Hi,hugeblack,for BTC to PM or other e-currecies,every order will generate an unique Bitcoin address,you pay to this unique address,when it have 3 confirmations,the order will be processed automatically.If you exchange PM to BTC,the PM account is the same one always.This is because Bitcoin and Perfectmony are process by differently way,they are different systems. Of course，if the order can't be processed,you can request refund. Why would I have to wait 24 hours (maximum) if you are not available or offline while you said automatic or semi automatic? I think no one would be interested to use further if you release the payment with being delayed.

I visit them and I find they had a bug with some pairs, crypto to advcash for example.
