to pass on any of these really not my line because it deeply need a crypto knowledge and skills. Sadly people who are really in need may not apply to any of these jobs for we may have our own skills that are not in line with the crypto world.

Nice post buddy, as of this current situation, many people are now unemployed because of being quarantine, and to earn money while we are home we should try some online jobs that we can do even we are home. These crypto jobs are really helpful because aside from earning money you will be also exposed to some information about cryptocurrency.

Many people tend to find ways to earn money because I think we are all now need to do something to have money because this pandemic virus has been affecting so much our economy and most of us are now getting lack of money because this virus is almost 2 months and I don't know what will happen soon to our economy if this will live longer on different you try.

We should try those crypto jobs, so we can get money even though we are home, let us all make our time be productive.

Honestly it will get bigger and bigger and bigger. Right now it is definitely more compared to 5 years ago, and it will be a lot more 5 years from now as well. Which is why I think people should be focusing on improving themselves, if you improve yourself starting from now, you will definitely be capable of finding a job eventually. It will not be easy, it will take time, but at the same if you do not start from now, you will never reach there.

So, if you are saying it will take years before you can be employed in crypto jobs and don't start because of it, that means you will not really be capable forever, however if you really start right now, definitely will be able to reach to that point one day. That is why I suggest everyone to pick up some career in crypto today, work free if you have to but you will reach to that level eventually to get paid decently.

It will be risky to rely only on the job the crypto brings and this is because it is scam prone. You can give your all but at the end, you get scammed. This is one big issue as it is not regulated or registered and so scammers can't be held. This is exactly what has been happening with bounty hunting and some managers are known to promote scam project at the mercy of participants.

These are not the only ones, there are so many and I've been lucky a few times to get a cryptocurrency job on LinkedIn. It wasn't really a cryptocurrency job, but the company asked me whether I accept Bitcoin as payment and I agreed. I was able to carry out the job and got paid several times with Bitcoin and it's really one of the best experiences I ever had with Bitcoin.

The job was a remote job and I never had to go to their office to work, just staying at home and doing my business. I have also seen a few open positions on Xapo website and the coolest thing about these jobs is that they are also remote jobs, and they employ people from every part of the world ,as long as you're qualified for the job.

There should be more expertise in work like this but few people know about how to operate programmers because not all of us can do such things, I will reach what I can. I am sure that this year there will be more work in difficult applications such as above but I am not surprised there are definitely people who will find themselves to be the best to do the best.

Just from looking it right now I can see smartcontract is looking for some people there for security engineering coincover is looking for some couple positions as well and if you go back enough you can see even genesis is looking for some people as well.

So, on that website either the big companies knows about the website and put it there themselves or some other people see it and post there or there is a automatic bot that searches for these companies and posts automatically. I don't know how it is but you can find awesome companies there all the time and there are plenty of remote jobs that actually pay a decent amount all the time.

Of course relying alone on crypto jobs cannot fully sustain our basic needs so it would still be good if we have our own stable job aside from crypto. But since we are facing a pandemic at this moment, it's still a great option staying at home while making an income from crypto jobs.

There are actually a lot of opportunities in crypto however, as what has been said by other, it requires degree, skills, and expertise for you to be able to land that job. Not to mention the competition, there are already a lot of people who are into this field. The chances are slim, you will have to create your foundation and experience just like any other jobs to get better opportunities. Lucky if you will land a job in a established project.

Talking job with bitcoin and altcoin only available for every one have much money to start trader or investing first, how come you can earn some profit with bitcoin and altcoin trading if you have not much money to be your salary when trading or investing.

Yeah at the moment trader who have decent job might just do a full trading lifestyle since most of us are prohibited to go outside without a reasonable facts. But I do not count the trading as a job, why? because it is more of like a business since you do buying and selling, you are just acting like a store with so much risk in it. What could be a job that is related to crypto is into computer science, programmers, IT, software engineers and any computer related jobs, not just being a trader is a job. imo.

well of course by making payments using bitcoin and other cryptocurrency can provide convenience transactions between various countries, so it's better to keep trying to find ways to grow assets in the form of cryptocurrency with very large numbers so that it will give you a lot of advantages.

I don't think OP started this thread with the intention of hiring anyone for a particular position, so I'm not sure this belongs in either of those sections.  My impression is that OP just wanted to highlight some crypto-related job opportunities, which probably might look pretty attractive to some who are locked down in their homes.

Unfortunately, I'm not a marketer or computer- or blockchain-savvy enough to take advantage of any of these, but I do find all of these interesting anyway.  On the other hand, I do tend to think that the coronavirus's effects on the global economy are not going to be permanent and that people will eventually get back to work.  A lot of the layoffs we've seen are because businesses have been forced to close.  Once they're permitted to reopen, I would imagine they're going to need their employees back.

This is a good initiative taken by these Blockchain-based cryptocurrencies to help people while they stay under quarantine in their homes. Zilliqa is one I can vouch for personally since it gives a broad scope for its members to do micro tasks and get some reward. I will have to check the others out.

At least, people who have skills in some field can try to send their applications to related jobs they want. If the candidates are qualified, they will be part of the team, and that means, they can earn money again in this pandemic. When there are more crypto jobs available on many websites, I think that can resolve the problem for the people to search for new jobs. After all, they can not work at their office because some of them are losing their jobs.

It would make people learn something before they can apply, and they need to have experienced, so their chance to be accepted will be bigger.

To work in such businesses we need in-depth knowledge about the technology. I see they are just hiring blockchain engineers or programmers. There seems to be no chance for me, I'm a financier and only good at investing.
Besides, working with these businesses is also quite risky. because you only work from home and can't meet them to negotiate about salaries or some bonuses. I am quite concerned about this.

I think these jobs are pretty attractive for those who are interested in crypto. And during lockdown the opportunities increased as crypto companies moved many vacancies to remote.

Coronavirus effects won't be permanent, but I think in some areas companies will understand that remote work is completely fine. For example crypto company finds somewhere remotely and he or she works well. Then lockdown will be lifted, so the company will keep this employee, and won't look for somebody new in their local area. At least if that employee works well.

I remember my first payment from my team in 2018 was made in bitcoins for a python project...
By the way...As far as I know there are already some companies paying with bitcoins in China and these are not even remote jobs since you physically go to the company. Since bitcoin price is a little unstable some people prefer to receive the payment in fiat and old fashion way. But in my own idea, soon, most of the companies will pay their own employees with crypto currencies.

We may see some changes in coming time as many thing after Covid is done things may change and so quite possible that some of the companies may switch to consultant instead of having full time employees and the payment could be done in the crypto currencies in some countries or to some people. We need to have more and more companies to start promoting this payment mode.

Blockchain is broad and not only the technically inclined people get to work within a Blockchain-based company. There are vacancy for financier and financial advisors. With the negotiotion of salaries and other incentives, it is possible to do that. Set up a ZOOM or Skype meeting and it is as effective as the one-on-one approach to negotiate.

Yes, blockchain tech is not only for programmers or blockchain engineers, there are a lot of other positions for freelancers, you just need to look around and patiently browse crypto related sites offering jobs. Definitely, the risk is always there as you can't negotiate personally but you have the comfort to work at home anytime. If you feel that the site or the project will not give you the compensation as agreed, you should strategize from your end. Like for instance, you will not complete the task if they will not pay at least half of the salary and the rest is up to you how you will negotiate things.

Pandemic caused millions of people to lose thier job. And those unemployed persons need to seek and find another new job to continue earning for their family. This post can help to those with ability and knowledge with the specified job. Also ,now that we still in pandemic problem ,crypto works is really a great help.

During crisis pandemic covid 19 many people lost their job and bitcoin or crypto become good solution how take and get job right now, you can use your mobile phone and browse what job do you want. But you need patience when getting cryptocurrency as your job because there are not specific detail how much do you get every day.

But as far the op has put up the advert for some crypto related jobs, how can the job be guaranteed to pay people who have done a job there?. We know for now that crypto jobs are still filled with scam from ICO bounty level. So it will be very risky to put up with such jobs that you don't have guarantee for payment.

If such jobs are tied like with the forum for escrowing payment, then it is better to do that way.

My previous post about Crypto Jobs got both many views and a good amount of feedback so I decided to make the updated list. I will update crypto jobs list from time to time (maybe once a month) on Cryptotexty website.

Since i'm very interested with crypto job I'll share my comment about the topic. In mt own idea the @OP could also link us the knowledge resources required for the crypto related jobs. As far I know in order to works as a developer in a crypto related company first we do need some blockchain knowledge and then we can start with languages such as Solidity.
However, I think the old school developers should start working with blockchain and cryoto Because I believe soon we will see much more available jobs the for the people who want to work as the crypto developers with huge amount of salary.

Many are currently losing their jobs in this difficult situation. However, government employees are a little better. But the situation of those who are working in private companies is deplorable. Bitcoin and crypto jobs are a blessing in disguise as most people are in private companies.
Another thing is that since this job does not require a degree but rather a skills test, it is a great platform for everyone.

Actually, in my personal idea It's much better to start with C family and C++ because the language is much more flexible than you think. However, Learning a new programming language is just about the syntax the structure is same and the algorithm you need to use is also the same.
Getting back into the topic, I see there are many available positions for the community managers but in the other hand, the people who usually apply for the position don't have the enough education even about this simple position. I suggest every one to do some more research and get some education before applying fore the jobs.

Exactly, there is no security or steady, reliable income when it comes to cryptocurrencies connected jobs. That is why they are good for side jobs and extra income not as a job you need to live from. However, because of pandemic many people didn't have any other opportunity so crypto related jobs were at least one solution to overbridge the situation. The offer is also better because of pandemic so I think many people will try their luck in such jobs.

Yes, good plans. As for me, I'm learning Python and Haskell, but not to become a programmer (it's too late) but better understand the technologies, differences, work process. Also I'm learning cryptography
Learning some basics can help in technical writing, in speaking with developers, understanding articles, and might help in one of the future projects.

Regarding community managers - that's simple but often time-consuming job. Basically the person should be interested in project or cryptocurrency and other additional knowledge can be obtained easily.

I think crypto jobs is not fit for everyone looking for a stable kind of job compare to other online freelance job it will be difficult for a beginner to understand the nature of crypto specially the volatility of the salary. In this period of time there will be large influx of jobseekers will go online and look for alternative jobs and expect a wide competition but of course those who have greater experience will probably get the job first.

You have a good list here, and I am surprised that some of them are still open till now :o. I got interested in the one of IOST marketing position, and I just bookmarked it now, will get back to it tomorrow and see if I would be applying for it. I have even seen a lot more other jobs on other platforms. I can remember seeing a Quality Assurance job on Xapo and I applied but it didn’t work out.

I really need a good job especially at this difficult times. Another thing I have noticed these days is that companies are mainly looking for developers/engineers. This skill is in high demand these days, and it’s really something people should be learning.

These jobs are only applicable in certain countries due to the lack of knowledge of different countries to venture into the Cryptocurrency Industry. Jobs relating to Cryptocurrency or Blockchain Technology would be really helpful if they are backed by the government because it needs to run well for it to help the countries economic status.

You need to build the right skills to find the right jobs, employment is there and you will get the job if you have enough skills.
Failure to diversify your skills and restricting you to traditional methods will lead you to lose money because you will lose your job and will not qualify for a replacement job in a short period.
Diversification of job skills is better and it is better not to try to rush to find a job but rather to diversify the skills.

Implementation of knowledge about bitcoin is very hard, especially if some people in your country don't have the internet to have access to it. Obviously, jobs that are related in cryptocurrency is not for everyone, most of the programmers or any computer-related course fits in here. Actually jobs on blockchain-based projects aren't permanent, it's temporary. It's similar to those jobs that are for hires like web development or management, and only a few programmers will remain after the development, for the annual maintenance.

So maybe developing internet service on 3rd world countries will definitely help the people to freelance in the Blockchain technology industry, it's a huge opportunity.

The global pandemic also hit hard on exchanges which is certain that many will also lose their job over there. All the vacant positions available on the exchanges you mentioned, won't be able to employ more than 1,000 workers. To me it seems no employment has been done globally if the employ such amount.
There's no harm in trying, someone can be the lucky one to get employed. The payments will be huge

 its also not possible to employ a thousand worker and not even a hundred can fit on a single exchange site   . its different than a regular company where they can hold many workers because of the kind of jobs they have   . applying for a job is tough today but we can still try  ,  just dont expect for a big pay when you dont have a job yet  .

You've got a point here. This line of work is not for everyone. I mean, we have different kind of skills and this field requires vast knowledge in order to be qualified. But for those who are just starting, blockchain-related, and other IT jobs are great opportunities. It was a good list, though. This is also helpful for those who want to pursue their career in this path.

As the pandemic continuously spreading all over the world, Crypto jobs is an exemption for all the losses in many forms that covid-19 had caused. Growing individuals are now turning to Blockchain/Crypto Industry to find their luck as they were aiming for survival.
This is just awesome that despite all this crisis, we still have a great industry that offers highest paying jobs that we can actually do at the comfort of our home. And yes, there is always good out of the bad situation and thanks to Crypto world, we can still earn, eat and share our blessings to others.

I think so too, crypto jobs are kind of a safe haven during the pandemic. Since most jobs are now to be done from home instead of the office. The crypto community becomes so much more attractive. For me it's only small amount I can make with cryptos but it's a nice addition to my poker bankroll. I am happy for everyone who can earn a living with crypros. The more jobs we have in the community, the faster our coins will grow.

nope there are no good room to profit.because majority of company are scams.

There are many websites like crypto.jobs that constantly gets updates, they have a new job offering about once a day at least and usually more than once a day and there are thousands of people applying for jobs there as well. Obviously jobs like blockchain developer and other stuff takes a lot less applications because those are jobs that requires specific set of skills and there are less people who can do that.

However jobs like "telegram moderator" and so forth that we just grew to get without really needing to study anything gets like 5k+ applicants at the biggest number I see because it is easy to apply and even if you are not the best you could just try your chance compared to not even having any clue on how to be a developer. So you could definitely get a job, but it is a very high demand sector.

This post was great and helpful for those who needs bitcoin and crypto job which here in the forum. They will find it easily and if they are willing and suited for that work they can apply easily even though there are other sites that also posting job opportunities to apply.

I believe this will open up several opportunities for those who need a job in crypto. I started checking several thing related to the announcement of new job vacancies that can be accessed by the community, I got job vacancies and hopefully you are interested here in applying. Its my first time to notice that Coinmarketcap dose really have this kind of section on where someone can find up jobs which can really be done remotely.
As i had checked out where it currently has almost 20 jobs at the moment (if im not mistaken). This is really a sample that we are indeed going to have
some relevance when it comes to crypto jobs. Adoption is on the move and blockchain tech is getting some attention now where its no surprise that
there would be demands on specific skills which are would really be and advantage for those who had really those prequisites.

After reading the names of the vacancies, I realized that many vacancies require people with extensive experience in any field of activity, I strongly doubt that a person with no experience in the cryptosphere will be hired to develop cryptocurrency.

Having comprehensive experience in the field in the major shortcoming for every new stack dev and content writer that is looking for a remote job and the best way to start is looking for new/uncompleted projects that are looking for a team member. However, i look through Komodo offer they seem not to require for years of experience.

The more genuine an online job is, the more it is hard to be accepted and get paid. It only works for those who have experience and specific skills or talents. It is really hard to work in online specially for those sites that paid in a montly or weekly basis. By the way, thank you for sharing these crypto jobs since I am also looking for an opportunity to get employ online. However, I think there is only a small chance for newbies to be accepted.

Blockchain-related jobs are becoming a trend these days and we might see more offers of it in the next future. Since it has many benefits on a business, they are now studying how to apply to their company. It is also a good career to choose if you want to expand your knowledge about this field.

Thanks for sharing this crypto job listing OP I just notice most jobs they are looking are web developers which I think need a lot of experience and knowledge or skills if you want to be hire I dont know if this companies have high standard when it comes to recruitment overseas for online jobs but for sure they will select the best and has impressive portfolios.   

There is something about growing industry that takes up a lot of people under its wing and growing together, there is really nothing that could stop you from getting a job as long as all you care about is finding a job related to crypto field, if you are not looking for a specific thing you should be finding one fairly easily if you look and apply all the time.

Obviously there are very advanced positions that would pay a lot of money and it would be incredibly rewarding as well but there are also jobs that you could do like freelancing or bounty hunting and so forth which would be nothing that big of a deal and could find one everywhere, hell airdrops could be considered a job if you work hard on them enough. Hence I believe someone very young right now could grow with crypto world and could become a very successful career for them for a very long time.

Having solidarity coding skills would probably best for anyone who wants to boost up their blockchain career. It could land you a lot of projects including the existing ones and the new ones that are coming. I wanted to apply for a job on some projects too but the only skill I have is graphic, I'm not even very good at it. I don't see many crypto companies looking for these skills as they are just looking for freelancers for a short period of time.

that's funny though. i can agree with that. looking for airdrops and participating them can be considered a job as it will consume a lot of time and effort accomplishing the tasks involved. some newcomers in crypto started their journey from those airdrops and giveaways. up until they got good grasp about crypto market. so i guess not bad also for crypto community because those airdrops/giveaways will somehow attract some noncrypto users and eventually convert them to crypto users. because some of them only learn crypto via socmed channels.
but when it comes to crypto-related jobs, it depends on your skills or expertise. you can be a beginner or expert but that should not hinder you in trying out those jobs avail, if you are really looking for it to generate addtl income. but dont expect that every job will pay as per agreement coz some of them are really unprofessionals

With so many people got unemployed due to the pandemic, it's best to find alternative way of earning money and that's what i am doing right now thru online jobs. Before i have a job and used to work online just for extra income but with the unprecedented pandemic i am now making it a full time job temporarily while at home together with my family. Doing my free time on bounties and crypto airdrops also helped a lot for filling up the gap as an extra work and hoping to get some good paying bounties before i can get back my real corporate job once vaccine is available soon.

I guess You meant Solidity instead of solidarity. Yes it's almost one of the best options actually to boost-up a blockchain career with ethereum and smart-contracts.
Programming skills in general are the most wanted in the blockchain field. So you can boost your skills in graphic design with crypto projects too. It would simply need to go with simple tasks before to know where exactly to start.

It is really high level work and it will be difficult to collaborate and work with them.
Most are hiring Backend Engineers and Media Partners, or at least we have our own community. this is difficult for us to accomplish. It would be nice if there was a separate bounty hunter recruiting list to market them: D.

I prefer bitcoin Job than crypto. Crypto is warming up to pump as never before in the market according to research which is still giving some investors hope that crypto will still increase before 2020 end. The pandemic gave a big lesson and the value of the job. Importantly people learned to live with what is available than going for sophistication. Few of my friends who are in the information technology learned better about the value of money, because they earn handful and spend without much of savings. Now job cuts and salary cuts have given them the true learning of security fund for unexpected needs.

Most of the projects do actually pays but not in USD but their own token. The backdrop is if the token get dumped after payment, it might not really worth the remuneration and you have to wait long. Nevertheless, what if the price of token rise up after payment, it is a win-win situation

Pretty scary thing because you might be working for nothing at all. I wouldn't really be happy with playing with chances that the price might go up, it is an unnecessary anxiety to be honest. If I were given a choice, I would rather go for a half and half for the salary. I would be okay with that compromise instead of not getting anything at all.

There is a supreme demand of blockchain developers so that is a highly regarded career option if you can learn and invest time to learn it.

That is also the reason why BTC price is doing so good because people are now recognizing crypto more and more with time and it was about time that the price would go up. There are people who are good analysts and they earn money by selling market signals although I am not sure if any of them are to be trusted.

It is not going to be easy to build yourself to a crypto hire-able person but if you can grind and learn and improve and build a portfolio while doing that and gather some fame and grow bigger and bigger over course of a year, you could find yourself any job you want. It requires talent, dedication, and specially networking because as long as there are no people who can vouch for you, there are no ways you could get famous.

I understand that some people are against working for free, but that is not the way it starts, just because you think you deserve money doesn't mean that you will be hired on your first crypto job, you should try to look for free stuff that would get your name out there, work for free for few jobs and when you get more famous you could ask for money later on.

There are ways that you can consider a crypto job, but in order to be able to do that, you need to be well-informed about everything in cryptocurrency. You can be an investor in which you can actually put your money on a certain project by supporting them, in return they can give you assurance that your money will grow, but not all the time because there are times that a project fails, that is why you should be careful on supporting a project. You can also be a trader, in which you will buy a certain coin or token and you will sell it with a higher price to secure your profit, it's not that easy because we all know that cryptocurrency is unpredictable in terms of value.

I haven't looked at your links in detail but I know there are some websites that pay in bitcoin. It's a lot like futile work. Invest is the first thing in the crypto world. Secondly here you can trade. Thirdly there are some coins who provide stack, meaning earn from sitting. You will be paid for the work, for that you have to be very skilled. You have to work hard to make a portfolio. Many of the given websites pay USD not in crypt and manpower is very small.

This is a sad reality that we need to resort to online income to make a living, that’s crazy a distopian we would return back to the primitive lifestyle, build your own house, farm your own chicken and milk honey and food, that’s more sustainable you would have less worry about can’t provide food on the table, I know of those guy who live on the online income, they can’t even have a proper meal for themselves everyday but depend on the food bank to supplement their food, yeah they’re hardly self sufficient, if that’s how the life in a simcity they have already game over for a millions times.😂

There were quite a few freelancing sites that used to pay the income in Bitcoin. But that was many years ago, when I started my journey with cryptocurrency in 2016. The ones that come to my mind are XBTFreelancer and Cryptogrind. The payments were low, but given the rise in exchange rates, anyone who had accumulated coins back then would be really happy now.

There are crypto jobs this year and it also requires great experiences and portfolios in order to win the hiring competition with everyone. It's once in a lifetime opportunity especially that we have to work online to stay away from covid-19 and for sure many people preferably working at home during this times. We just have to level up the game in order to land with the job we desires.

That is the point here, people could work from home for any company in the world, and that brings the world into an online and global level that ignores all the borders that governments put themselves. You think England and Malaysia too far away from each other and someone from Malaysia would have hard time finding a job in UK? Wrong, why? Because bitcoin made it clear that if you have the talent for it, you can get the job, there is no more jobs just around the corner.

Back in the day all the people you could hire were the people who lived around you that can travel to work and go back home every single day, now you have 7+ billion people who could work for you, that is the point. Obviously at least few billion won't be available but having 1 billion pool of workers to pick from is still awesome. Bitcoin managed to fix the financial parts of it as well to make it simpler to hire someone.

Explore the job search engines. Lots of jobs associated with blockchain is available. People aren't skilled enough in my view, because job opportunity that has listed months back are still in the active job available section. Programming skills are the much required one on blockchain related jobs. Apart from development based jobs we've got more and more number of marketing related jobs. When getting into marketing related jobs, make a back check. There are more people hiring marketing candidates for scam promotion.

It is all about how you can present yourself, branding and networking are the two most important things and having a portfolio is even better. So what you can do, find whatever talent you have that can get you a job, do it yourself for yourself, is it social media marketing? Open up a social media account and get bigger, is it coding? Code something and get it bigger, is it design?

Start a design agency just yourself and sell stuff, do it for free if you want to get more people, basically start doing it right away and build a whole portfolio, doesn't matter what your talent is, do it yourself, maybe spend 100 bucks at most doing it because nothing costs more than 100 bucks to do it yourself. After that you can approach all the jobs you see and show them what you have done so far, they will check it and it will be easier to hire you looking at what you have accomplished so far.

Real difficult to find crypto jobs on search engines, most that are on the top are either scams or nothing but useless schemes to make the owner more money. In my opinion, the best way to find cryptocurrency related jobs is in this forum, the Services board is a good place to find one, although it will be difficult because there is not a lot of jobs and the applicants are high making a employer favored competition so you will have to be careful in sifting through. Another thing to avoid as @KennyR said is the scam promotion, projects that does not promise anything but will cause the person that promoted and managed it take the fall.

I never heard about "Bitcoin crypto jobs". Do you have any proof or something informative which proves that they actually pay?.
I've already wasted a lot of time and money on such jobs.
Actually, I don't believe in it, they're nothing but a Ponzi project I am happy with bitcoin's services/projects.
Investing with bitcoin and forex trades is more than enough for earning crypto. I am not going to click any of these links.

Blockchain technology is now becoming popular all over the world working with blockchain technology to keep pace with the times. Many people have found work through blockchain technology the demand for crypto has increased a lot although many people have lost everything due to the increase in the number of scams, they are still avoiding scams by analyzing the various sites of the forum and finding ways to earn in crypto. A good platform for crypto work by applying adequate knowledge and skills many projects are being added that are looking for work.

The OP was just recently updated so i believe that this is helpful not only today but for long term a those are big companies that's looking for you.

If you fit for the qualification then you can have the Jobs and also will learn more for future preferences .

There are many many type of jobs that you could apply if you have been in the crypto world for a very long time, and you could start by doing something for free if you want and grow that into something much bigger in the end. However one thing I am pretty sure about is that anyone who starts learning about how to code would be quite well off in the future as well, it could be solidity for example, learn how to write code in solidity and you will definitely become someone who earns a lot of money, if for nothing else you could make your own coins and try to get richer by doing that.

Also believe it or not digital marketing plays a huge role in crypto, if you learn how to do it and become good at it, you could be part of any coin team and promote them and earn a lot of money doing that as well.

We are on a high-tech era which its understandable that related jobs will really be more in demand including those blockchain based ones and in fact there are already universities
that do include blockchain into their curriculum or does have that dedicated course for that one.

When it comes to crypto jobs then its no surprise that this would be on increasing numbers due to progress and development of blockchain, It would really be requiring those individuals on having these kind of degree.

There might some jobs open already while some would be obviously full and closed by now. I really appreciate OP putting so much effort into the article and the links, really nice to see.

I saw blockchain.com also had some jobs recently in some regard but not 100% sure what that ad was and what was the vacancy. I am not sure but some people might want to have a look there - https://www.blockchain.com/careers they have some jobs and I believe allow remote jobs such that you can sit at home and devote your time towards these jobs. They are one of the oldest sites I know since my entry in Bitcoins world.

So many projects are coming daily that if you have decent skills you can get hired easily by some project in this crypto space.

Saying people aren't skilled enough is wrong because those who are skilled are already occupied into big companies and others might not be checking this thread so they would not know if there are any such opportunities. Its similar to how I want to sell my old car and someone down the street wants to buy a car but neither he knows me, nor do I know him. There are enough workers and employers but there needs to be a platform to connect them with one another.

All these freelancer sites are so crowded that anyone serious about their business or an employee who respects his skill set won't bother getting dragged to the mud and get absolute joke of a salary. Literally as any job comes there are hundreds of guys applying at dirt cheap prices which not only brings the value of the skills but the quality of work the employer gets is terrible too.

I believe one first needs to realize what kind of job they could do in crypto world, if you are a developer learning solidity to become a good blockchain developer would be great, but if you are a designer there is no reason to learn developing all from zero right? So, that designer will find another work related to it. We are going to find something that is going to be a lot different, we need to find something that is related to our jobs and if you are developer you become a developer and if you are a designer you should design things.

I personally write, and I like writing a lot so that became my job, you could find community management more fun, it allows you to socialize with people which I have hard time with but some people love it. So, basically figure out what you can make money from and just do it, first it might be hard to find people who would be willing to pay for it, but later on when you do it long enough for free, it will definitely worth money eventually.

I just join but came across this popular form. not sure if it is still active but I get the feel that there is some bad information about jobs in the space.

True, there is some scams, but there is also genuine good projects that are hiring people.

If you go on services like AngelList or BeInCrypo, you can find legitimate company hiring for crypto, web3 and blockchain roles.

There are also things I have explored like bounty platforms like Layer3 (https://beta.layer3.xyz) and more high-level freelancing platforms like Thirdwork (https://www.thirdwork.xyz). In an area where scam is still a problem (I found lot of them on Upwork) it can be helpful to have some facilitate and build trust.

And of course, better only go with reputable projects that have real people, news, funding. That much is still true.

It must be admitted that Bitcoin continues to improve and open up great opportunities for anyone for earnings, many things and jobs that are increasingly varied after the emergence of Bitcoin, and the easiest thing that is done is mining, many people become New Millionaire because of mining.

It had become a career for many and that's why people don't look down on the crypto market anymore. They can make fun of it but the opportunities that it has given to many were a great thing for them to realize that this is a real market, a real place for opportunities not just for investments and assets but also for jobs that can help any person pursuing a career on it as a living.

We are in the era of crypto currency and more opportunities will be available for crypto users and with time those who are crypto gurus and enthusiastic will get hold of lots of opportunities.
We are in the digital phase of the century and many people who are into cryptocurrency just ike the regular influencers, traders, investors, tutors will gain more soon when many countries started adopting the use of crypto currency on a regular basis.

In this case, actually seeing the jokes, especially when the decline occurs, is just a joke because so as not to panic too much about it. I always use this joke with some of my friends especially when the bitcoin price hit $17k a while ago but it's not meant to make Crypto look bad but just to relax the mind so it doesn't focus too much on panic because when something like that happens it's really stressful overshadowing myself ;D So jokes like that are sometimes necessary.
Now Crypto is in a trend which is quite good because a lot of people know about Crypto compared to before even though the current price is still not recovering.

Even though Bitcoin and blockchain are 2 different things, Bitcoin is what made the proliferation of blockchain happen as well as making it popular.  It would be interesting to see how many jobs Bitcoin has created in crypto- I guess forked coins should count too, as well as blockchain.

It's really stressful upon seeing the decline but if there's a way for you to remove that stress through joking with your friends, that's okay. It's a way to ease the feeling while we see the dump.

It's still in a trend and will continue to have it because people are now more interested to learn about it and the opportunities that it has got that they've never seen before.

Because indeed we have no other choice and this is actually much better than continuing to fall just because we continue to think about something that is certain to happen because when there is a significant price increase, it is clear that we already know that there will be a significant decrease as well.
So joking like this is clearly more to make the mood melt than continue to be hit by panic.

This is a good thing because when something like this happens indirectly, it is clear that more and more people will know about Crypto and I think this actually makes the trend better than before.

Cryptocurrencies have been proven to create a lot of new jobs, security systems, data analysts and marketing are the most needed for a project, with such positive benefits it is time for the state to immediately legalize cryptocurrencies.
