Title: Red trust because of the creating ANN THREAD.
Post by: MisterBounty1234 on May 12, 2020, 03:52:03 PM
Good afternoon! I am a regular forum user. I also invested in the TOR CORP project and recently I was invited to this project as a community manager. One of my tasks was to create a thread on the forum so that people could ask their questions and I will answer them. Today I created a thread and one of the users put me a red trust. I do not break any forum rules. I did not insert any referral links.
What is my fault? This man also bans me to write him messages. is it honesty? Now I also can’t take part in bounty campaigns because he ruined my reputation.
How can I influence my trust?

Trust isn't moderated and the one who put red trust to you isn't a DT so it will not affect you or your trust.

Btw move this thread to Reputation board.

This person has closed messages and does not allow me to write to him. What is the justice of the forum?
If a person without reason can dump the reputation of other people?
can you write to him in private messages?

Which gives trust to: MisterBounty1234 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2496942), is a member of DT2.

Oh? I found his/her feedback in Untrusted Feedback, surely it's affected due to my trust list.

There is no way to influence your trust, the system is not regulated and a red trust can only be removed by the one who left it, however you can draw light to obvious abuse of the trust system, if you have a strong case such member can get excluded from DT and their feedback (positive or negative) would not count.

As suggested, this thread would be more appropriate in the reputation board. You can find the option to move it at the bottom right side of this thread.

Sounds to me like you're here for all the wrong reasons, but to each his own.  You don't have a reputation, so the last neg you got didn't ruin anything.  Diks obviously thinks the project you're promoting is a scam, so he tagged you according to his judgement--and yes, members are allowed to do that.

That's a risk you take with the trust system the way it is, where anyone can give negative trust to anyone else for arbitrary reasons.  I don't know a damn thing about the TOR project that was referenced, but you have to make sure that anything you associate your name with is on the up-and-up.  If it's not, you're going to get tagged pretty quick.

Suchmoon distrusts that user, and you trust suchmoon, so I'd say that the reason it's not showing.

As for the OP, I don't speak russian, so I have no clue why the feedback was left. Nevertheless, if you move this thread to the Reputation board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=129.0), and give some reason as to why the negative is uncalled for; you might get a chance of the user showing up to explain

You didn't get negative feedback just because of ANN creation, you got negative feedback because you promoted project that looks like some kind of ponzi scheme. In that ANN (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5247879.msg54415780#msg54415780) you created , is is mentioned  that TOR is based on PRIZM ( according to google translate)
Quote
TOR is based on PROOF OF STAKE, based on the PRIZM kernel, built in the open source JAVA language. The unique TOR PROOF OF STAKE algorithm does not depend on any implementation of the “coin age” concept used by other PROOF OF STAKE cryptocurrencies

PRIZM is a well known ponzi scheme that is going on for years. I haven't checked TOR thoroughly, but if it is based on a known scam, somehow I doubt that it is legit. There are few more similar ponzi schemes  based on PRIZM, like ROY Club (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5105205.0) and  PZM Cash (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5242855.0)

The reference of your negative feedback with local language, so fortunately I can't read it and unable to judge if this is right or wrong feedback. As suggested by other user, you should move this thread on reputation board, this isn't belongs to meta nor moderated by forum. I you think this feedback is inappropriate then write with accurate reason why are you believe this is inappropriate on the reputation. If you are right then other DT would judge and likely will counter the current feedback. I you are abuser then you would get more negative feedback as well. And I think red tag will not prevent you to participate on the bounty program, so you shouldn't worry much.
