I just read an article that bitcoin halving can make a big jump in Bitcoin and Ethereum price. They said Bitcoin can hit 10K USD, and for that, the author described 5 reasons! So, should I buy now or the price is already high? Which will be more beneficial, Ethereum or Bitcoin? Please help me out.

You can buy depending on why you want to do so. Personally I will buy for long term and then I will also scalp. Scalping will give immedite and frequent profit while long  can be used to lock big profit.

Actually, I want to buy for a quick profit, i don't have money for long time holding. As you know there is no job right now, so i wanted to invest my savings, so the price jump can give me a good profit within a short time.

Bitcoin you still can but, Ethereum is above the price range now it is already touching $200. If by any chance it fall backs and reaches $150 before 1st of may (which I highly doubt) then you can take your position.

Buy Bitcoin below $7500 range of below $8000. DYOR.

IMHO, still you got time to invest on bitcoin and ethereum so just buy now and wait for years to make huge returns, $10K us just short term goal it may reach in months and if you are that kind of investor then it holds huge risks, if the halving affected the price in negative way or may take time like till end of 2020 for recovery phase.

There is no way anyone here can suggest you any coin aside Bitcoin because Bitcoin has proven itself since inception and still dominating the cryptocurrency world. Bitcoin should be your target investment for a long-term and not just for short-term purpose. Also, never listen to those guys out there because they can be pumpers and dumpers group. Always do your research before making any move to invest in cryptocurrency. As per coins growing, currently Ethereum can be seen as a potential investment tool for a long-term and this can be seen as it grow 13% in just few days.

You have mentioned the names of two good coins already, therefore, there is none you buy among the two that will not be fine. They are both pumping, which means you can get profit from both.
If I may say, if you have so much to invest, but also what you can afford to lose, you can invest into both. Etherum recently is growing very well, while Bitcoin is also projected to grow so much because of the upcoming event.

Yes bitcoin can truly reach and surpass $10k, it's just a few days to bitcoin halving, and as usual, the price is expected to soar higher,  you are not late in buying bitcoin,  you might not be able to get it at this price again in my opinion,  Ethereum stake 2.0 staking will trigger ethereum price couple with the fact that bitcoin might also be pumped thereby increasing the dollar value,  This is just my opinion on the topic you raised, and not  financial advise

there is no time to be late to buy bitcoin because if you say that you are late to buy bitcoin then you should be able to regret it when in 2009 because when in 2009 bitcoin prices were still very cheap even the price was just under $ 50 and the current bitcoin price has become very expensive because of the influence of limited supply but very high demand means this can still potentially be more expensive than current prices.

well i would suggest buy in small portion don't buy all at once and please consider alternative as well you can lend your money on exchanges/platforms for some steady profits as well. As you are investing you life savings i would suggest you to split between lending and bitcoin.

I think it's never too late to start investing in Bitcoin or Ethereum. The two coins can be said to be coins that are safe enough to be used as an investment because of their large marketcap value and also almost all investors must hold both coins as investments

You are not yet late because if you are going to check the graph the market is still recovering from it's big crash and if you will buy now make sure that you know how to hold and sell only once the market will hit it's peak. You can invest like 50/50 in eth and in btc so you can check which of them has the potential to grow more.

And also there is no late in crypto as long as you know how to hold and you know when to sell, crypto will test your patience so make sure that you have it also.

Still time. I believe Bitcoin will be traded above $10k after Bitcoin halving, Ethereum above $200 too. You should buy both Ethereum and Bitcoin because they will growing together. Ethereum 2.0 is near with many big updates so I think Ethereum is coming into a new bull trend now.

There could never be a wrong time to buy bitcoin irrespective of what the price is especially when you're investing for the long term and not short term profit. Halving is just few days ahead but don't be too optimistic as the condition of the global economy is also having an impact on the cryptocurrency market in regards to, since people aren't working as usual to recieve paycheck which coul be used to buy bitcoin, money isn't flowing into the industry that much to burst the price of bitcoin.

The effect of halving isn't usual felt immediately sometimes but since it reduces the supply of bitcoin that'll be flowing into the market, it's 99% assured of causing a price increase considering demand remains constant or increases to trigger a rise in the price of bitcoin since we'll now have more demand than supply in the market. Hello you forgot to put the link of the article, cause you mentioned the author. Dont let us search for it to know what he described in 5 reasons. With its current price I think you can still have a good entry. We cant speculate that bitcoin halving could easily bring us 10k and thats too high. Maybe after the halving we can see the real effect of it. But now, the market is still volatile and we can noticed some ups and down.

It's never too late. It all depends on how long you plan to buy. If for a month, then this is one outcome of events. And if for 10 years, then be sure to take it. It’s like stocks. No matter how much the price jumps, if you look at the growth trend, the coin will still grow.

Many are buying I don't see any reason why you shouldn't, I added 500$ worth of Bitcoin to my portfolio yesterday and I will still do more, once the halving is over price might start to surge

You only late to buy bitcoin and ethereum when the price starts to increase, and the price is at more than $10k. But that price still is a good price to buy if bitcoin will rise more than $10k so he still makes a profit in the future. According to an article I read from cointelegraph after BTC brokeout from 6.7k-7k to 7.5 just last night we might be seeing an upsurge in the market especially we are just 17 days away from next BTC halving we might see btc price up to $9k before the halving take place.

I don't think it's late if you only base on the date of the upcoming Bitcoin halving event. Besides its too early to speculate at the moment, Since we all know that the world now is at war with the unseen enemy called COVID-19 virus that makes our movements very limited. Sorry, but I would like to say that you are a little bit late for this. If you are usually looking at the chart and see its movement you can surely notice that we've fallen into less than $4k and if you are hesitant to that and planning to invest Bitcoin, that is certainly a perfect time to buy Bitcoin. But you did nothing and you just wait for the market to recover.

Also as world markets has being on falling mode so something which has already fallen and will be rising in coming time is crypto markets and if one can pick the good coins they would surely be making multi-fold times money from this markets. People keep asking when is the right time to buy BTC or ETH, the answer depends on your intentions. Do you intend holding long term or trading? If it's for long term hold, now is always the best time to hold some BTC or ETH in my opinion, I might be wrong. But when investing in crypto, risk management is important, do not invest what you can't afford to lose. I remember people who got affected when Parity was compromised some time ago, imagine you invested 70% your entire funds in ETH and stored in parity wallet, you might be a victim of heart attack. That said, if your intention is for trading, always find a very good entry, do not chase green candles unless there is a very strong FA, but always wait for retracement. The funds are yours, the investment is your choice to make. You know the level of risk you can take, it's that simple.

Although I don't understand your later is better you said, but, don't forget that bitcoin has just experienced some pump and still dangling in between $8k which mean the price will skyrocket in due course without delay. Buying bitcoin right now is the best option for anyone to embark now. What am saying is on the long-term basis and not just buy now and sell tomorrow. What is coming after bitcoin halve few weeks to come is going to be huge and surprise, so, for anyone to belong buy is the last option. Just my personal opinion and not an advise.

What to know now is, first no one can predict the crypto space, secondly a coin like Bitcoin is good for holding. With that being said, Bitcoin had a good growth few days ago and with halving coming soon there is still more room for growth but the accurate price it will hit still remains unknown. Bitcoin isn't like most altcoins which can be played on by the team, it is a coin that is worthy of all attention and as such, in my own opinion, I don't think you are late to buy and hold. Same also applies to Ethereum, being the best altcoin, it also experienced a good growth alongside Bitcoin, therefore one can't be mistaken for saying both still have room for more growth.

Right now i think you should wait for correction because there seems to be one rejection candle on daily chart but we know crypto markets do not always follow technical analysis personally i am bullish long term with corrections and dips on the way up. So it is perfectly fine if you keep accumulating more and more and average down your holdings in usd if you are in for long run.

The market is completely unpredictable however when there is an event that you know in advance has the potential of making an asset more valuable then the smarter investors will begin to invest in that asset before the event takes place and if enough of those smart investors do the same then the price is driven up and the investors that are not so smart begin to buy because of the fear of missing out not realizing that most likely they have bought at the top once again and they have no chance of making profits as there is no one else to buy those assets.
