Are there any plans where Pre-IEO will be launched? or if the target fund or softcap is not reached, will the duration of token sales be extended? and when will the bounty campaign be released? I think with a softcap of that size takes a long time especially now that conditions are not improving.

I have strong opinion that it will be held in citabit exchange, after all that is an exchange of their own, so they can do it without pay fee to another exchange. What I see is it's very rare to see an IEO that go success on its own exchange site, but I hope this one is different.

this is actually their challenge here, because of the pandemic situation not many crypto users have the luxury to invest on blockchain projects and thus, projects have the difficulty of collecting funds from the community. this project has a lot of IEO stages, but I don't think it will help in attaining their goals here. I believe it is better to reach out private investors in order to raise their necessary funds. they should not rely from the community at all.

Even before its hars to collect already funds for any new blockchain projects. So with this current situation, what more they can raise, Im not saying they cant since people dont want to invest money now due to crisis its a well perect time to buy, but for newly ones not a good advise better to focus on established one such as bitcoin or any major altcoin.

Can we know which exchange it is? The timeline is important here, while the market is down, you should seize the oppurtunity to launch one.

I hope it will not take place in bad reputation exchange that have a lot of complaining from user. I recommend doing it in an medium small exchange like Probit, because I see so much IEO take place in there right now. Believe it or not, everything has an impact on your project.

I also hope the team will consider it before launching IEO and look for references about exchanges with bad reputation, I see many successful projects after selling on probit and it seems that the exchange is having a high hype :D. But seeing the number of projects launching IEO there, I hope the team can maximize marketing so investors are interested in investing.
