Hey everyone,

We are looking for part-time writers in cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and or blockchain space.

I run this site (http://gocryptowise.com/ (http://gocryptowise.com/)) that writes mostly guides and column pieces about this space. And I want to see if there are writers (seasoned or new ones just starting out) that want to write some articles from time to time on our site?

What we are looking for
People that want to write about topic in this space, we are open for good content in general. But we are not a news sites. Meaning we are not looking for writers that write about the ups and downs and crypto events on a daily basis.
We are more looking for educational, technical, financial pieces. They can be in short-form or longer articles. They can be for beginners learning about how it works, or more in-depth articles really going in for a more experienced reader.

What we can offer
Money of course... We really don't have a big budget but of course we will pay you for the job. We can talk about rates but we at this time are not making lots to pay writers like CCN, Coindesk, and the others might.
Perhaps we can offer you a chance? A chance to get started? A chance to write what you really want to write about. Get heard, noticed, experience, etc?

I am not the best writer but I do know some people that write great crypto related articles.
Would you pay them in any personal wallet addresses or in some other centralized way?

I've done both in the past. So both are ok to me

Maybe you can post up a pricing/estimate for us members who are interested writing articles for your website. Because most of the offers I see are either paying pennies for a dollar or they want it for free so hopefully what you are offering for us members are something a little bit bigger considering that your website won't have any content at all if you don't have a any writers that will be interested in the first place.


And also hopefully this statement won't be on a permanent basis. If your site becomes successful and you are earning very well I think it might be time for these writers to have a pay bump especially if they take your offer at first which I think will be low based on your statement above.

We can be somewhat flexible with rates depending on experience and article. But we will have a ceiling that is not as high as with other news and blogs.

And of course, when we will start earning more, grow bigger we can, of course, spend more.

So, for now, we might not be able to attract the senior writers due to our lower (current) revenue. But when that changes we will change our rates accordingly.

We will pay people, and it won't be pennies and I would prefer to have those discussions with each writer via PM. If the rates are not good enough then people can always say no.

Well that is good to hear, my advice for you since you have a tight budget I would focus more on the quality side of things rather than the quantity of writers I can pay on a limited budget. Spending this budget for maybe 2 to 3 writers per category is a good idea compared to have dozens on writers just to maximize the budget. If you focus more on quality then definitely your viewers would react more positively since this is what lacking on most content base crypto related websites right now.

It is the essential point in your topic, so I was hoping you would talk in more detail about it, how many articles per week, and the nature of writing, for example, some specialize in mining and others in financial and other aspects. It is difficult to find a writer familiar with all fields.
