Whoa this is so dam cool man! May i ask what tools(hardware and software) are you using in making digital arts? I tried using ibisPaint X with my old iPad 2 and it feels like something's missing. Also, i don't have the stylus/pen to draw with it so it's really hard. May i ask you to recommend me some tools? Thanks in advance!

I decided to create a separate thread since I am dealing with two different medium. It would be easier to distinguish if I am dealing with a digital or traditional commissioned artwork.

Thank you so much for the interest!. To discuss what are the hardware and software I have used; I am using only my Android Phone and a DIY stylus. As for the application, I am using Infinite Painter make this digital drawings possible.

Most likely, it will cost me for about 2-3 USD. Unfortunately, I am not doing any kind of artwork that uses ink as a medium but I have another medium in my arsenal for you to check out. You can receive the original artwork via courier if ever.

Hello Maus, I'm actually pretty much stunned that you can do such work on an Android phone and a makeshift stylus. I can't even scribble legible handwriting on my Android, never mind make portraits.

I have something a bit different in mind for you, I'm updating a personal portfolio, and that might take weeks (doing it on weekends) but I might have up to 10 portraits or portraitlike (with figures) photographs I'd like the scribble sketch done, but also I'd really like a rush job for a photo in the next 24 hours I'm willing to pay double for so you can go get yourself the stylus you deserve.

Actually, I still don't have any experience shipping worldwide and still didn't ask the courier in our country which country are available for shipping.That is why I am not bumping the thread on a day to day basis. But anyways, after the lockdown, I'll be posting additional information regarding this matter.

Try using our post office mail. You will save a lot of money by it rather than LBC, DHL and other shipping company in the Philippines. I already used it multiple times for my shipment to USA and part of Europe without any problem. Just use there express mail so that you will have tracking number for the shipment. The shipment will be expensive once you use other courier due to the portrate size.

What do you mean post office mail? If I am not mistaken, most of the provinces here in our country have a post office wherein the packages from foreign countries are transported here. Is that what you are talking about? If yes, are they allowing to transport fragile material globally? I'm afraid to say that some client wants their portrait to be framed.

Yep, that post office. I always use that because they are not too strict regarding the shipment and also the fee was cheap. Just try to inquire dude and always tell to them that the product is just a gift to a friend so that they will charge a minimal tax for it. Declare some cheap estimated value for the painting so that you will save a lot.

These are some phenomenal artwork that you do it with so much passion and looks amazing. You have now some of the kids in my bldg as fans as have showed your work to them. With the help of this kids I also got it drawn some painting but that was for other purpose. One of kids who is 7 years innocently asks me will this person help me to learn how he makes it  :)

Tell them that they should keep harnessing their drawing skills so that they are able to create realistic drawings in the future.

This is something to be proud of, I have seen artworks in different places but yours is something special with a stylus of your own making. People are luck to have such offers with that appreciated art, and in a safer way of utilizing you skills. I have seen other artist that use paint and don't even wear mask, and that is something trouble for their health as years pass.

Well, that application was used solely to survive amidst pandemic but then I managed to build my personal computer in which I currently use for commissioned digital drawing and any other graphical editing tasks. Glad you like it!

I'm out of Smerit else, i could have merited you write away and that would be because of your willingness to discuss the technique behind your success in painting. It would go a long way in inspiring and helping other artists on the forum to be of the same level as you are even if that in itself is nearly impossible.
It shows that your a fare play in competition which makes you above competition in a lot of ways. I like that and ill recommend some merits for this attitude towards teaching others.

Your arts have always carried a touch of perfection about it but then, you need to see a way to not making it just a virtual thing only. The actual physical aspects of it as, portraits are made to be displayed and a digital nature somehow overrides that for those with inadequate resource.

I have an existing service thread that offers traditional portrait drawing that uses charcoal and graphite medium. However, creating them would cost me a lot of time than making digital artworks. Delivering them globally could also be a subject for COVID-19 infection and I don't want to risk it especially for my clients.

Perhaps, I'll continue offering that service once the world is safe from the COVID-19 pandemic.
