Title: [Warning] Yobit pump and dump announcement.
Post by: ScamViruS on April 16, 2020, 11:07:59 AM
What happened: Yobit pump and dump scam.

Today I received this email from yobit. They will pump a coin and dump it back to the customers. Don't know if there are any such exchanges who pump coins through the announcement. Will yobit ever change their scamming behavior?

I heard about this new pony racing thing from yobit.
They are getting desperately creative for sure, and looking from youtube promoters as we speak :)

Will yobit ever change their scamming behavior?
Nope.
They have 'reputation' to keep  :P

I have also received this email twice in last 7 days, I tried to used the unsubscribe option but as you'd expect from Yobit, it was unclickable  :'(

Will yobit ever change their scamming behavior?

Not until BTC stop existing

I've heard this news on their media channel and actually I ignore this one since I know how shady they are and how far this things could go, People must be more careful on this since for sure they will caught us when we are expecting to much and trap us when they got enough from the people who believes on their fake pumps.

It doesn't matter even if you unsubscribe, they will still send you those emails, they are sending me mails even although I haven't logged on their exchange since 2017 and I never had a balance there.
Do you expect them to stop when they are sending another spam wave less than 3 hours after the first?

Hihi, again you're too optimistic, even without BTC they will simply invent new coins to trade....just like they are doing right now.

As you can see, they are untouchable therefore they can do whatever they want. I always like to say: "why would they stop it if it brings them profit?" Best thing you can do is to spread word about shady practices and keep newcomers out of fraud schemes.

So, what is supposed to happen:

1) they announced 10 "coin" pump
2) people will buy 10 "coins"
3) all 10 "coins" will be pumped" by "community"
4) they will pump 1 coin
5) people will see one coin is going "up" more than other "coins"
6) people will start buying that coin
7) yobit will dump 10 "coins"
8  profit

BTC has blockchain but do you know almost all the coins created by yobit has no blockchain? So, they will be existing even if BTC does not exist  ;D

And still some of the people will not say this is scam method by yobit. I have to know the definition of SCAM once again.

It really is but there are people who takes the risk and some of them end up winners but of course, the majority will lose, they are very open about this and they are very notorious, but remember nothing beats their game, so trade at your own risks people have been warned a hundred times before.

Very nice formula. By promoting such a scam, I don't know how yobit has been in the market for so long. They are even inventing new ideas every day, how to fool people. They may be successful, if not successful, they will not bring new ideas.

And still some of the people will not say this is scam method by yobit. I have to know the definition of SCAM once again.

They have no definition. Even then, they won't admit it's a scam. They will argue with you but will not give you any correct information! Because of them, new traders lose their money by falling into the trap of yobit.

Nope.

Of course they will keep their 'reputation'!  ;D
