Crypto exchange platforms.

I've been studying the exchange platforms available for crypto trading and I saw a list of ten top crypto trading platforms from Cryptodetail.

I'll list below in order of rating.
1. Coinbase
2. Binance
3. CEX.IO
4. Localbitcoins
5. Bitfinex
6.Bittrex
7. Kraken
8. Coinmama
9. Changelly
10. Prime XBT


In that ranking order we can see that Coinbase is the top and probably the best trading platforms. I found out that coinbase doesn't only offer trading services it also license other businesses to use its API for crypto payment related transaction.
I want us to discuss on the following areas.

1. From your experience which of the trading platform has great features and epic user experience (UX) that new traders should learn to use.

2. What is special about coinbase that almost all the website are ranking it to be the best crypto trading platform?

I think Coinbase affiliate program pays the most for new sign ups so most of these rankings are fake and only serve to attract new referrals.
It's like those fake hosting rankings where Bluehost, HostGator and the like always come first just because they pay the most in the affiliate program. But in reality, they have probably the worst hosting service.

BTW, what about that ugly image in your post? Was that really necessary? ;D

I only Use 3 of the listed and those are Bittrex,Binance and Coinbase
though there are many of my friends uses
 Kraken and localbitcoins.i think those who are into Arbitrage trading
 is until now using almost all of that exchange
 but not me.i only use those most trusted and has many legit comments specially in this Forum.but i will consider others
 in future when i start trading more not like now that i only use trading platform rarely for some exchanging things.

On the top items listed created by the OP only two of the trading platform I really use because in coinbase they have a good trading UI which is good and relaxing to my eyes still it depends on the user if what are the good ways of trading, we have different biases which are good too to make move what things we are familiar also I used finance when I do not need to have a lot of trading money. Always take care of trading because it requires a lot of knowledge, ideas, skills, and management how you will get your income. Also as a beginner, I recommended the use of copy trading because you can make earning by just the trades of other people but if you want to learn more you can make your own trading game.

I have only 2 exchanges, and that is Bittrex and Binance but I usually use Binance since my funds are already there. I'd never had the intent to withdraw once I have profit but just have to keep in there. Maybe I was confident of their security that is why I have no worries even I store my funds for a year but sometimes I also think, What IF...what of the previous hacking scenario will happen again.
There are only two things we need to consider the potentiality of that certain exchanger and that is their security and transaction fees.

As for the image, every image has a message its passing across. As a crypto analyst you should know this.

Then what can you infer from this in relation to trading?

Well, among the ten number of choices I only use Coinbase not only for security but also I have trusted the platform since I started here. The rest perhaps be good as well. Before my friend who introduced me in the crypto world uses the same platform so to make things easier for me when I was new I decided to use Coinbase as well for immediate assistance if I don't understand some things in the platform. Indeed, it will be our own discretion on which or how many of them we will use for our activities because I know any issues that they may have will surely be addressed in no time to maintain the trust that we have on them.

I trade on two platforms Bittrex and Binance. I think this is good for me. When I first joined cryptocurrency, I first traded using bittrex. I have always used the exchange to trade. After launching binance, I started trading on bittrex and binance. So far I have not encountered any major problems in these two exchanges. So I will put these two exchanges in my list. Coinbase does not allow trading in the country where I live, so I have never traded on this exchange. But coinbase allows wallet service in our country, so I used their wallet service several times and never faced any problem.

You mentioned trust as the reason why you use coinbase right. I think trust is also based on some factor?

Why do you have so much trust for Coinbase exchange?

1. Among all the exchangers that i have experienced to use then one of the best if Binance ( no doubt) you can even toggle between basic or advanced mode when it comes to trading UI which is
totally a recognizable feature that a exchange platform must have. Next, is poloniex- yeah it might be already pass its prime but i remember the days where i do make use of this platform
without any hiccups or whatsoever.

No offense but this is a terrible list. It mixes together spot, altcoin, margin, derivative, peer-to-peer, and instant exchanges all at once.

There is no such thing as the "best trading platform." It depends what your needs are.

Bitfinex and Kraken are the obvious choices for margin spot trading. Probably Bitmex and Deribit for derivatives, although I like Kumex a lot for casual (smaller position) perpetual swaps trading. Binance is still the best altcoin exchange.

Binance for both futures and altcoin trading, and for Fiat selling, localbitcoins, wazirx and paxful are 3 best options available for you to choose from. As of now, even Binance allows us to conduct P2P trades there which can be somehow profitable for those traders who can hodl for some extra time and in no urgent need of cash.

I like binance until now, I just comfortable when I use this platform. Moreover binance team has launched a way to make easy for crypto user in my country make a deposit or withdraw. There is no exchange who can do that, I mean an exchange which have a good valume if I compare with my local exchange.

Back to old days, i used to make trades in Bittrex,Yobit. Both now are confirmed as scam shemes due to many reasons but i didn't, personally, face any problem using them before they both started enforcing KYC. I have also tried many other decentralised exchanges like IDEX (for eth tokens) and cryptobridge but they now become unpopular or just shut down.

Binance became the best Trading Platform I chose. Because many features are provided by Binance. I also trade Future which is more convenient than other platforms.

Binance, bittrex, and poloniex will be the exchanges that I have used so far, but I used binance for trading more than bittrex and poloniex.

I think every exchange will have the advantages and disadvantages so we cannot compare each other since we also have a different experience to use the exchange to trade. Binance as the biggest exchange will be the choice of people to trade because they can search for more profit than the other exchanges. But I think the other exchange will try to compete with binance because they want to be the biggest exchange too.

For now, I haven't thought about other trading platforms, I still use Binance.
My binance feels safer to trade.

I'm more confident about trades that still provide identity verification (KYC), and for Binance users having to use 2FA is something that every user must require.
For that Binance is a good trade to use for me, certainly everyone has their own judgment in using trade for them.

Congrats for being a verified trading merchant of Binance in Indonesia. You mentioned reasons why you choose Binance over other but you fail to mention the security of the reputable platform?

How secure is Binance?

when talking about security, of course everyone will not know for sure the problem, I believe in trade in Binance of course because of the level of trust by the wider community both from the global level and from my own country. currently the Binance exchange is the most popular in my country considering the features of Binance are increasing over time.

especially now that I'm a part of a verified P2P trader, of course I won't choose another exchange except for the exchange in my own country, Indodax as the second choice.

Yeah I stan on binance when it comes to futures trading, I find it very peculiar since this is the first time that I saw a 125x leverage on a futures trading, it's like x 12.5 to your profit and what I do love about their trading platform is that they are concern on every customer, I am receiving a warning through email and phone number whenever my margin exceeds to 80%. I often use binance because of the trading volume and liquidity, most of the time I switch with just two exchanges, binance and coinbase.

I usually use Binance for trade but i have also experience about Coinbase, Bittrex too. Every exchange have their own specialty although i never thought that Coinbase is better than Binance. For beginner i would like to recommend to start their trade with CEX exchanges like Binance, Kucoin cause DEX exchanges are more complicated use than CEX. No doubt that coinbase is trustful exchange but there is not much special about coinbase it's just hype nothing else. Most people like because of there affiliate program for new sign up users.

Binance futures trading is the one I liked more and the feature I mostly used inside Binance exchange. It's nice to gain profit more than the capital you have and it makes your trading capabilities more useful because you can possibly trade @125x leverage. I also use other exchange for the tokens that are not available in Binance like Houbi and Kukoin, Both is good enough that ables me to stick in their exchange for certain reasons I have.

These 6 exchange is what had been my choices because i have already used them all and have got no issue at all until now.

According to the list I do trading on binance and bittrex but mostly on binance the trading UI and features of binance exchange looks brilliant and the most important thing we have good liquidity and volume there which makes trading more interesting anyways my overall trading experience on binance has been great so far.

Binance is really a good trading platform, the volume of people who uses this are quite higher than other platforms. Its security is really strict and customers are really safe to access here as as it really make people become comfortable with the p2p transactions. It is the safest platform that I know for those who are interested in trading cryptocurrency, also its existence in the market makes it more popular because of its service.

In coinbase, you can perform margin trading, this platform will allow you borrow money from the broker for you to be able to perform more trades. This will help you to have more profits and boost your trading transactions so that you will become an effective trader as you are using their platform. In contrast with binance, it is lesser in liquidity so it is more effective to use it as you are anxious about your assets.

when i was a newbie my first experience on trading was on decentralize exchange and it was on etherdelta which was make it more even harder  but this is good because you can master any exchange easily later on if you start with the harder ones  .  i also dont thought that coinbase was good because they rank number 1  but its not the ranking that really matters but its the user experience   .  maybe coinbase rank first because they are multi purpose  ( they have a crypto wallet and a exchange  )

I don't see the rank of the coinbase is number I better to change it to binance and that is my best trading platforms and I think most of the traders will agree on that. Im still like coinbase and I don't have any complaun about their sevrvice but Binance is more better than coinbase and all the trading platforms right now lf all the crypto exchanges.

Other unfamiliar exchanges are setting at the top 10, Binance is not even in the top 10 and coinbase pro as well.
I think the list is not really accurate but I believe Binance has a big volume compared to coinbase.

For me i don't look on that rankings since there are exchangers who list at the  top which have fake volumes so it's bad to show it to newbies since they might get compromised for trading on bad exchange. But I can recommended them on Binance and Okex since this  site is good exchange where newbie can trade their funds easily.

My best trading platform is Binance and Coinbase I exploit more Coinbase. there's no fear of being scammed or hacked you do not need to KYC here All you've got to try to do is verify by email. there's no fear of losing personal information Hackers will never be ready to hack your wallet if they use code in 2fa These two platforms are very fashionable for crypto exchanges I have never seen any problems yet.

I have always said that which exchange you want to use should always be depending on what you need and people are missing out on that fact. There is really no exchange that can give you everything you want, binance certainly is trying to be that exchange offer everyone everything, but there is really no way they will be capable of doing something like that for a long time. I mean if you really want to buy bitcoin using your fiat, will you be able to do it with binance? There is really no way you can do that right now.

Does that make binance a bad website? Not at all, hence that is why I think what you would imagine people would realize that eventually there will be some sort of combination of exchanges you will use for each different need that will make it perfect for you.

as popular and highly rated coinbase is, I have not really traded on it. I am a binance kinda guy. The interface, cheap and convenient services makes it a go to exchange for me. Followed closely by kucoin

You old on this forum, I'm just curious how come did you not traded on Coinbase, I mean coinbase is one of the reputable exchanges out there ever since and then the binance just came along its way. Coz me, I'm both fan of coinbase and binance I'm trading on these platform often but if there is one thing that coinbase has that binance is without, that is a fiat currency deposit which is just make the coinbase on its level although binance is more popular than coinbase imo.

Binance now offers the service of Fiat deposit and withdrawal. As big as Coinbase is and as much as people talk about it, I will confess that I have never used it. Since it does not lose those coins that I often trade, I see no reason why I should use it. Binance already gives me what I want and that is why I am still a regular user.

I don't really know why people are rating coinbase that much to be honest because I've personally never used the trading platform before and i believe lot of traders don't too, atleast the various comments i see on this thread proved that. However i believe binance is the number exchange with the biggest trading volumes and likewise innovative features that makes trading more easy for even a person with little trading knowledge

1.-Bitfinex, because it is the platform that offers to place Take Profit and Stop Loss at the same time, you can leave your orders on without having to be glued to the pc and waiting. And Binance because the volume it handles is considerable and has many improvements as they have in their whitepaper.

2.- I think that mostly at cheap fees, and because of its history and good reputation, it gives a lot of confidence to operate there.

so far I really like using a local exchange. however, it is not on the list. of all the lists mentioned, I prefer to use binance as a trading place than others. Well, everything mentioned is a quality trading place, but I still chose Binance to be the first.

I dont use Coinbase beacuse trade in it is so complicate. I use Binance and Huobi Exchange to hold me asset and trading. There are a good exchange with high security, high liquility, many trading pair and easy to use

I also don't use coinbase because my country isn't yet supported but I don't think coinbase is complicated, it is similar to other exchanges. The special thing about coinbase is its high liquidity, it is probably the highest according to the statistics on coinmarketcap.

I don't use coinbase for trading because I use binance, kucoin, and bittrex for trading. I think we have a different trading platform that we use to trade, and if we can feel comfortable to trade in one or more exchange, and we can make a profit, we will say that exchange is the best exchange for us. But we don't have to use more than 3 exchange if we cannot focus in all exchange, and I think it is enough to use 1 exchange, but we have an opportunity to make a profit.

I actively use 2 services and one of them is on the list and the other is not. I think the first service I use is Binance and my reasons for preference will be more or less predicted. A high quality service as a high trading volume, wide trading parity option and user experience. Another service that I actively use is FTX. The most important factors for me to prefer FTX are the high transaction volume, high leverage ratio and most importantly, it offers the opportunity to trade with real USD. I usually use both services to trade, so I do not pay much attention to reference income or other features.

the best platform that I use is of course still Binance, I don't use trading platforms other than Binance,
there my funds are safe, CZ always says "SAFU", dont worry  ;D. But to be wise, you should not save 100% of funds in exchange

I myself like coinbase because of its simple and smooth interface, infact my first crypto wallet was coinbase but now most of my trading occurs at binance and i am happy with all the options, transaction speeds and smoothness that binance provides and i will only look for alternative if i see a visibly better platform.

Due to individual differences, the best trading platform is the one in which you enjoy using the most.
For alt traders, who long and short futures and margin trading, binance will be their choices, for some based in america, coinbase is it.

So it depends, for me, i have craves for binance and kucoins, they serve my needs better

It looks like we have the same trading platform and I've been using Binance for years now it's still the best trading platform for me. I rarely use those other reputable trading platform since I don't like the delays and some of them required KYC which is not really necessary for me since I am not into trading big amount of money. That's why Binance save the day as it is easy to handle than most of the platform.

Before, I used poloniex and cryptopia in trading. Because they were good exchange for me. I like the ambiance and some feature of them. But because they got some issues about hacking and losing of funds. I turned in Binance and Bittrex. As of now, I withdrawn my funds because I have to sustain my family needs die to COVID-19. But I have few more coins in my wallet.

I've not used coinbase to trade once because of their wallet, which is centralized, no private keys just online wallet, the Exchanges I used for trading from time to time are binance and kucoin, I like kucoin interface better but it depends on your taste

Coinbase is the top all crypto wallet. I use it since 2017 snd there is no problem still now. They add more coins in their crypto wallet. It is very safe and secure. I also use whitebit
which is my second best wallet and exchange. 

From the list of exchanges mentioned in the opening post I only use coinbase and binance. But only the binance that I really use
for trading. Whereas I use coinbase only as an online wallet, I do not choose coinbase for trading because of the trading features
owned more complete binance. And also the number of pairs for trading binance is far more than coinbase.

I also like Binance and not only me but also every crypto trader, lover will like this exchange because of its speed and secure transaction. You will see every bounty hunter target Binance coin listing so that coin price will high they know and those projects who binance listed thought that the project is realistic. This is because of Biance team excellent about their coin and project chosen. Besides this i like coinbase and bittrex and many others.

I never created the account in many exchanges those are mentioned you. Mostly i trade a lot of time in the Binance exchange, yesterday i saw in coinmarketcap binance offers approximately 20% discounts in trading fees. I am worried to using coinbase, i heard from a lot of friend their coinbase wallet restricted without any reason.        

I think that Binance is currently the most popular and convenient platform by many indicators. There are an abundance of trading pairs, low commissions, interesting IEOs and high liquidity. It is difficult to meet a cryptocurrency trader who has not had experience working on this exchange.

TBH, I only use Binance for now. I was in Bittrex last 2018 but something I wasn't in good when the market struggled in bearish season during that time. I was in a big lose and then, it made me stop trading.
I'd find out that it is very important to consider trading volume when choosing an exchanger to be used in trading aside from security. Because it certainly affects the results of your trade and sees Binance is already on the top among others.

I will be getting bias on this because I used this trading platform for a long time and get a lot of earnings with the help of it and this is the Binance before there is a lot of problem on me when I used the binance because they have a lot of trading platform and it is too hard to identify which platform do I need to use also they update their user interface and this is a good impact to me but still we cannot avoid that there are a lot of people would like to use the same thing when they are start with which is the old version of the binance. Also one of the good updates of the binance is their leverage the too much amount of leverage the higher value you will get because before they only have 20x on their leverage and recently they now increase this for over 125x which is good to make more income but still don't trade which you cannot afford because it gives you a lot of problems that causes to loose up all of your funds still it's up to you will you get more income regarding with that or not. I'm getting binance because it is easier to read graphs on dark mode, yes in the dark because most of the time I trade at night and it is too much annoying if the theme is just white and too much light focus on your eyes.

My best trading platform for me is the expert option, I am once watched on some advertisement on the YouTube and I became interested because of its user friendly, the GUI is not that complicated for me compared to other trading platforms and besides expert option is really familiar in our country so I also encourage some of my friends to try it because I already earn money from trading in this kind of platform.

But for now, I stopped investing because of some personal reasons. One of the factors is financial and being afraid to lose again my money.

Trading is really profitable and great if you have skills and knowledge in doing so because if you are a beginner you can win from it because it is like gambling in a way that you are taking a risk.

Binance is best trading platform because when you make deposit balance from other wallet to binance most faster confirmation, just take few minutes your fund arrived in binance wallet, you have many altcoin kind listed there and you can trade with several peer from btc, eth and bnb.

It might be quite obvious looking at my signature but I stand by it. I pretty much only trade on Sparrow Exchange along with a few other options trading platforms to try and maximize my returns and get the best possible value for trade. Why Sparrow Exchange? Coz of the user interface. Its just very simple to use and hassle free. I am comparatively new to Options trading so it acts like a stepping stone before I learn complex trading techniques and utilize them to my benefit across multiple exchanges.

I have been using Binance for over two years now and truly, the Binance exchange platform is the best of all the exchanges I have chosen in the past. The security issue is something Binance needs to be more concerned about because this exchange has been hacked more than 7000 BTC, and until now, everything remains a mystery. Apart from that, everything here is great, and I'm happy to use it.

everyone is talking about Binance, yes that's normal, because Binance is now the best cryptocurrency trading platform, I also use it, because there are lots of features available and the withdrawal and deposit process is very fast

Yes, I also think binance is really good. But where is the best exchange currently?
I think the best exchange right now is Okex. They have a wealth of experience, very honest and fast. In addition, they are currently the only exchange for cooperation with the Chinese government. This adds to my belief in Okex rather than Binance

I also think the same way you do. Okex is not an exchange that inflates their token prices. I really like Okex and like their OKB coin. China is the world's number one technology development country. Working with the government is difficult but Okex has done it. They are also the only exchange headquartered in China currently

I am still loyal to the Binance exchange because it has many great trading functions. It has OCO, Stoplimit and the chart is also very easy to see. Besides being a very large volume, the small alts there are often quite powerful pumps and I make a lot of money based on the indicators of the Binance exchange.

For sure, the majority will also select Binance. But there are some people also don't like Binance since they also experience some of the features there to some exchanges.
The also good thing in Binance is they got combination of spot trading and margin trading. But there are still some people who much prefer some exchange that only caters margin trading, like Bitmex.

Why don't you add Meta Trader 5 ??  Many are using in Crypto.   

Have you heard about the recent case regarding Bitmex? They are accused of money laundering amounting to three billion US dollars! If it is true, that would be a huge problem for Bitcoin because still Bitmex belongs among the biggest crypto-exchanges and and its closure would mean a huge drop in trading volume.

Well we can't deny the fact that binance outperformed many leading exchanges back then, that is why they got so much reputation from their user making them great and at top right now. I often trade to bitmex before totally switching to binance. Bitmex has a margin trading with maximum leverage of 100x while binance added its new 125x leverage that's why I decided to switch. Despite the differences of these exchanges, they are pretty massive now and great to trade with.

Binance is much more better for the newbies because I have  been there when I joined the cryptocurrency community but for others be listed here aren't good in my opinion. Binance has a good and very useful users interface comparing to others on the list. Meanwhile, some good trading platforms which OP listed has their special  areas when it come to trade, but among the list, I have just focus on the binance as a trading platform.

In terms of volume, the number of markets and available coins/tokens binance is really on top, but I guess there is only one reason why some users prefer Coinbase because in their platform you can cashin or withdraw your crypto directly on banks but I guess only in selected countries. It is very convenient for users. Binance that does not have that feature yet, Yes we can buy crypto with credit cards but we cannot withdraw directly on banks.

Agree, based on their experience people will suggest them desired exchange and I hope Binance is one of the finest platforms for newbies because their user interface and security provided by their customers seems to be very impressive. The coin listing on Binance exchange is continuously in development stages.

In my opinion, the best exchange is not one of the 10 exchanges that you have proposed. for me it is MXC. MXC is really investing heavily in pumping the newly listed alts. for alts who just got listed on MXC, that alts was instantly pumped and I made a lot of money based on that trick. So for me MXC is the best exchange for the time being.

Coinbase is currently one of the best exchangers on the network. It is trustworthy, reliable, and easy to use even for beginners.
However, the main drawback is its availability only for some countries.

TBH I am not familiar with the exchange you've mentioned but as I check it has some volume, I mean great volume but I don't want to believe right away that it's really the real volume of this exchange as I know a lot of exchanges are faking their volume.

I would still go with some exchanges listed in OP, but not all in the top 10.

We can't Blame those people mate because the issue about binance having Pumping those newly released currencies made them a victim of pump and Dump system things that for me is some kind Shady thing from exchange.

and now that they already owned CoinMarketcap that also facing Fake volume cases,how i hope that all of these issues will be cleared in the name of Binance because this exchange is one of the very most that i have been waiting ro make way up.

For me, only Binance is worthy of the title of the best exchanges in the crypto market. They have a great team and a community of more than 100k people. Therefore, all activities of Binance have a strong influence and often will be positive. The Binance IEO projects have helped me make a lot of money. on that side, in terms of trading functions, it is still the most complete exchange and the largest volume. We cannot find any weak points for Binance exchange.

I think security is the only reason why so many investors feel very nervous about choosing to trade here, but now everything is fine, and Binance is being trusted by everyone here. In my opinion, Binance is still the big exchange, and recently they bought Coinmarketcap which surprised everyone because they are starting to dominate the entire crypto market.

It is true that coinbase is highly recommended for trading, but in my opinion coinbase is not the best. The best is binance exchanges for now
as a trading platform, because of the many features of binance that Coinbase does not yet have. Binance promotion  many  IEO projects are

well I have many accounts in some exchanges but the best exchange for me is binance because you know it is the most popular exchange and with high volume of coins, good to trading there. Once there is announcement of listing a coin in the binance, make sure you invest in that coin because it will rise up the price. :)

In my opinion my best trading platform was EtherDelta because was a descentralized exchange . Remember if you do not own the private key you do not own the coins . So I would recommend you a descentralized exchange if you want to be 100% safe

coinbase is my first trading platform. It's really best for functions & security. Moreover coinbase user can still transaction currency to other coinbase user without fee by using email. That's amazing But i saw it get crushed sometimes as can't handle a lots of traffic. Beside I trade on Binance, also a best exchange

I'd personally have to go for these three;

1. Binance — crazy high trading volume, huge number of available markets and a great range of additional products, like Binance lending, staking and futures. Binance is definitely shaping up to be a one-stop-shop for practically anything related to trading.

2. PrimeXBT — hasn't got great volume for many of its crypto futures, but the PrimeXBT Turbo product is interesting. I don't have a huge amount of time leftover each day to spend trading, so it's always nice to be able to nab some quick wins by opening some leveraged micro-trades.

3. BitMEX — probably speaks for itself, but the huge insurance fund and massive liquidity makes BitMEX a great place to trade if you're worried about slippage, scam wicks etc. I try to stay on low leverage, but I'm sure it has the volume to support even highly leveraged trades safely.

Its good seeing coinbase on the top. I had used coinbase but trade is not available in my country. So i start treading on hitbtc. Hitbtc is good exchange but they demand high fee and low security. So now i start trading on binance & kucoin. Those are good.

Why don't you choose exchanges like Binance or Huobi because these are exchanges that are always trusted by all investors and very cheap transaction fees.

In comparison, HitBTC is only a bad exchange because there have been many investors losing money at this exchange for unknown reasons. Also, their support team is very bad if you have problems with withdrawals so it is best to avoid.

Your research is your research, you can relay on one information from one place, what is happening with some token on one exchange (and only thing you can see on exchange is buy/sell orders and make some conclusions about supply/demand of that token), but it would be better to check the project itself, to see who are they, what are they doing, and all other things you can find about them, and only then you should invest.
I started with KuCoin years ago and I don't wish to change them for binance. Every exchange is just an exchange in the end, make your decision based on info you collect from several places. Recheck everything you can, doesn't matter from where you get your info.

Coinbase is the first exchange I use when participating in this market, and until now I have not had any problems trading here. However, when buying and selling at this exchange, the transaction fee is very high, and that is why I am no longer interested in using it. Currently, I am using Okex because it has a lot of useful tools in making a profit, and the fees at this exchange are very low compared to other exchanges.

In early days, I have no choice to exchange but in Hitbtc and its often that the new launch coins choose it for their exchange site. I use Binance and Etoro but I often use binance especially when I do momentum trading in a short term time frame. Binance have a higher leveraged and they are offering up to 125x and for me as a trader it is really good. I use Etoro sometimes because it has a good features which is automatically stop poss and take profit but their leveraged towards cryptocurrencies are too low because the max is only 2x. There are only 13 cryptocurrencies in Etoro so it is limited.

I know that there are more trading platform out there that have high security and easy to use. I just get used to trade uaing Binance and Etoro. But I plan to open a account in different exchanges for me also to try and use different platforms that can help my trading performances.

You should try binance as many people here suggested to use to trade. I think that will not be too complicated as if you use bitmex because, in binance, you can use the normal trade, and that will different than the margin trading. It is difficult to use margin trading to make a profit because you need to have more skills to determine the price moves. But yes, I see that the profit that you can make on bitmex will be bigger if you can master or improve your skills.

I use coinbase just for stoking my coins. But I want to always greatful to few exchanges such as- binnace,  kucoin, whitebit etc. These are my favourite exchanges. I feel like more secure and privacy.

True! In addition, Binance has its own coin (BNB) which is one of the most trustful coin. By having some BNB in your wallet, it'll reduce the transaction fee whenever you pay the fee by BNB. Coinbase is good for the refferal program but prices a bit high....good only for the withdraw without fees. i use it also for convert Fiat-Crypto and Crypto-Fiat.
I also use Binance and KuCoin, they have good staking programs and assistance, specially KuCoin and both have the app on smartphone and it's very usefull for place some urgents sell/buy or check fastly the status of our portfolio. ;)

I have always chosen binance because of the best trading platform  I never traded with kucoin and do not have much idea about it. you're right that binance has its own currency therefore the chances of being scammed are very low and its demand is large. They replace everything on their own without counting on the other site.

There are so many things we can experience and make money there. Besides, Binance also has a lending system and it helps a lot for traders. I will give it to Binance any day and any time. Well, may be because I have been using it since August 2017 and haven't had any issues with it till date. Again, the ease of navigation on its platform is another thing I consider fantastic. On the other hand, I don't think Changelly qualifies as a real exchange in the true sense of it for buying and selling. I like to look at it as a place of barter for coins and tokens.

Don't be quick to forget that hack incidence at Binance in 2019. If not for the quick intervention of CZ who saved the day, I guess the reputation of Binance would've been grossly affected by now. From time to time, you should try and withdraw coins/tokens you aren't trading to your private wallet. Remember; your keys, your wallet.

as a starter, BNB is pretty safe for you. but later on, you will learn other exchanges that will be of advantage on your end. some alts or tokens are not listed on BNB, you will find out the importance of other small to medium exchanges that are catering those alts/tokens. however, before sending any of your coins to others, you should check the reputation of the exchange. they might have existing scam issues that are not yet resolved.

Answering your first question, I think binance is the best cryptocurrency exchange out there in the cryptocurrency trading market because of it's one point solution exchange that has virtually every tools and features needed for effective trading experience. True! We would really suggest Binance most of the time since we do know that this one is on the top of the chain but as said there are coins that arent listed specially low cap coins

Binance & Coinbase is on my list...
my main concern is the low transaction fee and Binance No 1, for safety I chose Coinbase. I am not a daily trader but I feel safe and comfortable trading on these two large exchanges that I mentioned.

OP's list is definitely opinionated. However, There's a general idea that Coinbase is a much more bigger outfit compared to Binance. Both exchanges have high standards are deserve their spots on that list. Talking about platform features, Binance has tons of useful features including the recently added OCO feature which allows 2-way orders (stop & limit). Coinbase too has its features which appeals to both retail and institutional investors. That said, both exchanges are obviously great choices.

Binance is just way too far ahead of everyone else when we are talking about trading platforms. They are now doing almost everything you can do in an exchange. One thing that might be missing is being like bitmex on the futures trading and also obviously you can't withdraw to your own fiat currency from there in almost all nations (I heard they started with some nations) so at the end of the day there is really not much they can't do, rest of the exchange world things all best at binance. Coinbase for me is a god tier exchange platform. It has been in the market for so long already. I started Bitcoin last 2016 and I remember that time Coinbase was famous already for being a great exchange as well as wallet. So yeah, Coinbase is highly recommended from my standpoint.

Coinbase could be very good but you should not forget that it is not really that easy to use for non-american people.
You can still use it if you want but without being an American citizen and without having an american bank it limits many things you can do there.

On contrary if you pick Binance as your best platform that means it is great globally because it allows you to trade with everyone around the world and you are dealing with a ton of coins there and a countless amount of pairs as well, yet when it comes to withdrawing to fiat to your bank account they lack.

Everyone has different opinions, but I personally prefer to use Huobi because this exchange has been with me for more than three years and until now, Huobi is still a high liquidity trading. I think a lot of new exchanges are appearing right now and should be considered carefully when depositing because no one is sure what will happen. In my opinion, you should only choose reputable exchanges over one year and should use only half of the assets when participating in this market.

Binance is the most recommended site for trading when I ask my friends, the thing is I am still a newbie, and I am still accumulating knowledge. I have been bittrex for more than 3 years without any problems. Some one year back my account was locked for the requirement of KYC and just after I submit all documentation, I was set ready to go like before. I still hold BSV and when most other exchanges were delisting BSV, I noticed only bittrex took different decisions and they are providing markets for BSV; hence to convert my BSV, I still need bittrex, just mentioning one unique case of bittrex to support with my best trading platform.

I do trade at yobit, kucoin, mercatox and hotbit. I do hold few altcoins and tokens and based on my coin pairs, I do go for different exchanges.

I am in plan to try futures trading and for that I am in plan to check kucoin and binance. I read bitmex is getting stuck time to time as there are tons of volume happens there these days. If anyone has any good experience on any of futures exchange, please share, it would be too good to avoid trying non-friendly exchanges.

Many exchanges including coin bases, do not allow trading from all countries. For this reason, I use Binance, kucoin, whitebit. These exchanges have satisfactory volume. Trading fees and withdrawal fees are tolerable on these exchangers.

Binance is also my favorite trading platform the user interface is very friendly and easily navigable one of its feature is the abilty of using their default indicators to suit my  trading strategy and their security feature is also top-notched withdrawal is swift and fast I am not conversant with the other platform I had already sticked with binance thus not exploring other exchanges of course they might better than binance.

Binance and Bittrex are the only platform that are good in my own opinion. In short, majority of the
platform you stated are terrible.

From your mentioned list, I got three exchanges which I already used before. Those are Coinbase, Binance and Bittrex. I have found the best user experience from Coinbase. It is the most easiest exchange ever I have used. The most attractive feature of Coinbase is it's user friendly UI. It is very easy to understand how to use it. I also used Binance and Bittrex also. Both are different from Coinbase but not a hard thing to use for our regular life.

Bittrex and binance to me these two exchanges are the best inside your list with there are also some exchanges where i feel comfortable trading. I want enjoy holding in coinbase but not every coins. Me too! Binance is the best exchange for me, it is improving day by day. Their security in their website is strong, hackers might have a hard time accessing it, they might be caught before they hack someones account. Next to binance ,y vote goes for idex, since I started joining in some altcoin bounty I always want that campaign to get listed in idex, because using that comes with no hassle  you only need to put your ptivate key, and then you may start trading.

Binance is the best platform to me. I always prefer Binance platform to make my trade. I think, binance is more secure than any other platform. Besides binance, I also use KuCoin platform for trading. Though Kucoin is not listed to your ranking, I feel better to make trade in Kucoin.

I dont think Coinbase in 1st place should be Binance because at Binance the transaction fee is cheap, there are many types of transactions there and there are many coins to trade and hold. At Coinbase we have too few options, and it also limits many countries to trade there. I encourage you to trade at Binance or Huobi, it is better, there are many very strong altcoins pump and the trading volume is also the highest of all the other exchanges.

Though there are a lot of good trading platform available now but to me Binance is the best ever trading platform. Binance is simply heaven for advanced cryptocurrency users, institutions, and active traders. While it’s a learning curve for beginners, Binance has been a global leader for obvious reasons. Yes,,, I have heard from many people that they prefer Coinbase above all else and to be fair, I would too. There are a lot of trading platform where trades can be executed without stress joining the listed sites you have mentioned to trade. Although I do use Deriv to trade those popular altcoins without stress rather than these mentioned platforms. The main aim in trading is to make profits in as much as the platform used is reliable and easy to use. I have other platforms I do use which are  absolutely different from the mentioned ones.

Coinbase is the first exchange I use in your list of exchanges. Coinbase is appreciated by everyone, however I use Binance more often, Binance has more coins/tokens! Coinbase is easy to use, licenced and professional. Coinbase is more suitable for people in America. For the rest of the world however, Binance is more accessible. Same here. I am still with binance though. Since I am availing their p2p services, I have no problem with their reduced daily withdrawal limit for unverified account. Because before you can avail p2p, you should be verified and the limits are quite high once verified. Also, I am confident with binance because of their SAFU. Not many exchanges have insurance in place for its traders. And it would take years or effort to surpass their popularity. They need to offer more features and security to its users.

I used Bitstamp, Coinbase-pro, and Bittrex at first because they were USA regulated so I thought they were trusted. Cause there are many Dark histories about the crypto exchange in past.(ex-Bitgrail scam)

When I first started out, I was using Kraken, it had a pretty simple and basic layout. I can't recall why, but I then moved to Bitstamp, which I still used a few months ago. It featured a great, easy to use interface, which was extremely appealing. However, I was a complete newbie, and never noticed how high the trading fees were (0.5% if I remember correctly).

Many people choose coinbase and some review site choose it as top but I don't think so since first of all they ask KYC and second thing the coins are limited I still prefer Binance not because there's a lot of available coins but they have such things as staking, futures, pools and other good features that the coinbase doesn't have.

I think that Bitstamp was the most user-friendly platform I've ever used, especially the graphs were really easy to distinguish. Coinbase is one if the best platform fir trading but we cannot find new coins there. Fee is very low
Binance is my second choice. One of the top exchange i using often.
Third playform which i like is Kucoin. New and high potential coin available here.

Coinbase is indeed one of the most reputable exchanges. However, I don't remember having low fees, doesn't it have a 0.50% trading fee? That's too high, if you compare it with Binance's 0.10%.

On top of that, it's not really the best choice for Altcoin traders, since it does not feature newer coins.

They have their own trading platform but I haven't used it, the Coinbase Pro.

These two are good platforms, if you're fine with any of the two, that's good because these two are considered the top of them all.

One's preference is because it is clear that the convenience provided is to be able to make transactions well and at a low and fast cost, of course that is what they are looking for but obviously they will not be able to meet all of these criteria but there may be some that are still good. for now, I use several platforms from CEX and DEX. here are some of the best trading platforms in my opinion

• Binance exchange - has had a very good reputation from now on, being my top choice before choosing another CEX.
• Kucoin exchange - I feel that it is the second-best platform after Binance.
• Uniswap - nowadays, I mostly use this DEX in ERC20 based tokens. Previously I used forkdelta, but currently, I choose Uniswap as an ERC20 exchange place
• Pancakeswap - I feel that pancakeswap is currently the best DEX. In addition, the coins listed here also have prices that tend to rise (coins that I hold). however, in terms of low fees and easy access, as well as being the best first DEX place for new coins, this is my favorite place.

Coinbase is also a best trading platform, i'm not saying that other platforms are not good, there are many other good platforms too in the list you provided through which you can earn a lot and they are simple to use like Binance which is as simple that every trader can use it even newbie too. Binance is best there is no doubt. Nowadays they are also listing too many altcoins regularly. Most of the trade is done with Binance but for GEM coins I like to use Kucoin exchange. Here are most of the new altcoin listed and it's good to use if you want some low market cap coins. I also made a good profit from GEM coins. The security system is good, easy to use interface for web and android mobile. I also like Kucoin because they are now offering four kinds of free robots. Grid bot, smart rebalancing bot, futures grid bot, and DCA. All of them are totally free to use. I am using 3 bots and they are doing very well. All are centralized, not just the Chinese ones. Kraken from US is centralized. Coinbase is also another US centralized exchange.

Why doesn't the Binance exchange seem convenient to you? An additional security to me along with the Binance Exchange is the complete exchange. I'm more confy with DEX and DAPPS to trade or swap my coins right now.

I have several exchange market for trading and usually active using right now are Binance and Hotbit, I like with Hotbit exchange when have new listing coin, there very crazy for new coin listing can pump more than 1000% exactly with ERC20 coin. But never late for entry you can loss much there are many crazy coin listed on Hotbit. You can see if have new coin listing will pump almost 3000% and later back dump.

Everybody likes Binance because it is leading crypto exchange and comes first in terms of listed coins and liquidity but during the recent past it has faced issues in many countries due to its derivatives/future products. Coinbase which is considered most secure and credible exchange worldwide becuase it is listed on Stcok Market of USA and it has no history of hacking but number of coins listed on coinbase is very low compared to Binance and Houbi exchanges.

I heard HotBit has been hacked, I'm not sure it it's okay or not now. HotBit exchange listing fee comparatively low from another Cex, So it's favorite for the new Erc20 projects. I also have an account to sell new tokens like you BUT not that I use too much. Binance has made new regulation and will difficult to use this exchange, All of the users have to KYC Verification.

This will be the disadvantage of using Binance in the coming days. KYC requirements will trim down their traders.                     
As many crypto traders prefer to trade anonymously, they are now left to comply with KYC verification if they want to continue using binance services.
I think, some of them will just use other centralized exchanges like Kucoin, which is up until now they are not requiring KYC for higher amount of daily btc withdrawal limit.
This will be the dilemma of most crypto users, if soon other centralized exchanges will follow such move when it comes to KYC compliance.

I believe in the coinbase because it is the exchange that has given me opportunity to grow and has many features, although very easy for the traders who are going to invest and want to get profit by using coinbase, as it is really appreciable. But the thing is that all the exchanges are  best even if you have some best trading skills.

My best trading platform is Binance. Because Binance has the highest trading volume of any coin.  Binance also has the most trading pairs of any coin. Also p2p exchange is possible here. The withdrawal fee of any coin is the lowest here.

Better keep using global exchange market and have billion user and always faster service when you got trouble, many exchange give bad service exactly when withdraw stuck more than one or two hours, they give bad service process when withdrawing exactly with bigger fund, but I use Binance keep best service so far and hope for the future keep the best exchange.

Binance exchange is my favourite cryptocurrencies trading Platform. Recently Binance exchange has announced that  they don't give permission to non verified accounts.

Yes, Binance's problem is its KYC requirement, the problem with all Centralized Exchange is that, it takes all the trust and what is necessary so that it has a lot of traffic and demand for people, the business model is quite broad and they have it, But it is not only Binance, when we take into account any Exchange that is reliable requires KYC, maybe not for deposits or doing some trading, but when making withdrawals is when they make the requirement, privacy and anonymity every day is a right that they are going to take it away little by little.

I only trade using Binance, why because I feel it's safer and I use my time to make a deep research about Binance, so I trade using Binance. When it comes to withdraw, I have my kyc registered I feel free and don't need sending my token or usdt to another exchange for withdrawal, that's why I choose Binance. But this is the right time to make research on the following listed platform.

Binace remains my best trading platform. In terms of security binace is very secure with your Mobile number, your email and 2FA(google authentication). With regards fo trade execution binace is very fast and up-to date mark price (general price). Analysis on binace is very easy because of the presence of fantastic indicators and EMA(exponential moving average)lines. I love binace too because its very user friendly and easy to use.

I think, most people will use the exchange. For now, for global use, I use Binance to trade or store my assets before I use local exchanges. sometimes i also use binance. Meanwhile, for new coins that have not been listed on CEX, Uniswap and Pancakeswap are the main choices.

There are so many trading platforms that are the best today even I have tried them on several trades it is still good enough to use but indeed many people will choose Binance as the best first exchange even I am sure all traders will have done it there so no It is undeniable that the exchange will be one of the most widely used and chosen to be the best.

Binance, Kucoin, Gate.io where I have a good opportunity and then I will use the platform and always look at the price and the tokens that enter are listed, usually like there is a pump so I always watch carefully so I don't make a wrong move take action to trade with new coins.

When we trade on recognized platforms such as Binance which is well known and accepted, there are many obstacles for many such as the KYC requirement, which is very likely that decentralized exchanges will become fashionable, lately I have seen very good activity in Pancakeswap, in Biswap, and I have done well, in addition to offering the option to stake and farm. 3 years ago I had a problem in Binance with an operation and the only way they could return my funds was by completing the KYC option, from that moment I knew that something like this was coming for Binance.

I think that various exchanges have their strengths and weaknesses, but the one I rate highest based on personal UX is Binance

I don’t know why Coinbase have First number and Binance number is second, but from this list Binance is my one of the best exchange, always i use it for trading, exchanging and we know that it is the most uses and popular exchange in crypto market.           

Coinbase not an exchange for me just like bank for saving our assets, I think binance is the best platform for trading and saving assets there, some time I like use hotbit exchange because want to try with hype coin when first time listing there can up more than 2000%, just take with little fund only about 30$ until 50$ to get profit with new coin listing on hotbit.

I like Binance and Bittrex best. I like their site better. Affiliate system is also better.
These two exchanges can be traded safely. I tell everyone to use these two exchanges. They have lower security and transaction fees.

I left trade on Bittrex because many coin have less volume transaction and right now only Binance and Hotbit as platform exchange for my trading and investing. I think if you want to get much profit could check with new coin listing on Kucoin, I see there like Hotbit when new coin listing can pump 1000% but few hours later price back dump drastically, take risk with higher profit is better than few percent only.
