And to start, I'm organizing a lottery on youtube, it will be 24 hours collecting bets, and the winner's draw will be broadcast live after the 24 hours of live.

And I would like to invite everyone to participate and refer their friends to participate in this live drawing, at the moment there is no referral program but I am already studying the possibility for future lives.

As i am seeing from my end that your platform is telegram and youtube oriented. Although you have a good amount of members in your telegram channel but to run a business like this its important to have an official website. Without having a website its quite hard for gamblers to check all your features, services from their end. I will suggest you to buy Copper membership (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2385104.0) which will enable lot more options for you to make a complete official Announcement.  Sounds like this could be easily abused. I think transparency or things like provable fair would be important to gain trust with your method.

You see,,, to use it, I have to do not just 1 but 2 or even 3 new steps. Register on Telegram. Spend bitcoin to buy lottery and then watch they youtube to see the results.

This isn't a way to discourage you but to be honest, lottery gambling business here in the forum commonly does not exist. The reason I guess is that the lottery is a low chance of winning. In short, it is very high odds.

Can you also explain how the provably fair system work here?
