Be Very careful with Double sites most are scammers,  these sites operate in a way that those who are first  to come are the  first to serve But not all-time, the lest will end up with nothing No business strategy, is advised under the Category Consider them as Red Flag Scam with 100%

Also, there are Faceut which scam people different ways probably nothing for free But you have to alert for trusted

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5110020.0 it seems that someone already made a scam list as you mean and also there are a number of other threads you can look for in scam accusations if deemed necessary, your complaint should be used to get the list scam on that sub forum.

That's a great list, but it isn't updated since 2019 may.
It would be nice to have some other updated material. Probably the place for this is in scam accusations (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) board.

Anyone can create their own list but I still consider the scam section as the best thread in this forum, once listed people will become aware and they can comment on the thread, I have seen so many projects busted because they are listed in the scam section, and I like the recommended format in the scam section.

That thread is not yet updated and it seems like there was no list for the scam project that appears this year. There was an example like the bounties that managed by kakatua and mostly of these projects are scam project.
OP must try to start with his own list and everyone can add what they have found.

I know this is dissapointing but the task is hard to locate them all even they got caught they will just create a new one for scamming.

Its good if someone will make a list. You can actually see many scam project posted on appropriate scam accusation section. But I dont know if there is an updated list. If some will do it, this will be a hard and tough work.

Scammers can only be comprehend if there is a system govern by authority on which new project should submit legal documents before starting their marketing. But this will be hard to implement cause many are against on centralized system.

I am tired to make a list. I think people should work on project they feel comfortable. Identifying scam at the beginning of any project is not possible. So, try to gain knowledge and experience first. Don't lose hope. Digital marketers are mostly in risk of losing.

I don't think  Libra Coin is scam project, they even have not run any fund raising campaign. They're meeting some legal issues, after solving them, they will start their project. Big company like Facebook joins blockchain space is best thing we look for.

Never get tired if you want to succeed, all things can be very likely to be identified if we want, only it also requires a lot of time, because getting more knowledge is certainly by working and analyzing, it is not enough to feel comfortable.

Doubler site is totally scam, no need to make a list of those sites. This kind of scheme had been rampant when bitcoin started and I think those who had been in crypto is already aware that there is no easy investment that would give you a double of your investment in a small span of time.
