As you guys may know me or don't know me here,I've been trading cryptos against fiat or digital currency here on this forum since 2014.I have come up with an idea to build an OTC website which it should be similar like paxful but I have got my own idea for something interesting and exciting.

If your team have experience in building bitcoin wallets and website like paxful, please feel free to contact me through here or my personal instant messengers.

I'm in China and it's better you are from Asia but other countries are all welcome to talk.

Can you describe more precisely what you are going to do? Not about ideas but about personnel. Who, what, what positions and roles do your team need  :D What competencies do you need in your team? I'm in Asia, specifically Vietnam, so I can be useful for your team in some areas. I am very interested in startup projects, good for all of us  ;)

At the very beginning, ill be in need of a devoted technician guy who has the experience of building an otc website.
He should have good knowledge of blockchain wallets (like BTC ETH USDT LTC..) construction and safety maintenance. Know how to safely run an OTC website by using the hot wallet and cold-storage wallet.
What have you done before? Any skills or cases to tell me? I'm :) looking to talk to you.

Well, a bit unfortunate  :D I just learned about programming this year and I really don't have much knowledge or skills yet  ::) Certainly I cannot stand for that position of yours  :D It will take a very long time for me to have the skills and experience to work for your website. This opportunity is for another person, this forum has a lot of talented people, just wait, they will be here with you soon.

How large of a team are you planning on creating? Or are you planning on hiring an already setup team and then providing them a budget to develop?

Do you have a sizeable budget for this, or is this something more that's equity at stake?

I think that the appropriate board is services where you are looking for people for technical development and therefore you can create a topic in the services with a detailed explanation of skills, experiences, any programming language, how to develop and price.

Unfortunately, I do not want to be frustrated, but creating such projects needs trust, and therefore you should be familiar with the developers and create an integrated team that includes people who are experts in marketing, development, and support.... etc.
