NiceHash would be nice if it gets fixed. I ended up getting in touch with them yesterday, they’re going to do some tests and see if they can fix the issue. Official NiceHash rep replied here https://voskcointalk.com/t/antminer-k5-not-working-after-2-hours/255/43 The Bitmain Antminer K5 cannot mine long-term on NiceHash because it does not support extranonce or #xnsub, which basically is what allows them to bounce the miner between different hashrate orders. This is why the miner will connect for a short period of time, but is unstable, along with the earnings. To be clear this is a lack of support of extranonce via Bitmains Antminer K5 firmware, and not an issue w/ NH |
