Title: Venture capital
Post by: Calvin Gordon on April 15, 2020, 11:57:57 AM
I came up with a profitable start up, kind of venture business. I need to get a seed capital. Any ideas where can I take a loan for a long-term on an early stage?

Why not ask a loan to your family/friends or to a bank? And you come here without any track record?
Did you have a valid collateral? If not it's just a waste of time...

Only 10 minutes are needed to get money from https://maybeloan.com (https://maybeloan.com) and cover your expenses, invest in your own project or current business.

Well, banks are usually a good place to start.
Family/friends are an option too, but that usually leads to issues down the line if the project doesn't turn out as well as you had hoped.

Crowdfunding offers some good long/midterm loan alternatives, and has the benefit of getting you some engagement from the investors - but has its obvious drawbacks of people looking to get more out of it than usual.

Can't say this is the most obvious platform to go and ask for financial advice though - best of luck!

Although money-risking investor are at risk, the potential return on average is very attractive. For new companies or joint venture with a short operating history, usually less than two year, venture capital is becoming a popular source.

If your start up is profitable, I’m sure you could find a loan. If it is just an idea, it is likely worthless.

You should start small first ask your family and friends, plan the present idea and build a reputation worth looking for. This will attract the best investors for sure. Think of serving the people first before the profit because it will only make you a greedy suspicious con man.

I have been tried those venture capital places. The loan is impossible, that all in one packet produce ABOUT 70,2 Milj US Dollars/month. I am then rich man. I hope I find a place, that I can high fence with NATO wire, securitas and "blood dogs" (pat pat). The purpose is to buy that place. That`s why I'm talking about 2-5 million euros. After one month I have a purpose to put 2-4 local taxis on work.

It is hard to start a new business with the loan money because you will have extra hard work to pay that debt, and you don't know if, in monthly, you can pay that money or not. But if you can get that money from someone that close to you, maybe he can believe you that you are going to pay monthly of that money. Or you can search for that loan by giving something to them as a guarantee that you will pay the debt.

Calvin, what kind of business is that?

How much you need for that venture?

Go to cooperatives or any financing establishment that can help you to pursue the venture.

The most usual way to get funded is to go to a bank.
The terms might be strict but if you get accepted this means that you have a good idea and it is worth an investment. Otherwise, friends and family cannot evaluate your idea in total...
