What should someone do in a bad situation?
I think without ignore this problem should be solved.
Or anything else? I will wait for anyone any kind of answer.
I am new member, so please forgive me if anything bad or unusual things in my post.

1. Pray
2. Ask my family & friends for assistance, depending on what it is.
3. Seek assistance from governmental departments and/or charity organizations depending on what I need.

You can talk to your family about any financial or personal problem. because they always pray for you, so it is very important to meet them first.

If the situation you are referring to is corona that has effected lives worldwide then we cannot do much other than just staying at home and praying that we could get rid of it soon.
If you are referring to economic bad situation i think just stay hopeful, most of the people are feeling the heat due to closed businesses and industries but i think it is just a matter of time and soon everything will be back to normal. Do not worry, pray and have faith.

You just have to relax in any time of situation whether it is emotional or physical bad  situation. Drink enough water and do a deep breathing. Call someone to talk to and eat your favorites food.

Just think twice of even more before even making a move. Reset your mind and focus on the current situation.

You're right you've got to calm your mind before you'll recover from a nasty situation it's foolish to require any action in depression So we've to seek out an answer to the way to overcome that problem. And spend time together with your family do recreational activities attempt to affect things by using your knowledge and intellect.

I am still believe that Problem must be faced one at a time so if you think this is much bad compared to other problem then you must solve this first ebfore the days end.
Though we need companion to rely the situation will always based on our capacity to handle such problem so yeah let us do whatever it takes just to make things clear before tomorrow.

First and foremost, be positive (nothing beats negativity but positivity).
Secondly, look for the silver lining (which means that even the worst events or situation have some positive aspect).
Thirdly, face your fears and solve the problem directly instead (running away doesn't solve anything).

It depends on the situation.

Whatever situation it is, face the problem and find a way to resolve it, since there's always a solution in every problem. But there are situation wherein ignoring is the best thing to do, like if your boss is nagging you.

If he prays without doing nothing, then the miracle will not come. If he prays and does something, I am sure there will be a miracle that will happen to him, as long as he can think about how to solve it. If the problem is difficult, he can try to ask someone that he trusts to help him to solve the problem. I am sure that he can get the solution.

Always look on the brighter side of things in life.

Be creative, be decisive and don't be afraid to think out of the box, most certainly do whatever it takes in order for you to always try to make any situation better from when it started.

I went to the beach to surf to calm myself and thought that emotions can be awake mind is clear positive if this is not effective for you better calm yourself to a place where you find an atmosphere that makes you get better because it takes time to make the mind and liver quieter.

It depends on how bad the situation is. We don't have to ignore the problem because every problem will have a way to solve it. We only need to solve it, and if we can not do that, we may need help from other people who have experience with the problem. Maybe you can tell us about what is the problem, so we can try to give a solution to you.

Depends on how bad the situation is. But don't forget to keep your heads cool. Being a hot headed will only result in bad results, so just keep it calm and peaceful and have resolution as much as possible.

I just watch movies and do my daily routines to keep me busy.  I don't think much about the bad situation going on. It just make you more stressed if your thinking it to much. But if your the cause of the problem you have to solve it.

Life is too short let us spend this in happy things and valuable doings.

i rather have a bottle of beer and some popcorn watching TV than caring about bad situation.

i have a busy day and this shit is not on my list,if they dont want me then leave me alone.

Reassure yourself over and over again that this bad time in life is just a temporary condition and never the ‘end result’. Just as nothing in life lasts forever, this bad time will inevitably come to an end. If you look back a little, you will see that there were many small difficult times, which you have just passed in your life. More beautiful and rich experiences are waiting for you ahead.

Okay, at first you need to calm down. Of course, it's not the most pleasant thing that happened in your life, however, it's not the end of the world.
If you're afraid of what might happen, imagine the worst and most horrible outcome of the situation.
Consider what should you do not to be in that situation and follow those steps.

To be honest, I'm usually afraid of face the problem, however, I understood that you can't change the past, only the future. It may sound too cliche, but that's a fact ::). Hence I try to think about what I'm about to do, not about something that already happened (which I consider as a nightmare - helps no to focus on it).

This is super vague. Maybe you wanna be more spesific on what the bad situation is?
I would say the most important is to not run away from it, but instead, solve the issue. Running away from problem creates new problems.

Patience and tolerance is a key element in bed situation. You should be positive and think positive. Avoide unnecessarily things. Relaxed and calm yourself. Dont be think negative and get deppressed. Try to find the solution and bear the things that are unbearable.
