Title: Bitcasino.io - Doesn't want to let me cashout.
Post by: transman69 on May 12, 2020, 10:46:48 AM
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my story..
So I deposited around $1500? went to blackjack and went all in, I hit a blackjack and won around €3k (yes, doing all in is not that smart, but in my opinion its less riskier than doing 10% bets and losing a lot of times in the row + it saves a lot of time)
Alright, so I was really happy that I won, so I went to withdraw.. withdrawal was canceled.
I email the security support and they told me to take a pic of my ID and some bill, so I did.. I sent it to them
after that, they told me to do it AGAIN but on some site (which I don't really like, i'm already sharing my ID with them and sharing it with another site is just straight up sketchy for me)
So I tried to do that and wow, what a surprise! The site's "camera" is "broken", tried to take a pic of the ID and everything, but everything is blurry, the camera just straight up doesn't focus so I email that to the support and what happens next? Nothing.
I didn't recieve any response. I hope the owner or someone who can help me sees it, I just want to withdraw my damn money, €3000 is not a small amount!
I have did everything I was asked for, supplied the ID and they still don't let me withdraw!

EDIT: I just want to add that those $1500 were half of my savings, I was desperate with money, so I tried to double it.
I just can't afford to lose this much money. especially €3000, I just want to withdraw my money that I won, I won't play on that casino again.

Don't just share your story, get the money that you have, 3000 euros is a plenty amount of money, if you are not cheating or violating their TOS, you should be able to get your money. I think they are affiliated company with sportsbet.io which has a good reputation in the forum.

Wrong board, move it to scam accusations board and use scam format properly like this. Don't forget to provide your proof (images) before you want to open accusation against a service/user

Scam Report Format

Code:
[b][color=black]What happened:: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Scammers Profile Link: [/color][/b]

~snip~

I was suppose to advise the same but I was thinking that OP might wait for awhile and just go with the scam accusation as the last resort.

Anyway, good advise though.

I won't open a scam accussasion yet, I will wait on how the situation escalates.
I'm still trying to get my money back, so hopefully they will see this post and let me cashout finally.
I'm really desperate, it took a lot of time to save up this money and €3000 is in no way little money..

Bitcasino.io is one of the oldest casinos here. It would be bad for their reputation if they decided to scam you off that €3000 after all those years of building it.

after that, they told me to do it AGAIN but on some site (which I don't really like, i'm already sharing my ID with them and sharing it with another site is just straight up sketchy for me)
I am surprised by this procedure thou... Was the site they told you to use one of those third party KYC verification platforms?

If everything ends up in a success, please make sure you let us know here  ;)

I am confident it will end up in success as long as the OP has provide them the ID which he says he did.Bitcasino together with Sportsbet are not scam as they are operating within some years now and they are doing well. They have a policy that for withdrawing more than 0.10 Btc they may require ID which has been the case of OP.

OP won’t have any issues, bitcasino.io are one of the industry leading casinos, they’ve been around for a long time. KYC is a pain in the ass for people who want to remain anonymous but it’s expected these days.

OP, please let us know when this is resolved.

OP is a double spend scammer. See this post -

Hello,

I asked our fraud prevention team if there’s a possibility to show the user’s intentions by providing some data.
Here is their answer with relevant blockchain transactions and addresses.

The deposit transaction confirmed on the users winning account 122d84e9a2b8f9707fdc7ea687cf27582bd834387b1549c810bbe97cf1458b45
to the deposit address 3A6Pet4CfspjwTYKKEieu8hjDSJBSKqt2v.

One of the users recent double spent transactions 33ecc307458b6bb7679de2393cfff5c35ec86d5f191870f8db7ad1dfc686f416

the forum users here would be able to verify that the input address for the double spending account's deposit 3KYWYDUgwfru42remWdxXbsnL2CvThFF7w
is instead funding the address 163LxLwRvMtDboEjuWpZ8wzwCnux9jNJbV wich in turn is funding the primary input 3EhZHqfT71ug3JXqr8sTTn3PaUsLa7rN7U
that is the source for the confirmed deposit transaction for the winning account 122d84e9a2b8f9707fdc7ea687cf27582bd834387b1549c810bbe97cf1458b45.

This user has been found to have used this method to attempt defrauding Bitcasino in the past on other registered accounts but we are unfortunately
unable to disclose other methodology used for fraud prevention publically.

Bitcasino offers our players zero confirmation deposits and gameplay so as to provide a fast fun and fair experience and we are confident in our fraud prevention
systems to discourage and prevent bad actors from abusing this feature so that we continue to provide for our valued players.

Kind regards,
Karl

I guess this scam accusation turns out a fake accusation... I'm glad to see how Bitcasino.io  respond timely and was able to explain what has really happen.
This tells us that its very important to have an active representative in the forum once you make an ANN thread here because this kind of scenario could still possibly happen in the future.
