You can't decrypt the wallet unless you have the password. Is it yours? You can reach out to WalletRecoveryServices (https://www.walletrecoveryservices.com/wallets/), they can help you crack it (if you have parts of the password).

BIP38 is using a very strong technique to encrypt the private keys and there is no way you can break it without knowing almost the entire password.
all recovery services and tools would require you to know a large part of the password before you can even begin brute forcing it.

If you have parts of the password, you can contact a special service that will help you crack the password from your wallet. But don't ever lose your password again.

Thats a huge amount of money and you just suddenly lose it. Lets hope somebody can help you brute that password to open that wallet but you need to pay expensive for that work too. Just make sure that the wallet is really yours and no one will hunt you after you open that wallet. Make sure also that you have a part of that password to help them crack it.

There's no other service that I've been to be good and suggested most of the time. And that's the wallet recovery that's been suggested by OmegaStar.

Be careful if a stranger contacts you and gives you a link of recovery, they can be phishing links or malware. Just look to the profile and see if they are trusted or not.

Very well said mate. As the user and owner of our accounts we should take the responsibility. We should how to take care of our accounts in order to avoid casualties. If we have too much accounts from different platforms, we should write a list of all emails and passwords of our accounts in order for us to avoid forgotten passwords and also if we forget our passwords at least we have a list to look on.

There is no problem to import private key to BitcoinCore wallet. Just type importprivkey "your_private_key" and press Enter.
After scanning all blocks, coins will be added.

....snip..

First, it is really careless when you have that big amount of BTC (4 BTC, really) and you do not take care of the password that is considered very crucially in this case. It can be lessons for you later and whoever that saving all important data must be careful, for example, the Private key, mnemonic phrase, password, and other important data. Never show it to the others even your friends, and also must have a backup of those crucial data in order to save your assets, especially the worthy one.

Second, related to recovery BIP38 Password, there are some video tutorials that you can find out on YouTube. You can check for them likely:

Especially if it's the private keys, it's our bitcoin bank account in real world. And that detail must be kept as if it's part of your important asset in life.
@seller60, how do you do? did you able to import or retrieve it?
