There are so many exchanges as a whole in crypto market.
Some exchanges are scamming us daily.So i will write about some good exchanges.  i found them very user friendly and their contact support is very fast.

Some big exchanges that i am trading and i use them frequently-
1.Binance-Undoubtly the best crypto exchange.Now they aslo have decentralized exchange.And their security is very strong.Normally i keep my crypto there.
2.Kucoin-Its good but not same level as binance.
3.Coinsbit-Its good and they are improving.
4.CoinEX

Some small crypto exchanges-
1.Mercatox-The best crypro exchange for me and i first traded there.Their withdrawl fee is less and very fast.
2.Livecoin
3.Probit

-Its my personal research and it may be vary from person to person.So you can express your opinion.

As you have said, it's varies individually, people might find Livecoin a scam and shitty exchange, but others makes a lot of trading there and made a lot of money. Binance is on top, because of volume and liquidity, as so is Kucoin and OKeX. Other's prefer DEX though like bisq. So it's everyone preferences and we can't categorised which one is the best because it will be very subjective.

All these three exchanges are scam or have little reputation issue. You should avoid such exchanges.

Every exchange has got varied features that makes the usage of that particular exchange user friendly. From my experience every user has got different needs with the exchange, based on which one cannot conclude this is better and that is better. Almost every exchange has got the same trading pattern, only the trading pair, the execution level of the trade and the volume differs. Easier approach for support is much expected, and this is being offered by most of the top exchanges available for trading.

I think we can categorise which one is the best at various level. By commun sense, users are most attracted by friendly use exchanges that ensure security and anonymity, usually decentralised ones. But most of those decentralised exchanges hasn't a significant liquidity.
However, many people choose centralised exchanges for various reasons if they don't mind submitting their personal docs. They just use the exchange as they use banks, and even use the unique address given by the exchange as their official wallets.
I find it strange that users still use exchanges that are confirmed as a scam like livecoin and yobit.

Just like others have said this will be your own perception and subjectivity as to what exchange is user-friendly. There is nothing called "best" here because every exchange has its pros and cons. You have to decide which one is best for you measuring the good and bad based on your trading habit and pattern.

If you like quick deposits and no hassles in withdraw then you have to search a lot of exchanges and try them before being able to settle onto one. Withdraw fees might seem like a big thing but the bigger problem is what support system they apply.

And stop that Binance shilling in the OP. They have their bad sides too, like asking for huge listing fees and getting called out for that and then giving them to charities to cover their bum.

The evaluation of such platforms varies from person to person and from one country to another according to ToS of that exchange so preparing a list based on your personal experience will not change much, especially since you have given a few details.
What is your definition of Userfriendly and what criteria did you rely on in the decision?
How long did the support team to answer the questions? What was the nature of the answers?

Agree to this one but basing into those choices then he do have actually got some point yet Binance and Kucoin we know are the best atm
but same as you said then it would vary on each user since not all would really be that compatible when it comes to terms or some sort.
The only thing i dont like on the given list is that it do include livecoin which i dont really suggest that one.
User friendliness would really count on UI/UX,support response and other related things.

You forgot fake exchange Coinsbit from OP's first list. one of the bigger proven scams. they can not possibly have any recommendation here.

In probit, I do hear a lot of negative comments about them. Projects that are longing to be on an exchange, it's the first exchange that they are being listed but some people do experienced bad service within them.

Before going onto those exchanges suggested by op, make sure that you're going to do research.

scaming us daily ? damn thats bad  . that is why i dont entrust my fund on every exchange that i saw but i only stick on the ones that i know  but anyway , mercatox and livecoin are not really that small . both are here for a while so they are already popular and gain some good numbers of sign ups    .  lastly coinsbit and probit are i think suspicous   .  i have heard negative comments from these exchanges on the past   .  among the list only kuckoin is the one that i said excel the most , also my favorite at the moment  .

Livecoin is a scam exchange and oceanex is bad too, I think the most userfriendly exchange is still binance if you are using the app on your smartphones it's a easy as ABC, stay away from exchanges with lots of negative comments from users

One should generally be using exchanges which has some historically past and has being operating from some time and has good reviews from the users as well. Also speaking about binance this is one of the good exchanges as it has very good user interface and easy to use and understand as well. Also the trading fees is less and if used their coin for trading it become more less. Also it has some good security features as well.

I doubt that security features though as it has been hacked already. Although it still remains as one of the top crypto exchanges because of CZ and his Safu. But the rest of OP's exchanges are not that good or even have scam accusations against them. So everyone will have their own opinion basing on their user experience.
