There have some altcoin who have really good future for a long run investment.

What do you think about them? Also do you have any other recommendation for a long term investment?

Becareful those coins have already reached the peak price and it can go down anytime. those are good investment for longterm but we must be a smart people too.

Never try to buy at the peak price or you will be feeling stressed to see your money gets drowned instantly. Im a CRPT holder.

Maybe we should also consider some new coins on top exchanges that have use cases that can generate volume. Consider projects with small caps also. I notice the small cap coin are having research lately, checking the team, exchanges and use cases, they are more likely to give higher return as market get better after halving. i feel old coin on top market can will start the rally while it flows in to new coin and encourage more startup to allow flow of fund.

All of the above shit coin and I have never heard name of most of the coins. It seems you are trying hard to shilling for some projects which you own. I would say foe longterm LTC would be a very good choice.

I do not know altcoin above, and everyone certainly has different investment choices from each other. for me to invest in the long run to prioritize only the highest altcoin or who are already listed in the top 10 in CMC.

These two might be the alts you have suggested that I'll get into my stash but the other two is a no for me. Don't you have Ethereum as it's the highest of them all and other familiar altcoins like these..

In fact, you can choose other altcoins much better. I have a few examples: ETH, XLM, BNB, XRP, LTC ... these are the top altcoins in this market and you should invest in them instead of risking the current altcoins on the list.

I've sold most of my altcoins because I don't see any huge hopes in them anymore unless Bitcoin hits 20000$ yes that's what will wake many altcoins up, and since 20k per Bitcoin looks impossible I sold some altcoins for Bitcoin and I'm glad I did already

today so many people try to show their portfolios and advise others. I just want to say that for now, it's best to take a safe point by choosing top altcoins like ethereum, BNB, or other coins if bitcoin isn't your target. I did support Crypterium and it was really beneficial in its time. however, right now, I prefer to focus on top altcoin.

Same here, I never heard those token before and for me, I would not suggest investing on the list the OP provided. Actually, there are already several threads like this which they listed different cryptocurrency that is good for long or short term investment. However, if you're going to do the long term investment, it's better to invest (risk) your money in the cryptocurrencies that are very suitable for that kind of investment and capable to bring you good profits. So far, I would like to suggest to stick with these cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Ethereum and Binance Coin. Plus, I agree with @Little Mouse which the Litecoin(LTC) is also good for long term investment. And, it is also better to allot more investment in bitcoin than in other altcoins.

But before you invest in the cryptocurrencies you're keeping an eye, make sure to conduct research about it if that would bring you enough profit you want. Just to ensure that you won't regret investing in that cryptocurrency. It's better to know its background and history first before investing your money.

The most famous one on the list is crypto.com but its ticker is not mco its cro as I checked on the coinmarketcap. But their project is listed as top 14, so I think this is not a major shitcoin compared on other on the list. It is known to be a wallet that also have debit card so I think they are legit. Im not sure but if its on the top 20 meaning a lot of people have interest on their project cause their token is traded with huge volume.

For other listed, I am only familiar with ZRX and this, but the others looks like new projects but never known any of it. I cant say all of them can be good for long term aside from crypto.com that already known to other users. To be sure why not choose other alts such as eth, neo, xrp, bnb, okb and top coins that are usually have a huge volume. I will be relax to have these than those on the list.

These are the best altcoins and I am also investing in them. We do not need to be too afraid that they will become scams like other altcoins, they have a huge community and many great products. Investing in these projects will make us safer and more profitable

I will only respond to OX -ZRX & Crypto.com - MCO, in my opinion these two altcoins are quite good and worth the investment in the long run. I also regret selling altcoin above, but if you still hold these two altcoins, I think you need to hold it for the future. related to that I will only add like ETH and BNB.

I think if you want to implement long-term trading with Altcoin it will only provide a very high risk, it's better to buy bitcoin which is very safe for long-term trading because Bitcoin has very high demand than Altcoin.

The altcoins on your list are quite good, but there is a risk of investing in them. But if the market grows, then risk altcoins will surely bring more profits than the leading altcoins in the market.

Those are very good altcoins but im not very familiar with solve. It's better to replace it with a better altcoin like blockstack or something else.

The majority of coins that you have mentioned above have already developed a solid product. There's no doubt to pick those coins.

Other than MCO, I never heard of any of the rest. Who recommended you to invest all these 5 coins? Did you follow all the step by step procedures described in this forum by many people while investing with altcoins? I do not think your reasons will be convincing me because, you must have at least 2 or more highly established coin so that losses in other coins may get compensated. When you have all unknown coins in your portfolio, you are just gambling in the name of altcoin investments literally.

Anyone here who will look for altcoin investments, must have at least ETH or BNB or waves or lisk or MTC or EOS or Monero or dash or LTC or dogecoins or anything which is known by at least 25% of this community. This will help you to get good returns for your capital still there are nothing guarantee like bitcoin looks like.

Agree, for those of you who don't want to be involved in investing risks, the list above is an excellent long-term investment choice. If you follow the choice of coins suggested by the OP, you should first research and consider the risks.

I don't think anything about them because I prefer to invest in Altcoin which has been popular for a long time such as ETH, BNB, OKB, and several others, because the Altcoin that I mentioned is already very familiar in crypto and is well liked by many traders in crypto.

Almost all coins have reached their peak before halving. It is better to avoid these coins for now and invest in them for long term holding after halving. Cryptocurrency market will take a dive after 11th of May and then all these coins will bleed. That will be the right time to take position.

Investing with projects which are not in the top known coins from CMC adds additional risk to your money. Though it's opinion based in terms of crypto investment and you needed to have deeper understanding with projects to place your money. The importance of doing your DYOR allows you to pick the right choice of coins to invest in.

Some of them are good and some of them are not have checked it on the market, you can invest in these coins if you have enough funds and you are looking to expand your portfolios but still the top 15 coins in the market are worth investing than all the coins listed here, when it comes to investing stability of the standing in the markets should be a big factor.

On your list I think my favorite is MCO, this is because crypto.com is an exchange with great vision and high level community interest. I think you should add LINK and XTZ. Chainlink and Tezos have been doing extremely well wrt development and also their prices keep accelerating organically. It won't be a bad idea to hold long term in my opinion.

Yes, of course you have to consider the risks first, don't regret it later, because making a long-term investment will obviously cost a lot of time and thought, so please invest if you are sure of the list of coins suggested by the OP.

I know Solve, it is a good token with good use case and if only the team will continue working on it to improve everyday, it have the chances of ending up good. Another I came across is Crypto.com (MCO) although I don't know much, but from what I have heard, it seems to be a good one. Nevertheless, in terms of considering coins for long term investment, from the list, I can only go for Solve, my other choices would be major altcoins such as ETH, BNB, XLM.

OP has listed some good altcoins,  but as for me I'm going to go for altcoins with large cap such as $link $xtz and $bnb,  I think this coin has a lot to offer and I don't think they can exit,  so putting in a decent amount of money. Mind will be at rest that funds is Safu,  this is my opinion though

I didn't know these projects but if all these projects are good enough for long term hold then people can consider it but before buying random and new coins then should hold some reputed coins with their portfolio and then allocate remaining 10% to bet on these coins for long term investment.

ethereum and binance coin (BNB) are very smart choices for long-term investment because I am sure the two altcoins will launch new project developments this year and will provide price increases and prices are still very good for the long term.

link, matic is good for long-term investment and in my opinion the price of zrx is already too high so don't buy zrx in this time but if you buy zrx at the price when it goes down you can sell half because if the zrx isn't strong enough to go up again the price of zrx will go down, buy at the price zrx is down for long-term investment

At the moment, I will choose the best Binance Coin. I really like the speed of Binance infrastructure development. I think that the company will be the flagships in the field of cryptocurrency. :)

How if you choose the top 10 coin list for the long run investment? I think that will be good for you as we already see that the list will be increased in the future. Right now, we have so many coins that will be good for long term investment, and only with research, we will figure out which coins or tokens that can give us the profit in the future. But be careful with the new coin or token because the project is a new one and the project don't have a history so you can only guess if the project will be a success or not in the future.

Before investing on Altcoin, you should monitor the Price & Market Capitalization of coins, Large-caps and Mid-caps coins are perfect for holding for a long run. Normally I put 70% of my investment on Large-caps coin cause the coins which has a huge market capitalization that means a lot of investors are behind of these coin & that's why it is less risky to invest.

The remaining 30% of the capital I invest in Mid-cap Altcoins, these are somewhat risky but when pumped, these increase the most sometimes 4x to 10x.

Preferred Mid-Cap Altcoin- Binance coin, EOS, XLM, XMR

Project team level of commitment when the community level wreck is not enough to make project thrive in the future. The list coins are good except 0x and EOS.


Investing in cryptocurrency because if it current surge in price without consider it hustorical data is totally wrong cause the current trend you see maybe the function of price manipulation. However, 0x, MCO etc are not good for ling term investment.

Crypto.com is CRO not MCO, I think CRO is worth investing, and of course my favorite is CRPT, it is not wrong to invest in the Crypterium project, because this project is progressing quickly

I have never heard about those coins but I think you have the wrong idea when it comes to altcoins, the only coin that is worth to hold for the long term is bitcoin, all the other coins in the market can be good investments if you know exactly when to enter and when to exit your positions, however altcoins are not really good options when it comes to long term holding and the reason is that for each project like ethereum that is successful you will find thousands of coins that failed and that are not being traded at all and have no value.

Waves and kicks are almost dead! Not seeing any good quality of development from those team. I bought waves and lost almost 80% of my portfolio.

Actually I haven't heard all of them, look like you choose new cryptocurrency that just listed. I'm not interested to choose new altcoin moreover for long term investment because it will make my money burn in it IMO. I just interested to choose old altcoin like ethereum which is in the top position in the market so as the chance to get a lot of lose is so small and the chance to get a lot of profit is so big. Because to make the price altcoin reach its all time high or at least to increase its price it needs more new investor. If we just rely on an old investor we will the coin will dump slowly.

These altcoins are not new in the market, you can check in https://coinmarketcap.com/ to determine when they are listed and if you want to see their ANN thread, you can also check. Only solve is the newest which was listed in 2019, but we are already in 2020 now, so it's not relatively new anymore.

Im aware with Crypterium and the rest is unheard on my side.Generally in talks of investment for long term aspect specially with alts
then i do choose up on high ranking ones like ETH,LTC,EOS,XRM and TRON.Somehow being on top rank doesnt mean that theyre the only

I choose only alts with a good community and a great CEO. I am really paying attention to Hbar and ETH. Hbar will be a risky investment because it has just been established and needs more time to develop, but it has a lot of great partners, especially with Google. What makes me happier is that the Americans fomo came to Hbar quite a lot in the past, when the pandemic was under control, I guess the Americans would put money to buy Hbar.
As for ETH, we are no stranger to it. A promising alts and Ethereum 2.0 coming soon, we can buy it now because the price has dropped more than about 12% since this morning.

Be careful with the 5 coins of your choice mentioned in the opening post, these five coins have a low volume. So it's too risky
for long term investment. Better to choose coins that are popular and have a high volume. Like ETH, LTC, XRP, XTZ and BNB.
Because popular coins certainly have high demand, they are very good for long-term holding. Don't gamble on choosing coins

Those are so popular & have high demand. I want to suggest specially for BNB. I think BNB will be the future etherium

CRPT and TNT are good coins to consider but the rest, it didn't give me any interest.
If we are talking about a long term investment, it is most preferable to choose those coins that are relatively showing good performance in the past and until now, it was enough to look good in the future. Having a market situation, I'll give more shoots to ETH than the others.

Why are ETH and BNB not in the list of the OP? Those I believe are the strong contenders to be in the portfolio of a crypto user.  Those he mentioned are really not popular among crypto users. Though this is based from my opinion as honestly, I haven't encountered some of them. I don't know the reasoning behind why he chose those alts but definitely not the choice of majority.

It's true LTC is a good investment for long term, but none of them are own y me. Recently i took a look on them and i find that maybe they will good for a long term run.

I have not experienced all of these coins without 0X coin, it will keep to hold long term, although of those are top altcoins in CMC, for the largest trading volumes looks tempting, otherwise there are nothing real cases. Another thing these are overrated project, so it wouldn’t recommended and i'm doubted for long term investment.

I think that they're the most popular from the list that you have and you can simply ignore the others while getting the OX and MCO. But this is your choice and portfolio so I'm also just suggesting if that will fit your investing desire. The 3 that I didn't chose are not that common so I didn't chose them because I feel that it's like you're just investing to something that you don't even know.

BNB cannot become ETH in the future because they are completely different. In the future the price of BNB will continue to rise, but besides ETH will also increase because they are the best altcoin in this market.

MCO is a project that had survived the bear market and its growing. It should be for a long term project, holding it for another 2-3 years could probably make it p to $10 if the card they promise will work especially now that we all need to make transactions online.

How do you consider the MCO spike as price manipulation?

From the list you made, I only know MCO, I think ETH and BNB are still suitable to be used as long-term investment. Apart from being ranked in the top 10, the two projects also have a large community. But if I choose both, I prefer BNB because the ATH is only around 30 $, it will be very easy to touch the highest price if a bullrun occurs.

I have literally never heard of even a single of them which makes me question if they are actually good as you would say they are. I certainly think that they are doing alright if they got your attention however I think they are not going to be globally successful like you imagine they will be since I never even heard of them. Do not get me wrong I am not some sort of expert on bitcoin or crypto, I am just a regular person who likes to read and talk about crypto.

However if you check my bitcointalk account you will see that I am someone who is quite active here and that means I keep seeing a lot of coins and a lot of new projects so I am basically in the community of crypto a lot and if as a person who is constantly around I haven't heard about it, that means they couldn't be too famous.

No doubt the coin survived bearish market, it have in existence since 2016 and still manage to be among top 100 coin on coinmarketcap but all this doesnt the coin good crypto for long term especially if you put it previous ATH price into consideration and i dont see a purpose in holding a coin for long term when the return doesnt worth it.
I consider it to be manipulated because of it suddenly change in price without genuine reason.

I'm also with you in the same way, l mean l prefer also investing in top altcoins. As you above mentioned there are a lot of different investment choices and it is changing from each other. In a word investing in altcoins is profitable but if you are long-term investors. That means l don't see any good thing about altcoins in the near future. Maybe after the halving altcoins can pump but it will not so high as expected.

Personally, I will only choose BNB because this coin is always in my portfolio and holding BNB has never let me down because I have made a huge profit from this coin. Also holding BNB will increase your chances of joining IEO because this is where there are many good projects and you absolutely can earn triple profit in just a short time. Of course risks can still occur but holding BNB is still the best choice for you.

I don't see any potential coin in your list maybe you should try to find more altcoins like ethereum, litecoin, neo and ripple will be the bedt for longterm . But if you think that 5 altcoin in your list is potential it's up to you but I recommend my potential coin for longterm and Im really sure they also think what I gave to you is good for longterm for many people too.

You'll never know, not because the coins listed are popular they will find success in the future, well, what OP has listed is the coins that he believe will rise in the future. The coins you've listed have already pump during the last bull run, most of the coins that OP's listed have not yet pump, so maybe their time will come in the next bull run, and they will be more profitable since they are close to their ICO price, or even below.

more Link, NEO, Tezos, or from many other very promising projects, he listed unknown coins for all of us here.
   I wouldn't go with entire list of unknown projects, it's risky! With so many good projects around it's better to
choose some of them, they are risky too, but not risky as investing in new and unknown projects!

Yes, you are right. But its seem like everyone just running for some popular and common alts, when there have other good space to invest also. clearly what you say is a necessity that needs to be done for long-term investment. still bitcoin and altcoin are the top ranking things that deserve to be a long-term investment. Forget about litecoin dude as it has not plan to do another development for the blockchain or create a new protocol. Litecoin will stuck at this level caused by it has internal problem that even the CEO of litecoin foundation can't even get the best way to fix the problem that faced by litecoin. It may become the worst choice. It's better to replace litecoin.

It's important to always being updated with how the team are managing the project, if there's issue like this replacing it from your choices will be a good idea, there are lots of options and by doing your research finding project will allow you to pick the right one.

Well I believe in the top coinmarketcap surely they are good for long term investment but the best altcoin to invest for me is ethereum, you should include eth in the list.

Not because OP knows that people are considering it at first. OP's list is just optional and for you to consider but if it never hits your criteria, then there is no need to be bothered.
Anyway, I think that some of them will rally once Bullrun will come but that was sooner. And I don't think that people could able to hold that long. They will still choose those coins at the top leaving the poor coins dump.

I have never heard about those coins before so I won't take the risk. As for me, it's still safer to trust coins that are on top of the list though I'm not saying that we should disregard new alt's potential. I would still choose to invest in altcoins with a stronger foundation and a trusted team. It's still for us to decide if we could take all the risks of investing in new altcoins that are rising these days.

until now investing in new coins is still very risky. especially those who have not been registered in the exchange. they will be very easy to disappear. as you said, investing in coins with a strong market will make it easier for us to make a profit than having to speculate with new coins.

I agree with Crypto.com that MCO, besides that they also have a CRO which has a lower price than MCO. I think both are suitable for the long term. They just made a big event.

I have never heard about such alts and I don't want  to take risk on these coins, I would love to invest in top coins always because they are popular in the market and have huge reputation as well. It's better we go with top coins instead of Investing on unknown coins, In crypto currency trust plays a vital role just go with popular coins.

This list is not complete if you have not added Tron and Stellar to it. I am a big fan of the two and its a long run investment.

I would suggest others not to follow those suggestions from a random person on the internet. Never heard of the coins he has mentioned (SOLVED, CPRT and so on).
You should explain at least why they have the potential to be a good altcoin. Sounds more like you are just advertising for those coins.

I don't know on what basis you gave this list. All of this coin is shitcoin on this list. It is very dangerous to invest in such coins. So becareful traders, before anyone follows this list, you must do research about that project. Give an analysis of why this coin will do well in the future, it will be easier for investors to understand. And if you have a random list, then it's dangerous.

Probably OP can give nothing because it only gives disappointment to the investors. No one would actually consider these (shitcoins) as everyone knows the nearest possible results. And I hope they will.

I don't know what is the purpose of having this list. I hope OP is not trying to fool us particularly to newcomers. But to keep safe, it is very important to check on the CMC. And I suggest everyone do some research before investing and choose the best project, and not just because someone is promoting it (just like this).

MCO is an old coin, and probably no one is interested in mentioning this coin. I think instead of buying an MCO, you should look for new projects like this one because there are so many good options for you. However, before buying, you need to research carefully and think twice before deciding to buy because new projects are often difficult to earn large profits during this time.

dont know bout you guys but if i still remember i recognized few coin on his list  . tnt and crypt to be exact ,  i have seen this coin before but i wouldnt though that these coin is still up until now so maybe op have some point that coins like these can go a long run but i dont know bout the other coins on his list   . for us regulars we usually trust coins that are on top of the cmc list or the really known coins only  because that is our common definition of long run investments  .

I am not sure about any of them. I have seen them in cryptomarket but haven't really invested much time in them. Someone have mentioned that stick with old alts that are trustworthy like btc, eth, waves, ada. By putting your trust in them you are in good hands. it doesnt hurt to check other projects too for long term I think you should be little more careful.

I have heard about one or two of them, a long time ago. All of those are shit coin and seems they reached ATH. Besides There are possibilities of drop btc. So they are too risky to buy at all

If you think about the risks of long term holding you should always have in mind that when Bitcoin drops all other coins and tokens will drop! I'm not familiar with these list. I just prefer to allocate my tokens that already proven their trust and improvement. I don't want to risk my money anymore since we had in very worse crisis right now. There no room for more risky investment anymore and I think its advisable to do it. Some people don't pay attention to study and analyze where gonna invest. Its very important to do it always, so that you will not regret it in the end.

Yes, exactly I have the same question about OP because all the altcoins which have been chosen by OP haven't on the top and those are on the top which aren't part of the list. Right now in this globe crises it's hard to make a good investment and if you want to play safe then I would really wanted to suggest to make an investment in ethereum or eos because these alts have huge potential in its growth.

Its the big problem when yor planning to invest for new launch cryptocurrency. There's many of them but few of them are really legitimate and usefull. After a several months of campaigning them, they become useless or even if they listed in crypto currency exchange sites. I don't see any reason to trust them, but if I find them very interesting and way to different in the rest of them. I will monitor their improvement and future plans after gathering some data and make sure that they worth investing, I will start to invest to them.

Yeah, I agree on this, coz historically speaking we can see how the altcoins are following the bitcoin's trend especially with Ethereum, XRP, LTC , BCH and other worth to mention coins. However, the ethereum got its new high after 10 months, on contrary that bitcoin does not show any of a sign to pump it. Just to add up, top altcoins is worth investing just as much as bitcoin, what only differs is the volatility rate.

I think choosing from a 100 coin is difficult, you might just want to break it down into smaller fractions, gather coins from by its platforms then compare each and everyone, for me 10 coins is a max to choose to invest, just never forget bitcoin that's the first one and should be the highest percentage of your investment capital. OX -ZRX and Crypto.com - MCO are pretty good projects as far as I know. I don't have much idea about the rest. They need to be researched. The coins you mentioned seem to be suitable for long-term investments in addition to Neo, Litecoin (LTC), EOS (EOS), Ethereum Classic, Chainlink, etc

John McAfee has come with a new coin called Ghost. Which seems to be pretty interesting for the investment. They have held it's mainnet event on the 22nd June of the current month. The coin has huge potential due to its unique features. Also they are working on esim, currently, it's on beta version and sooner they will launch it. As you above mentioned there are a lot of coins to invest in the long term. However if you can find good projects, l mean it is just hard to predict, which coin can bring you good profit in the future. For because of that l always prefer to invest in top altcoins, which l think they are more profitable among other altcoins. ETH is a really good choice for long-term investing.

Cause of that l agree with your opinion, it doesn't matter how long do you hold this coin, it matters which coin do you hold. For that reason l prefer mostly investing in top altcoins, in my mind, they are more profitable for long term investing.

This is a good list but some quality projects are missing that will worth holding for long such as Elrond, ChainLink, Preserach, Ankra, Harmony. They have a very solid background in crypto space and are handled by experienced hands.
