Title: Help me to withdraw my Coins.
Post by: rastha on May 03, 2020, 02:26:05 PM
Hi , I have a big problem.

Yesterday i made a combo table tennis BET and  i was lucky to win it. Then i Try to WITHDRAW the coins. But  when i try to withdraw the coins.. I must go through a standard security check. But i dont know how to do it. (Link of the site - http://fortunejack.com (http://fortunejack.com) )
If you Know How to withdraw it , kindly tell me about it.

But the story doesnt end here.
I was surprised yesterday, i logged in to my account and i checked my balance being negative by -0.1272 BTC.
I tried to figure out why, and therefore ive joined live chat to ask why is my balance negative. The response is that one of my selections in my combo bet was cancelled because as they say this game never happened !!!!
It never happened but it ended 3-0. Note that the exact same bet - i have it in another sportsbook which has been settled without any excuses.
I do this because i have been scammed from many books in the past with cheap excuses. In other words whenever i am placing a bet i do the exact same thing in other books as to have evidence when books give cheap excuses.

I dont know weather my story is clear or not, because my language is not english

This is the Link of that site -  fortunejack.com (http://fortunejack.com)

Sorry you're having trouble, but this isn't really a "bitcoin technical support" issue, so I think you're posting in the wrong place.

If you're having trouble withdrawing from a specific casino, you need to deal with that casino to figure out why.  I would recommend you move this thread to the Gambling section, or just post in FortuneJack's thread.

If you want to move your post, there's a link to do so at the bottom of the this page, on the left.  Otherwise, you can delete this thread and just make your post in the official FortuneJack thread here:

Well, this isnt something new on these kind of cases do happen with Fortunejack and as said above the thing you would need
is to wait up for them to finish with that so called verification or some sort.FJ is been known into this market and they do resolved
out issues in a matter of time.So dont worry that much because on high chances that problem would be sorted out.Too early to say
that they are scam, you should think of that problems can possibly experience along the way even on reputable platforms.  ;)

If they deny your win and say the game never happened just find a proof that it did. It can be in some sport statistics or a newspaper or even at a team's webpage.

If they still keep saying that it did not happen despite proof come back here and publish all the conversation between you and their support along with the proof and we'll take a look at it.

You will also be able to start a scam accusation thread on the forum, but get some proof first to avoid going back and forth with this.

Agree, why don't he just make a reply or comment on FortuneJack thread? As it is the problem in FortuneJack platform, he must contact FortuneJack team and let them know about the problem. FortuneJack team must know better than us, they also can directly check it once they get the information. Anyway, in fortunejack.com, there are some options to contact them. Have you tried it OP, @rastha?

Only the support from FJ can help you with this. All you need to do is to report it and send some details about the problem and proof and just wait for the reply. Wait for their support to respond, FJ is an established platform and I think they will look into this.

As regards that standard security check, apparently that happens every now and then in fortunejack and in other crypto casinos and betting sites. While withdrawals are normally instant, there are times when they see something which prompts them to further verify the transaction. It is either you wait for the process or they will provide you instructions as what to do next. This withdrawal issues FAQ may help: https://intercom.help/FJ1/en/articles/2249894-withdrawal-issues.

This is puzzling indeed. You need to contact their support about this. If I am not mistaken, this is their support email support@fortunejack.com. Email might prove to be more efficient than live chat as you can narrate everything down to the last important detail and send screenshots and other proofs as well.

FortuneJack is a well-established site that many in the forum trust if you got an issue with them I think you can contact them by Email HERE (https://fortunejack.com/faq/contact_us) for further information on what happens with your coins sorry if I don't trust your provided link and never have to click it because I had my own caution with links, and I was first wondering how did you make a bet in table tennis and after checking the site table tennis was really available because it is played indoors, but at least I have to thank you in sharing this and feel sorry about your loss.

Anyway maybe you can check their Prohibited Territories (https://fortunejack.com/faq/prohibited-territories) and maybe yours is included in it well, just a hint on your problem if not just try to contact them for some real assurance.

We can't do much of your concern. Go to the right place for Fortunejack as stated whether it will be their social media accounts, support or the ANN thread of theirs.
If you have been instructed to follow certain procedure to verify your bet and winning, why don't you just follow it so you can get what you really have to?

I think the best way to solve the problem is through talking with the customer care or customer representative of fortunejack to fix this issue, you might need to provide evidences about the issue and they will surely investigate what happened to your account. Though, I found it quite rare that you have a negative balance in your account since when you are betting, you aren't allowed to bet some amounts that exceeds your funds. So the questions is how does it incur you negative funds? Better to contact them directly or try to read their FAQs.

I think you didn't read thoroughly his statement. Check below.

He already contact live support and the response is firm. Unless OP is lying. OP must provide screenshot of his bet here and also screenshot of conversation here. The one he was claiming that support deny that the game never happened. I believe there is a misunderstanding here since OP is not fluent in English (as he admitted).

There's no way that a support will tell that the game never happened. There is something suspicious about this claim. Unless OP provide screenshot then maybe we can analyze more his problem and move accordingly.

It's more like you are scam here because you bet on the other sportsbook with the same bet but you get your bet settled.
Maybe you should prepare your evidence if you really believe you are scam, or maybe try to double check the rules of the gambling site.
Fortunejack has a good reputation in this forum and I also see some complaints against them but they were able to answer it, maybe we will wait until they will give their official statement about your concern in this forum so we can make a clear picture of what has happened.

Table tennis have a lot of matches, there could be two of the same matches scheduled to be played on the same day so it's possible for a mistake to happen.

In a different sportsbook there's a similar case recently where the user made two bets of the same match and was surprised as the second bet got marked as a loss because of the different starting time.

Why should OP prove his case here? The issue is not whether OP is lying or not. He gains nothing lying in this thread. And whatever analysis people do here will not convince the fortunejack support as well.

If he has all the evidences and the screenshots, he should just send them all to the fortunejack support.

I think the site is supporting several languages. If the language of the OP is not included in those, he has no choice but to bring everything to their table in English. It is not that hard if he is bringing with him the right evidences.

Actually, there are times when odds are cancelled even if a wager on that odds is already accepted by the site.

You should be posting this one on the FortuneJack thread, not here. Because you'll never get any solution on your case if you don't inform FJ about it. Otherwise, this thread or your case will just be nothing as there's low chances FJ will look at this board if they don't get informed about your case.

OP must provide more proof if he wants to establish a cause against the casino. Fortunejack has historically been infamous on poorly handling user accusations. The OP would not have made this post if he was satisfied with the response from the support. And this forum is the best place to make and settle an accusation.

I agree with the post above yours. OP must provide the proof but if he provides it in this thread, he will get nothing and his case will go nowhere.

It is either he will exhaust all means through FJ's official support mechanisms or PM FJ's official account here or post in FJ's official thread.

If everything will not be given due response, OP should just post a thread in reputation.
