I have been trading for awhile to which I came to a realization that only USD matters at some point. When crisis strikes, its the USDT that we kept to hedge. When the bear market came and everyone panics, its the USDT that saves us from not losing more than -80%. So when you trade keep this mindset as always and you'll not lose by holding a coin in unusual times.

As trader, you will not always win there are some times the market reacts to a sudden news. What a trader should learn to do is playing safe if a trade starts to go against you, you close such trade if its in your favour don't be greedy keep to your set targets. The first step is having a trade plan and following it judiciously come what may.

In addition to what the OP has stated I think crypto traders need to avoid mixing emotions when trading cryptocurrencies. Also, traders should set targets for their trade and also not be greedy waiting for a particular coin to moon before cashing some profits out of it.

Anyone trading without being confident is not yet a trader. The most important thing is yo have enough knowledge to the fullest. This will be bring confidence and assurance anytime you analyse and take trades.

As a trader or whoever aspires to become a trader, you would need to quickly study the range of fluctuation in the market, because trading is best done in a fluctuating market. Also, you should expect to see win and loss on trading, but while it seems you are losing, particularly when buying low, in the real sense of it, that is not a loss, but that you are accumulating for the future, for s time that the price will rise again. However, when its rising, do not allow greed to set in. Always take your profit when it is available or at your disposal.

As a trader, you must have confidence. But it will require good trading knowledge. And trading knowledge is not made in one day. If you are a good trader, you have to be patient with trading knowledge. However, there is no basis for all trade wins. Big traders do not always win. There is no system that can take 100% of the winning trades.

I think cryptocurrencies traders should stick to demo trading platforms for the first few months of their journey. Sure, you'll likely miss out on some profitable trading opportunities, but you will also save yourself some money when you inevitably make serious mistakes.

Okay, yeah whatever you said is partially correct, but no, they shouldn't always be thinking about making profits. If one keeps on making strategies for  profit, then there might be a time where he will have to deal with a situation where he will have to make perfect exit with minimum loss, but won't be able to do so since he had never made any kind of exit strategy.
My point is, instead of thinking about profits only, try to think about the other aspects too. Try to think about what to do when you suffer huge loss. Try to think about the "mistakes" that you might make or have made.

Dunno if it's some psychological stuff or I simply don't have the luck and gift of being a trader, but no matter how confident I am, whenever I'm buying a coin the market goes bearish and whenever I sell it goes extremely bullish. It happens every single damn time so I just gave up trying. Like all my trading history from 2013 'till today is a history of missed trading moves.

My last investments are now worth less than half of the money I invested. I might just happen to be the unluckiest one out there and miss every single damn trade.

I have been trading through different markets earlier from forex to commodities, from stocks to crypto and i have found out that what ever your strategy is and what ever is the level of your skill you are still going to see bad days and weeks making losses, so there is nothing as good as daily profit.

Just try to determined the decision that we will take it based on the chart is not enough. We must also learn a lot about how to determine the fundamental that will be affecting the price of crypto.

As a trader, you should learn how to deal smart enough in times you win or you lose your capital. Accept the fact that trading is just between the two, winning and losing. But still trade with positive mindset and be skilled enough because it will minimize your losing somehow.

Definitely, we need to be very positive in any way we kind because that's where it starts. If you feel that you are not that confident and can always win, then it will surely manifest it when you do your trading activity. Of course, we can't really say that we are always going to win 100%, because after all we can make a lot of mistakes. But being positive and optimistic that we can win, definitely will be a plus, just saying.

I see people being aggressive, well that's not bad, but be logical and positive but not too greedy. That's why we seen a lot of beginners suffer a lot from the start because they always think that this game is easy, and it's a way to make easy money. It all sums up to experience and learning from your mistakes. The correct formula for you should be found by yourself and it won't necessarily replicate for anyone else. That's a very good motivational post, sometimes I do trade but I have always doubt that I could lose money. I think this fear only exists in new traders, also I'm new. Without lost some money, you can't gain experience in trade. Only huge lose will make you more strong. Always I feel risk in new coin, if anyhow this coin died. Old coin always follow total marketcap situation.

There is one thing that I learned being a trader for not so long, that is to control your emotions. Yes, emotions, I learned that if you are going to use it not your mind or knowledge about trading, you will lose a lot, yes, I did lose a lot but of course, I learned an important lesson and with that, I know how to use or make trades.

Actually emotion can only make you lost the more important thing you better know is the news so you can sell it or buy it earlier when the news you heard might give high impact on the price. Emotion will only came if you make a late reaction even you already have idea about the given news and how these news will affect the market.

This is very important yes. One thing alot of traders do is let their emotions play a part in their trades. When you're trading, you need to trade with the mentality that you should try to sell as high as you can, and if you see an opening, you should try to take it. Alot of people say "hodl!" especially when their favorite project goes up sharply during a pump event / sharp price rise (as an example), but you can often sell on the rise and buy back when the project drops. It's also important to be mindful of events when trading. New exchange listings, coin burns (seems to happen alot lately with smaller projects to boost price), new milestones, etc all tend to affect the price of various projects as well.

As trader we need to believe to the coin that we purchased because we do that we can earn money but  behind that a research can believe you more if you see the advatanges of the coin .

Strong mind is really need of the tradee and also forgetting your emotion is really good because that id the tradere weakness characteristics of the trader that can possible for them to lose more money.

for years, maybe decades before you decide to start spending profit from that. Depends on your mindset you will be able

One of the things to get rid of during trading is emotions followed by greed. One needs to understand trading, learn it before embarking on it because there is alot that affects it such as news etc and therefore when a trade Isn't going as planned the best thing to do is to exit the trade and not try to be smart. Lastly I think no one trades to lose, every trade comes with a good expectations but once it is not falling in place exiting with little or no profit is far better.

You are right, emotions will always make us to loose hopes in the market, even though people try to analyze the market situation, but sometime it will not help them to make a profit. Of course, sometimes the news from the company will not help us to reach our desired target and this will surely create panic for the trader.

Fear of losing isn't easy to get rid off especially if you're starting new. But don't you think it was also an important to thing to know as well? Like you know your position, and the risk behind it that would make you keep on doing better so that you'll be able to avoid unnecessary loses. It's true that traders need to be self-confident and brave enough to make a new strategy by not following others! But it's not that easy all time, sometimes you get confused, sometimes you feel pressure about making a decision! I think every trader should stop trading for a while, it means they should take some break! Therefore greedy is a very bad virtue when you are a trader! So, if you are confident enough to sell, then sell it or do the opposite of it! If you lose, don't fed up or sad because you made profits before, so, believe yourself that you can make it again!

You're right we need to be confident with our decision and dont be afraid to commit mistakes because its part of being a trader and thats how we will learn. But its important to gain knowledge first to become aware of what to expect when you trade, have a plan and a strategy and learn to analyze the market. I rarely find there is newbie trader who have a strong analyst for his trader but he doesn't get profit for every times he entry.

He will still find a lose because he doesn't have any experience. He just guessed the movement price based on his analyst that I think an analyst is not enough to be made as benchmark for all your trading. You need to your experience as well to escort your analyst and I think it will be better.

some traders can earn everyday and they are already skillfull enough and for what is the purpose of day trading  ? its called day trading so that traders can trade or earn daily   . trading is risky but rewarding too  , not unlike to other activities that is rewarding too but the risk is way too much that your chances of earning a profit is pretty slim   . to be a trader yes you need to be prepared for everything because everything is unpredictable , you need to be prepared so that you wont be shock for anything that comes  .

Right i think trade is fear for everyone who's new trader/experienced trader, though mostly beginners go to loss in trading specially for their panic mindset i think, so that definitely you need to make strong mindset and you have to prepare for loss or profit because anything can happen. Mostly, news will make you win the trades however most people already knew that so what can we do to make a difference to get a better trade? Well, I don't know about TA but I am more into the news too but I guess that is the best way nowadays.

First it is important to check the coin image for authenticity before trade. Or one of the most important thing – the size of the coin, whether it's visible and whether you can make some division with it. Because if you can't divide your investment with it, there is no reason to invest in it.

But in the end, don't rely on this check alone and like you said, a mindset as well.

Well,first of all,traders should trade with Demo to understand how trading goes,now once they are good with that,they should learn to read charts so as to know when to buy a coin and when to set for sell.if these are put in place,the trader should now work on his or her mindset so as not to panic buy or panic sell, these will also help traders.

Confidence and positive mindset is absolutely necessary for any kind of work even if it's cryptocurrency trading. I do not agree if the trader's orientation is just to win and make a profit, this can make you trapped in greed. However, we must understand that the market movement is very dynamic, when our analysis misses and loses, what forms in our brain is just how to get profit immediately to cover losses. That could work but it requires a lot of time. I personally as a trader prefer to trade different altcoins each time. I have to say that always setting a good mindset goes a long way but putting at the back of your mind that the trade can go south makes you calculate your risk perfectly before jumping into a trade. A lot of things contributes to making profits in cryptocurrency and all of them plays a vital part, from the reading of the chat, to having perfect control of your emotions to knowing if the coin you're trading is a pump and dump coin and so on.

when becoming a trader, the market seems to hit us from many directions, where our psychological will be destroyed, and our minds panic. therefore as a psychology trader in my opinion is very important, because most traders today only learn technicalities with a larger portion

I agree that confident and able to make analysis is one way to get profit. But we must also continue to monitor price movements because changes in trends affect the analysis that has been made and should also be disciplined in implementing the strategy

monitoring the price is simillar to analysis but i think not all the time analysis can be accurate enough to help you win your trade   . so consistent anaylsis is not really that cool to do but being consistent  in the means of trying again and again after a loose can help you master your moves and learn from your mistakes which is right thing to do as well  .

I agree. As a trader we must have a strong control with our mindset as well as being able to hold into our emotions not to affect that decision making we are going to decide. Always have an optimistic approach at everything and do not doubt your decision into the trading strategy you have made. Always think that you will going to make profit from every trades although the reality is there are risks that can be associated on doing such, like experiencing loss. Always have in mind that loss is part of trading and investment but it must not discourage you to continue what you are doing. If you already experienced great loss, pause for a moment, think deeply and observe on which part you must improve to be able to gain profit the next time you do trading. unfortunately there are many new traders who cannot control their emotions so they are still often affected by the situation of market conditions that suddenly rise or fall, traders should buy when conditions fall or do not have a price increase because when such a potential will get caught in the price high and will make traders lose.

Some mistakes will happen again if we don't take it seriously and sometimes a small mistakes/decisions will lead us to a big problem. Confident on trading will come to you if we already knew every detail, strategies and analyze in the markets.
