No where in the world is currently safe from Cov-19 and there is lockdown in every country today, this is the best time to gain people's trust, online job seeking have increased through Google search and new people are getting into crypto investment, what is the best time to release your project if it's not now?

Not the best time but making the most out of this time would be my term. People are being laid off and the only thing that's functioning well in this time is the online community, which is the perfect fit for being productive while observing social distancing. Almost everybody, including me who wants to get back in the crypto industry, are trying to find a productive way amidst the lockdown.

hmmm , so you want to release a project and want to raised money from it.  As you said there  many countries is in lockdown and many people are finding different ways to earn online, they are looking for opportunities  or a sideline that they can earn money trough online jobs. And using money to invest is not part of those plan  unless your project is  offering related to online jobs/ freelancers jobs.

Yes, for new projects that are online it is indeed good to apply at this time, because many employees have already been laid off by several large companies during the Cov-19 pandemic, so indirectly it is very good if the project developer moves on at this time.

People are looking for job online and not on something to invest they want to invest their time while on lock down, majority of the people are looking on the situation when is the right time to invest because the situation is not conducive to investing, in fact some people have liquidated their investment and withdraw their savings so they can buy everything they need while in lock down.

Exactly, those people in dire situation could not think anything other than making their end meets because they are struggling to just do that and investing, trading or any form of that is too risky for them. Imagine a person clinging on a rope in the middle of a lake of full crocodiles and this one guy says hey why don't you just try to jump who knows you'll make it to the other end it could save his life however no one knows whether the crocodile capable of catching mid air. It's good idea to invest in cryptocurrency but for the people who have sufficient money to invest and afford to make it rather than poor people seeking for a job. They don't want to deal with a job than have initial capital and they just buy it foods rather than take it a risk.
Projects are being pull out and paused for a while since pandemic hits us so I think it's not the best time to release it. Investors also seeks for their safety first so if don't want to deal now, no one will support your project.

Agree with you, they are trying to find jobs in this space. And they don't want to spend their money on new projects, I think they're focusing on airdrops and bounty to make money because it's free.

You will be having a hard time if you are going to release any projects in kind of situations. You movements are very limited, and might be your resources too as people would tend to stay at home instead of going out and get infected by the virus. Make or look for some alternative ways to earn online, as you said there plenty of opportunities online not only in crypto but also in other kind of business platforms as well.

This is not as easy as ABC you know, project like Cartesi that released their IEO on Binance recently has been developing their project since last year and was able to sell it to Binance which they bought into, if you miscalculate and release your project on exchange where is no low volume and trust then the project might fail before it get to exchanges, there are many projects like that that raised millions of USD but listing on wrong exchange destroy trust and experience loss of  community interest

Lol, no thanks. We don't need anymore projects. It is really hard to find one project that actually turned out to be good. I bet after people invests their money on the project, they are going to come up with an excuse "Sorry can't work on project due to current pandemic.".

New crypto project means they will go through fundraising, right? Then how can be it is a good time to come? People are spending even savings to stay strong against Covid-19! Even Binance IEO is not doing well after listing on it! So, Personally, I think the new project can come and introduce themselves and do something for Covid-19 victims, but no need to offer jobs or seeks money through IEO at the mid-level exchange, if they can bear the Binance or others top exchanges IEO then we will welcome them.

What kind of project does OP's talking about? Yeah, you are right exposure is already there if they produce their new project but the real question is if people really gonna invest in it? I don't think this is the right time for that project to release/show up perhaps it is the time but people are too busy for their own health right now since there is a pandemic and there isn't a cure for it yet. You cannot understand the situation of some projects if its involve money. Of course right now covid cases around the globe make it worse in every business and also in cryptocurrency industry. I do not think it is a good time to realize a new project because many people prefer to wait with cash instead of investing. Yes, searches and research in search engines may have increased, but this does not mean that new investors will invest in this market. As I said, many people do not want to spend their money or link it to an investment tool because they have not yet been able to predict what will happen in the future because the future of the markets is very uncertain. On the other hand, if the bad market conditions and new crypto projects are very unlikely to be successful, unfortunately, the projects to be created will not gain user confidence in any way. Unless a very good team, hard work and transparent investments are made, no cryptocurrency project can be successful and find investors in this process.

But I suggest to developers not to release projects to deceive newbies, later it will make a good name crypto looks bad. And for the newbie

Thats why its important for newbies to not grab any opportunity they see online and in crypto because those offering a guaranteed money return is not reliable at all and likely a scam.
