If so what is the fee that you have seen? .0001btc? (example only) It must be on the trade of you obtaining the BTC to sell to somebody else via the ATM. Read the article I posted above. The guy is making a loss because when he buys BTC to then sell via the ATM he has to get via localbitcoins as in the UK that's one of the only way to get BTC. If you manage to buy 1 BTC @ £400 and then it goes up, you'd make money selling but if it goes down, you make a loss.
