Unfortunetly, i was signed up this system. I win something and i try to withdraw it.

I send a withdraw request.

And everytime, I saw "WITHDRAWAL CANCELLED BY THE USER" error.

I was cancelled nothing.

And this situation still continue... AFTER, I CHANGED MY PASSWORD

AND CHAT SUPPORT SAID : " SORRY, WE CANT PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAW BECAUSE OF YOUR PASSWORD CHANGE.  WAIT 2 DAYS AND I'LL BLOCK YOU IN CHAT. "  LOL! SCAM DETECTED!!


!!!! I ALREADY TRY TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY BEFORE CHANGING PASSWORD.

And i send lots of mails no one care me. Stay away!!!!

Maybe you can provide us screenshots of the actual message when you try to withdraw? The "WITHDRAWAL CANCELLED BY THE USER" error you see?

You said bitcasino.io and your screenshoot above indicated sportsbet.io in the address, which site are you exactly referring to ?

I'm well aware that on sportsbet.io whenever a user changes their password, withdrawal are restricted for the next 48 hours for security purpose. However, I have no idea why your initial withdrawal keeps getting canceled as you claimed.

And as @TravelMug has already said, you need to provide screenshots showing your canceled withdrawals

I noticed a lot of members posting scam accusations against gambling casino ignores that there is a proper format on how to make a scam accusation in this board. and it probably because of that why their accusation is almost always left unnoticed by forum members.

@OP I suggest you follow this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0 to make a proper case for your accusation in order for the members to properly help you. otherwise, your complaint might stay unresolved. also, your proof is not enough.

We investigated the user's problem many times, but we didn't find a fault in our system from our side and we can confirm that withdrawal requests were placed by his account and canceled after some time before we could process them. We asked him how he would like to proceed. The user read the email but never replied.
