I just made a short visit to their website and it seems to me that their site isn't fully completed yet. Most probably they are currently on beta mode and their platform is still under development. Putting everything aside i think its kinda different looking website and have excess amount of information for visitors and users. I received the account successfully and logged in with the credentials without any issues. The gray color scheme doesn't look appealing which is why I advise changing it to something else.

I was so confuse as well when admin says to "Use Free Play". I did exactly the same as what you did and it is indeed nothing happened when we click the free play under the Available Funds. Tick the "Use Free Play Amount" and un-tick the one above it then set the amount of the bet as you wish then click continue. Fill your password after that to confirm the bet. Done

Has anybody successfully received his winnings ?!

I placed a $57 bet with odds 2.15 yesterday and won that bet. The withdrawal fee is around 4% which is kind of high and I hope they decrease it later on. Anyway, I requested $54 withdrawal to my BTC wallet(Several options like BTC, LTC etc were available).

I must say I was  little bit skeptical about them initially but they paid out in promised time frame (instant cash out are much better though).

This website is pretty good, I like it! Tested it and nothing wrong happened, making bets is really easy. Need a bit more money to withdraw so haven't tested it yet, but it looks like they pay out.

Some suggestions:
Make it easy to convert between different types of odds (decimal, percent, etc.)
Make it easy to sort all games by date, so I don't have to scroll through all the tabs
