Title: Crypto Online Gambling Charity Fundraiser for Covid-19 Donation
Post by: DoublerHunter on April 18, 2020, 02:28:58 PM
I saw a gambling platform that has raised funds for helping the medical care front liner in the US.
I always impressed those big companies who are willing to help any frontline people because I am one of them and I know that protecting gears is very important to them.

And the gambling platform fundraiser said,
https://i.imgur.com/sagyFTZ.jpg

We all know that they are the oldest crypto gambling that until now has been existed, I think this is the time to share their profit.
What do you think, a fully established gambling platform like this should need to help and share their revenue to the victim of COVID-19?
Let us discuss below, probably if there is another gambling platform owner who has a kind of heart and helping people.
Nevertheless, let us know other's opinion.

We have also collected this that the [COVID-19] Folding@Crypto.Games ~ 0.5 BTC+ in incentives for a good cause (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5236789.0)

We would like to say Thank you from these online crypto gambling platforms.
FreeBitco.in and Crypto.Games for helping our COVID-19 victim and front liners.

It's a welcome development and I encourage every other crypto related gambling platforms out there to follow the footsteps of freebitcoin. This is a very troubling time and we all should do what's humanly possible to assist those risking their lifes to save the lifes of our loved ones and other. I haven't come across any other gambling sites doing this and I must applaud freebitcoin for initiating this in the cryptocurrency community.

Some additional benefit of this kind gesture is that, it'll also help promote both the gambling platforms and indirectly promote bitcoin (cryptocurrency) to the masses in need of assistance.

And we all need these helps a lot. Actually I've stopped visiting for a while but I will play in there again. I appreciate their help. Hope it will go on for a while.

I support this FreeBitco.in fundraiser..  currently, the price of PPE for medical nurses working against COVID-19 is very expensive https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2020/04/01/protective-equipment-companies-fire-1000-price-increase/.  the most appropriate contribution, for now, is giving PPE to Medical nurses because the spread of COVID-19 has cannot be controlled anymore, we can do now only provide PPE for medical nurses who care for COVID-19 patients..

They shouldnt really make the price higher for those companies who do made these PPE. They are making things even more harder or in short
they are taking advantage of such worst situation.

I really like their approach to collect and donate the funds in the time when the people needed it the most. Regardless of the platform, we should encourage people who come up with these charities and donations. Although there is not much online charity initiatives by other gambling sites other than freebitco.

Good initiative towards controlling corona spread from another crypto related company, but they are just raising funds isn't it? Or they are donating their profits shares with the people's donation to the non profit organization?

Yes they are raising funds but I think the option to donate some of the people rolls there it is easy achievable. It only needs to be implemented by the freebitcoin site.I think we all would welcome this initiative in the time we are living and I think that site has enough money to support in some way the doctors in the fight against the Covid 19 virus.

Freebitco is actually donating 20% of the profit generated from wagering during specific time intervals. The next schedule time is tomorrow Sunday19 April  from 02:30 to 05:30 UTC. The more we wager during this time, 20% goes to the covid19 funds.

Woah, 20% of generated profit is a lot and could've help plenty of people in the world. I'm just wondering where are they going to place it, what country in specific or state and who are they going to appoint to manage the funds. I personally want to help even not financially, I can offer my help socially and I want to help freebitco with this, I'm going to spread this news and join their affiliate program to also generate possible players on their gambling platform.

Why would they donate 100% of their earning ?  20% is still a good amount. Are you donating 100% of your earnings to Covid 19 cause ?
For sure no one can donate everything, only a portion could be sent in donation. This is much better than those who don't donate any amount.

Yes, it's very nice initiative to help in situation with COVID 19 and I'm glad to see that many  crypto gambling sites joined to fund raising to fight the virus. Also, the palyers have the feeling they are doing something noble and for the good purposes.
That also helps to change the attitude of some that gambling sites are only interested in their own profit.

I salute Freebitco for their efforts in this case. I always did like their site except for their horrendous house edge, but what they are doing right now has made me respect them a lot more. Other gambling sites need to learn from these guys.

Do you want them to go broke and end up in the gutter? 20% is humungous by itself. Be satisfied with their contribution.

Fund raising could also help other people that doesn't have enough money to buy daily needs so that those people can survive. I salute the freebitcoin for doing fundraising to help tthe nurses and doctors especially for the equipments and also their food.

The thought that they have initiatives like this is already more than enough considering that they are a gambling website. Ask yourself, how many gambling websites have you seen to run this kind of charity campaign from their house edge revenue?

As long as the funds really go to the right places, I am more than happy to hear about this. Gotta love when things are so major every industry is trying to do their part.
We are hoping on that and I believe the intention for this one is good and we know this gambling site is a good new site. There are more old gambling site and I also hope they took their part to help not just the front liners but also those in need of help. Well, crypto exchange are also making move like this and they don’t need to raise the funds just like binance, maybe its time for a crypto community to give back, we need a strong unity and cooperation to fight this virus.

Great decision by Freebitco.in team. They show us that they care to others and they give a concrete example for other gambling sites to make donations. I am pretty sure that there will be many supports for this donation. The medical care front liner calls us for help now, let's show our response to support this charity fundraiser.

But its better to donate all the funds rather than giving 20%. ;D
20% is enough, why don't just appreciate what Freebitco.in team did?  ;)
It's not the time to debate the amount but the time to support this charity fundraiser.

First of all, it's not their job to provide support or donate. It's their own will so even 1% its a big help.

Second, they are the ones who will do the work and not us. Better just stay put there and no need to asked for more.

Third, the donation will come to a wagered amount meaning they will shoulder it while the users still enjoy the fair reward.

Freebitco is just giving back to the people of what they receive from their gamblers. It is their will to create such a fundraising event and I believe some others did the same (they are just keeping it in silent). Helping one other is one way to encourage front liners to do their job and even work hard for it because a lot of people are expecting their help. Our support gives them strength and for them to know that we are all fighting for COVID.

Helping is not an option but our WILL... ;)

The good thing here is, they aren't literally asking for the community to donate. It will still come to the company's own revenue and the role that people need to do is just gamble at a specific time (April 19, Sunday between 02:30-05:30 UTC).

In other words, people will just do their usual gambling activity while still having chances to win and at the same time, they are helping.

As long as the funds really go to the right places, I am more than happy to hear about this. Gotta love when things are so major every industry is trying to do their part.

Yes, knowing freebitco.in, I know they are true to their words. They build their reputation from scratch and now they give it back to the community by offering lots of promotions bonuses, rewards and helping with the global pandemic problem.

Kudos for this kind of movement.

As an old gambling website which has a good reputation among the gamblers, they did a great thing to help with donating some of their income, and that really worth to the charity. It is always welcome to any company, website, or even person to help and share their revenue to the victim of Covid-19. I am sure the other gambling platform owner will have the same reason to do the same thing as freebitco.in.

By doing this, I think their reputations will increase, and people out there will think about freebitco.in trying to represent or ambassador of the cryptocurrency, in this name of the bitcoin.

It's a good move everyone now needs help especially the front liners, they are the overworked sector in our society now, here in our country so many frontline doctors and nurses suffered from this virus, some of them died but they are not losing their morale, because they are the only one left for mankind here to combat this disease, we should pray to GOD that they will not suffer more from infection and be protected.

This is a great initiative by a gambling site. I hope other gambling sites would also have their own charity programs during this time of crisis. The world should be uniting together to win against an unseen enemy.

I am just wondering how much this kind of fundraiser would raise. The charity amount will just be 20% of the house edge income from the Multiply BTC game today, Sunday, and only from 2:30 to 5:30.

Simply put, they are in win-win situation. Helping those beneficiaries, and at the same time getting the spotlight to promote crypto community at the same time. I think, with this movement, other platforms would follow up, you know people/companies just need someone to initiate first before they do anything else. Anyway, though this site been working up for ages they still didn't forget to reach out and lend a hand to the needy even if the community forget 'em. This crisis, indeed reveals the character out of someone.

But i think as Gamblers we need to contribute as well not only by playing on those sites but to send our own money directly.

But it doesn't need to be on that site because we in Our own countries are facing the same fight so better to Give your donation in your local  community or government institution that  managing to help the frontliners and the victims.

And that's exactly what I pointed out with my statement above, you forget to mention these casino that'll engage in this activities will also benefit as there's every possiblity the media will carry their charity work which will create room for more audience to get to know about their casinos and since physical casinos operations has been shutdown due to the lockdown (to enforce avoidance of social gathering) most gambler are looking for alternative and they'll turned to online casinos. Those offering payment option in cryptocurrency also has fair more advantage over the fiat related ones and it's left for exposure for that to be understood.

Don't get me wrong that the whole discussion has been a selfish one as instead of focusing more on the humanitarian services this casinos were to give out, we're discussing the benefits associated with it.

Bruh
Bruh there's a difference. There are donations specific fundraisers which 100% of the money donated there is fully given for the Covid - 19 cause. The 20% said here is from THEIR pocket themselves, aka 20% of the total revenue, they obtained in that certain time interval. A 20% bro. That's already high enough. We each have our own lives and companies still need to pay whatever finances they have, so donating 20% is pretty good already. It isn't a set amount, yes, but that means it can also exceed a set amount if they ever decide to donate one. This also pretty much helps them in advertising their site since the users funds are in the end being used to help others.

The funds should reach to the ones who deserve them. As you people are talking more about freebitco more than any other site, they haven't confirm anything as yet where these funds went and did they already distributed or not ? The more transparent they become, the better response they will achieve while gathering the charity.

It is not the first gambling site that have a charity give aways.
I first saw a charity give aways  from stake.com they would pick some charity organization that would receive some funds.
But it is always good to see some platform that are willing to send some of their profits to those who are in need specially now that the virus or covid-19 has wreck most of our financial life.

I have account in freebit.co if there's a way to donate my balance i would be glad.
Thanks to this info atleast there is a reliable way to donate crypto because there are tons of scam fundraising sites out there that cyber criminals are exploiting that's why im a little bit skeptical when some site or organization ask me for donations.
I think the Site will provide and not the players?maybe the proceeds from the profit gain from players will be awarded asr the donation.

Its tough to donate any amount of money these days since majority of the world are only focusing on increasing their savings and decreasing their expenditure just like me due to the ongoing recession.

There are very few gambling sites which are providing such services in the current scenario which is why I don't see the requirement for a list. Just google away and find what you are looking for.

It is one of the oldest lottery platforms and it's good to know they are still operating and they even had their fundraising to help frontliners from the US. I hope more platforms even it is big or small will conduct their fundraising charity to help those who are on the frontline or those who are incapable during the pandemic.

The world's richest country needs donation to fight covid 19 and poor countries like Nicragua are well equiped according to them.

What a big joke?

I doubt their motive now!

That's a good move from freebitcoin company, other gambling platform should follow their lead this is the time companies small and big could lead and to alleviate people that needs help right now especially those infected and frontliners and of course those who are out of the job because of this pandemic, I support these companies who take the lead in helping those who are in need.

Good initiative towards controlling corona spread from another crypto related company, but they are just raising funds isn't it? Or they are donating their profits shares with the people's donation to the non profit organization?

The funds should reach to the ones who deserve them. As you people are talking more about freebitco more than any other site, they haven't confirm anything as yet where these funds went and did they already distributed or not ? The more transparent they become, the better response they will achieve while gathering the charity.

What freebitcoin is doing is a fundraiser. As stated in their website, the fund raised is coming from the house edge revenue, 20% of it to be exact. But that would only be taken particularly from the Multiply BTC game on Sunday from 2:30 to 5:30 UTC. The raised amount will be donated to Direct Relief, a charity organization that helps provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to COVID-19 health workers.[1]

As to how much, they have yet to sort it out because it has not even started yet. So far, everything's pretty much transparent. And I guess the intended beneficiaries are truly deserving of such donation. The health workers responding to COVID-19 should be provided with no less than the best and complete personal protection considering that they are the ones who are truly fighting against the virus. They are risking their lives for this battle.

That's a good initiative by them. Maybe it's one of the reasons why they remain in the industry. It's because they also show support towards other world events. It gives the site a good image of their users. That they are not just an online gambling business, but they are also willing to help.

Every country needs help, the government can not fund all of the expenses just to fight this pandemic. And it's great that they are also starting their donation funds for the frontliners who are working really hard. Not only in America, but other countries as well are experiencing a shortage of funds for hospital PPE. Although not everyone might donate, I hope those gamblers who have extra money and are willing to help can donate extra funds.

I don't think they are collecting funds for the third world countries, they probably will donate to poor in their own country. Every one should donate something to help the poor and it is not necessary that you donate it online. you can find the needy people around you , in the neighbors and help them.

This is literally what I am thinking, all of the countries are suffering form this virus, so I think they will just donate that into their own people. Personally, I am living at the the Philippines which is a third world country, I will just donate my money into my own people instead of donating into other countries. It's just for me, but it's better to help you own people first rather than, help others. Let's just hope that this pandemic is gonna end soon. Stay safe everyone!!!

Like most of the users who posted here, I'm also happy that freebitcoin have the initiative to create a charity for the frontliners who are using their time curing these patients.

I would also like to see other gambling sites out there to create a one big organization that will help people with this pandemic. I hope that what freebitcoin did must be done by other gambling sites too. We can help with this though by gambling in their site. They said that it is 100% but even though it isn't 100% (my thinking only) as long as it will help other people then it is good.

Well, I don't think it's a good idea or moral for what many call gambling business/casino to provide relief fund.
Gambling = taking big risk (in my opinion) shouldn't be funding things like this.
For example, it's not a good idea for a ciggrate company, company that sell/buy bad food or company that sell/buy bad things to provide relief.
But it's ok for betting company to provide relief (depending on how risky the company product/service is)... Good/safe betting companies basically.

When it comes to humanity, all people who have an honest heart will donate some of their money to people who need it. Even the bad guys want to give some money too to other people who suffer if they can feel about humanity. So it is reasonable to see if freebitco.in decide to donate some percentage of their income to the charities to help other people. And this time is the right moment for freebitco.in to give their money to charities because they want to help the professional to fight to coronavirus.

Always freebitco.in is an edge higher than others, that is proved once again with their philanthropy. I am not sure how many other crypto gambling houses are working fund rising for current pandemic but most of them are too busy in adding new games or opening doors for investors so that may redeem the maximum lockdown will be released world wide.

I read there is an initiative to support the corporate and other service providers who contributed in terms of financial aids for the fight against covid19 and ignoring all other service providers and merchants. Why not we do the same here? Because, this must be an emergency situation for mankind, and if you cannot be generous right now then when?

I am very proud if there are gambling platforms that participate to help medical care. As we know the role of medical care is very important
to fight the corona virus. Hopefully other gambling platforms will be followed, because it will not go bankrupt by donating a portion of the profit.
Moreover, donating to the needy is extraordinary. Because the corona virus crisis is our common enemy, so it is indeed our duty help each other.
It is not enough that we only expect government assistance,so we need to raise funds to provide assistance to medical care and corona virus victims.

Good initiative towards controlling corona spread from another crypto related company, but they are just raising funds isn't it? Or they are donating their profits shares with the people's donation to the non profit organization?

Freebitco is actually donating 20% of the profit generated from wagering during specific time intervals. The next schedule time is tomorrow Sunday19 April  from 02:30 to 05:30 UTC. The more we wager during this time, 20% goes to the covid19 funds.

At least they are doing something to help people to have some funds to sustain their lives during this quarantine. They just want to help other people and nothing's wrong about that, we just need to support them and let our money go in a good destination. No matter if you lose, just be optimistic that you help a lot of people survive this quarantine.
Probably, they will also donate their profits because there are a lot of people who really need help because the governments are not that planned to allocate the funds to the community and the service of the government is not that fast enough.

But its better to donate all the funds rather than giving 20%. ;D

Actually, I am not having any plan to gamble in that time interval but already helping the people in the way I can who are affected by corona lockdown. :)

Fundraising are good most especially during this kind of pandemic. It doesn't matter how big or small the money you donated is, the important thing is there are people who will benefit your money. This crypto online gambling platform is not forcing you to gamble just to donate but it is based on your emotion and if you want to help other people.

But you're right, it is better if you will give it 100% so more people will benefit from the donations and more families will be granted the help and support from the gambling charity fundraiser. They should allocate the donation properly so that they will be an effective gambling platform who will help a lot of people during this pandemic.

I think in general it is good to see all of these efforts, but I fear there are more scams than genuine efforts, which is why I would still rather go direct to the source and donate my own crypto if I see something I would like to support. Of course, if it is just a normal effort at a place we already play at, then sure why not do it. Like Freebitcoin as OP says, you play there anyway, so why not?

If we trust the site, we will always believe that our donation will spent at the right purpose.

Actually I think that gambling sites are giving donations too, they belong to a profitable industry so for sure they have something to help since thy are not in lockdown, their operation continues so their profit continues as well.

I'd like to donate but unfortunately, I also struggle now.

There are very few gambling sites which are providing such services in the current scenario which is why I don't see the requirement for a list. Just google away and find what you are looking for.
Of course Google is the best way(as long as available) but at least since OP is talking about donating so maybe adding above is helpful for those willing to extend some helps using these sites.
Hopefully all gambling sites will initiate that kind of initiative.

It's nice to know that there is online sites tries to help in this situation. Frontliners sacrificed a lot. They could not easily went home to their family. They cannot hug their children or loved ones when they got home because they are might carrying the virus so they have to clean first. They may got sick. On the other side, there are families that does not eat 3 times a day because they do not have food nor money to buy. We all know we are lucky that in this pandemic, we can still earn money through crypto. We can still gamble if we want to. Freebitco.in must be one of the greatest crypto gambling house and they are proving their reputation once again by launching this initiative of fundraising for covid19 cause. I see lots of other people are launching similar initiatives for collecting donations from this community in services board. These must be highly appreciable act from this community members.

In my country. there are lots of such initiatives are happening to help needy people and I am also contributing the level I could. But, in the past there were lots of scam happened when people collect funds in the name of needy people when there were affected by cyclone/flood/earth quake and even by tsunami by 2004. This makes me to think about helping needy people directly instead of giving out donations to some other people. I am not discoursing anyone nor any initiative and I just talk about what happened in my country. I am sorry if I sound different.

But i think as Gamblers we need to contribute as well not only by playing on those sites but to send our own money directly.
Its tough to donate any amount of money these days since majority of the world are only focusing on increasing their savings and decreasing their expenditure just like me due to the ongoing recession.

If you have something inside you to help people this is not hard becasuse any amount will count and it does not need to be Big money.
i am looking for any chances always like giving to some homeless outside our village.but donating for other countries maybe my next goal because for now it is my countrymen who mostly needs help now.

They are the very first gambling platform I saw that are concerned not just by profit from gamblers but to help those people that are in need in crisis like this. Yeah, it is not about how much the amount of the money but it's more like we care with the current situations and we want to help something to them. Although the amount is not big, I think that can make the world to see that crypto user care for each other, and we live in the same world, and we want to help too.

I think the other platforms did the same and will have more people who involve in the crypto world will follow the same way to donate some to them. Together, we can solve the problem, and we can make something to help them.

First of all, God bless and big thanks to our frontliners who are brave enough and doing their duties for the humanity. I know it is not that easy to handle a deadly virus which is spreading faster than you think, but these healthcare workers are really doing their best just to handle this pandemic properly.

Hoping that the government should take care of them and prioritize the people and those healthcare workers who sacrifice their lives just to help people recover in the midst of this crisis.

People will be glad that there are fundraising charity that is willing to help them survive this virus during hard times. It is not that easy to find someone or people who are willing to help people in times of crisis because they also experience hard times. But the crypto online gambling which is really making a fundraising charity should be accredited by the authority so that they are noticed and people will know that gambling is not a bad influence to people.

What country do you belong?

here in the Philippines, we have a POGO or Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator which I think the government  have collected big money to allow them to operate in the Philippines but I haven't heard they donated, maybe they do but was not published.

Also, we have the Philippine Lottery were the government making billions of money, so I guess the government have enough funds to combat the covid-19.
It's increasing in our country as well, but lower compared to countries that are heavily affected like Italy, Germany, Spain, and USA, and more.

This is a moment accurate and no time to waste. Health professionals in the US and the world are giving their lives to save us.
I recently read an interview with Charlie Shrem on the Coinmarketcap blog and initiatives like this are the way.
We need to spread the word to quickly collect bitcoin and avoid more human losses.

"Money needs to be moved to right now. There is someone in Holland trying to buy 5 million KN95 masks from someone in China, but if that person can't pay the other person, how is that contract supposed to be fulfilled? How is it supposed to be shipped? How are the shippers supposed to get paid? "

I always impressed those big companies who are willing to help any frontline people because I am one of them and I know that protecting gears is very important to them.
I think we have to support this fund raising and I just really hope the fund raise go to the right hand because they deserve our help.
You are right!

For people who have been on this crypto market or to those who do just have work online are really lucky yet we can still able to earn in spite of the
crisis on where the world is experiencing right now.Its really good to see that there are gambling sites that do consider on giving out donation
which would really be a great help specially for front liners who do sacrifice themselves just for us.

i totally agree on this  . i also work online for almost 2 years now and recently during the covid appear and many people are loosing job i then realized that im blessed this kind of career i have now because i can still continue working non stop 27/7 without getting any risk of infection or restriction whatsoever  . along with this it suddenly came to my mind that maybe im one of the tool to help people in terms of crisis like this which i already did  . i help our neighbors because many people are poor here that dont have jobs now . i also gamble and i win often , those winning that i got are also going for them  .

For us people who have been here on this online world for a while now are indeed blessed since we can still earn money not like to those who have
irl jobs.Well, each of us are on a different situation and same as yours i do make up some little donation or help with my earnings. Not that really big
but at least i will able to help somehow.

We all need to consider on helping those people who are in need because it is never simple thing where you dont have a job and money to sustain your living.
Its really inspiring to see that other industries and others do consider on helping.

Charlie Shrem on the Importance of Camaraderie in the Crypto Industry (https://blog.coinmarketcap.com/2020/04/17/charlie-shrem-on-the-importance-of-camaraderie-in-the-crypto-industry/?utm_source=coinmarketcap&utm_medium=alert&utm_content=charlieshrem&utm_campaign=mktg&utm_term=)

I guess they'll have to have an idea about bitcoin so they will understand that it's easy to move bitcoin without any third party, maybe the lack of knowledge about the existence of crypto will make them think that it's impossible to transact, with crypto, you can move money in seconds and the contract is open for everyone. Hopefully, they'll see how useful crypto especially in this kind of situation.

Freebitco.in's action here is truly exceptional I can say. They are the very first gambling platform I saw that are concerned not just by profit from gamblers but to help those people that are in need in crisis like this. With that regard, I've read a little bit about it and figured out that the fund will come from the portion of their profit, if people would like to help, what I think will happen is that, their platform will have more players willing to bet, knowing that they are not just playing, but helping those people in need as well.

Just to give an update how much btc so far they raised up until now and still running. In times of crisis, this shows that even from the gambling industry, one can extend their help. Kudos to freebitco for this initiative.

Well, I really salute them! online gambling platform that will donate or help the frontliner for COVID 19. For me, it is not an issue the percentage of profit that they will give as a donation instead I rather look at their intention of helping. Though it may seem to be a helpful intention it may also be a form of advertisement that will still promote their gambling site. The mere fact that every game and every player to their site would be beneficial not only to the player who will win and to the gambling site that will earn profit but also to those people who are fighting the COVID 19 now.

It is really good to hear that there are gambling platforms that are raising fund to help the frontliners to fight the invisible enemy which is the virus. What they did is really good and it is the reason why every company or business have social responsibility where they should help people in needs especially our front liners and medical workers who are working hard nowadays to treat and prevent the spread of the virus. They can also have good reputation after this crisis because they are able to help and they are only gambling platforms that have that kind of social responsibility.

Im not sure if they would really be minding about reputation after such charity help or act, maybe it would be just a bonus on where it can boost up their exposure because they've done something
into this crisis not only just minding on making profits out of people/gamblers. ;D Its a good initiative though and gambling businesses should really follow up this lead when it comes to donation act.
We do need help specially to those frontliners out there that risking up their lives to fight into this pandemic situation.

You have a point, but in this case, we need to consider the website itself and as I can see, freebitco is already a well established site and built a long time ago, not those that are just new so taking the initiative to help the frontliners is a good intention and isn't hard to trust because of the amount of funds they already have. Imagine, 10 years of being in the industry, we should trust them and start to change our mindset about this site intention to just increase their reputation because in the first place, they are already reputable even without conducting a charity.

We hope that the help can give to the right person who really needs that. In this crisis, anything can help them who are still survive, especially for the people infected with the virus. They still struggle to fight the virus, and with the professional, they face a difficult moment, but we can help them from the other side. Salute to freebitco.in as one of the front-liners from the gambling industry.

Why would they donate 100% of their earning ?  20% is still a good amount. Are you donating 100% of your earnings to Covid 19 cause ?
For sure no one can donate everything, only a portion could be sent in donation. This is much better than those who don't donate any amount.
You guys misunderstood my statement, I am not asking the website to donate 100% of their profits I am asking the people who are betting on it.If they know that 20% of their total lost amount is going to charity program then they can consider quitting bets for that day and give everything to charity itself.

so instead of betting they will not do it instead the money for bets will go directly to donation is that what you mean here mate?

if does so why this need to be in gambling discussion?remember that people are gambling to at least enjoy and trying to win and if you want them to Give the money instead of betting then talk to other section here but not in gambling section because here people are talking about gambling and not purely donating as they will only extend their hands to donate if they won.

that what his trying to say  . donating directly instead of gambling    . that isnt a bad idea to do but people gamble because they want to have fun and profit as well while at the same time while a gambling site will still  dontate some of thier winnings to thier chosen beneficiaries  so its still a win win situation for both parties   . while some are donating directly using thier own cash that not came from gaambling or sometimes thier profit that came from  a gambling site

Sorry, there is nothing to debate because the point is that this site will only donate 20% of their profits in a certain period of time to charity.

The steps taken by this site for charity are good efforts to help protect covid victims and I think as a player on the site, you and others do not need to set aside some of your money specifically for the site because donations are taken from the sites profit within a certain time period of 20%.

The sites effort to raise charity funds is also one of the promotions that will have a positive impact on the site and in other words the site will get credibility and positive value from gamblers. So for all players, I think there is no need to increase the number of bets on the site instead of donating to the victims, although the more profits the site will affect the amount to be donated but the players also need to balance spending money because the pandemic still exists.

Gamble as usual and if you win, the site can still donate funds to covid because there are other players who lose.

This is a very good event to raise the rating of a gambling site and also as a form of concern...
During this time people's views of gambling sites are very bad, hopefully with this covid19 fundraising can reduce the negative public view to gambling sites.

In general, I think nothing has changed from the point of view of people towards gambling sites, regardless of what they can do. But specifically "for players" these sites can be seen as great gambling sites because they also care about the social environment although they are gambling sites.

You must know that, not everyone has the same perception about what you can think of. Although this forum does not prevent you from speaking "as long as it does not violate the rules" you should also consider being able to provide constructive comments on threads so that it doesnt cause debate.

I think that charity has no preference is simply a human action with the sole purpose of helping. We are at a time when we must join efforts to help combat the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Crypto Online Gambling Community could be considered to have human quality and that they can be organized for a noble cause and the advantage that they will contribute with BTCitcoin and demonstrate the usefulness that it has.

FreeBitco.in and Crypto.Games for helping our COVID-19 victim and front liners.
It is always a great gesture and i have seen Stake giving away money for charity in the past and considering this as a global pandemic there will be always a conflict of interest on which country you will be sending the funds if the company management consist of different nationalities.

Gamble as usual and if you win, the site can still donate funds to covid because there are other players who lose.
Great catchphrase  :D.

Well said!

Theres no point on arguing on how donations would be given either be on direct or by means on playing in the site as long theyre profiting then they can allocate
amounts basing on that one.

On the other side, players can donate directly if they wanted to not just to extreme out their betting amounts just because they do know that the site is
giving a donation.

Play as usual indeed.

It is great to see that even gamblers do play a part in serving and helping our front liners at this current situation we are in to. This just shows that playing gambling have something good to do also most specially at times like this that financial support to buy medical equipments is in need for our dear front liners that are risking their lives to serve and protect people from the effect of this pandemic and that is to prevent, lessen or to stop the spread of the virus. Having an event like this which is fund raising through online gambling will serve as a big help for we all know that rich people do mostly play gambling and the money they use on playing at online gambling casinos that is intended for the sake of their entertainment will serve as a help for the people serving our nation at this time. Having this event will be hitting two birds with one stone and both parties will be beneficial in a sense that gamblers are being able to pursue their gambling experience and on the other hand people who are called front liners will be benefited by this act for the funds that will be raised will be intended to be donated for their sake.
