What do you think will change in the future? What will disappear? What new will appear? What will the internet be used for?

The Internet is already a necessity in our era. Every business needs it and also individuals like us needs it.

Many will disappear in the future in terms of jobs because of the internet, those positions will be automated that can easily be handled by software or systems that have been developed to lessen the manpower and cost of operation.

Internet is going to be the base of building new networks.
I believe that in the future we are not going to need phones - at least with the way that we already know them. We are going to have devices - smart devices that will not need any SIM cards to operate and all this due to the advent of the internet.

i'll even go further here... guess one day we will have digital world, like matrix... and part of us will live there

Internet will go to another level. I cant wait for the 5G technology. In fact internet is the future

internet will continue providing us everything we need to know as lon as availability is there and provided by Humans.

This will only means that we have nothing to worry about this because this will never have a heart and mind to control himself lol.

Any artificial electro-magnetic radiation is harmful to humans. 3G, 4g, 5g, wifi, phones, laptops, televisions, power lines, etc. - all this is harmful to humans, leading to cancer (and other problems). I have studied this topic enough to talk about it like this.

The internet will evolve to better things in the future, but we don't know what kind of that thing because the internet now still grow. I am sure that the internet will be fast than now, and it will reach all of the countries with a low price to connect. We will see that all things need the internet connection because right now, the digital era is already coming to us.

It has already become a digital age. No work is feasible now without the internet. Without the internet, nobody is going to be ready to do any work and their normal life is going to be disrupted. the entire world will come to a standstill. None of the large business businesses can work. the planet now runs on the internet. the longer term of the internet is far better and it'll be faster and faster as everything within the world is going to be in your hands.

Internet will be used for everything.

To open/lock your doors, to bring your food to table,etc...

Maybe existing names will disappear but everything will still remains the same with new or old name.

Internet can't disappear because all people and world need this. If we don't have interent, it will be very hard time for us. We can't contacting our friends, parents, etc who we love. Internet is the future of worldwide technology. Internet will disappear if we have better technology than internet.

The internet will last forever and ever.blockchain and internet will dominates the world, internet will become the number one necessity to oir lives.

I am fascinated on the idea that time will come where our own body is going to become our own phone, like set up the chipset itself inside lets say my left arm. That would be the future as far as I can see.

The Internet is a wonderful thing, it is one of the best ideas of our society. Like any other thing, it can be used for both good and bad goals. I think that the Internet will become - a platform where you can freely share something good, share the truth. Right now we have such an opportunity. And I hope that in the future, states will not strictly regulate the Internet.

How about bitcoin? you don't see it dominate with internet for the upcoming years?

I'm not saying about lasting forever but domination for the years that we're about to face.

Supported this one and i know in future Internet will be as like food and water that people will in need each time .

Bitcoin is something different from the internet.
To be more specific let's imagine that Bitcoin is a shard into the internet ecosystem. So if the internet is going to stop operating then Bitcoin is going to be shut down instantly.

Yes that's right but Internet can continue on its own even without bitcoin and bitcoin can't without internet. I'm bullish on bitcoin but this is the possibility.

The future of the internet could bring humanity into a more of an advance way of people using new technologies run by the internet. There will be new invetions more advance than what we have right now. The internet would still be used for what are we using it right now but in a more advance way. Connection is I think the most important part to be developed for the use of the internet for personal use and for work.

Anything that is not internet becomes redundant. TV replaced by video on demand, Telephone replaced by audio calls online, printed media, most forms of traditional media, things like malls or cinema. Why go shopping when you can shop online and have everything delivered? Your time would be better spent doing something else.

Internet is becoming universal. Those that live in "nice" countries may think that's already the case, but it isn't. The likes of Elon Musk with Starlink are building "the last mile" at a planetary level, and early tests are showing that the 20ms promise is indeed true.

With the IoT and access everywhere, i think eventually things like mobile links will gradually diminish. What if mesh wifi is everywhere would you bother with 5g? Also IPv4 should finally fade away.

future of internet is bright, if we talk about there are no person who is living without internet in day to day life... So according to me internet is necessary and important.

Necessary in what aspect?
People were living normal before the internet came out.
Internet is a way to organize our working activities and make us spend less time on them not just wasting time on social medias and try to show off to other people like it is mostly used right now.

The Internet will continue to enter in all areas and will be used to control all areas remotely to control work and home, and it is used to perform remote surgeries by surgeons in other places

Internet will be changed into extra fast speeds and high data transfer compliant net and it will become cheaper and be more efficient in future.

I think the future of the internet will be like all transactions will become cashless. People will become slaves of their own gadgets.

Nothing change in internet but maybe the internet speed will be so fast in the future and there will be a new devices in the future which we will use everyday.

Maybe one day, you can buy a flying car using the internet and delivered to your home address.

I wish I could time travel in the future.

Unfortunately time travel is not really working bro. So far no one really met anyone doing time travels which would mean that in the future no one invented time travels yet. It's a nice theme for scifi movies but not for reality.

The future of the internet will look like that you can buy everything online and just deliver it at home, physical stores will be things of the past.

Google, musk and mark Zuck are planning to make internet free, this will definitely benefit their company. but what will be felt the most is that in the future there will be many jobs that are carried out online and no longer need humans.

I think in the future man power is disappeared and the robots, machine working around us that ate completely controlled by devices that are consist of instructions. Internet give us more than huge network around the world that facilitate us in different ways

Observing current trends, it can be assumed that nothing good will happen with the Internet. There will be even greater control, degradation of the Human and even greater propaganda for even greater control.

I think that in the future, people will be able to use the real Internet by Nature without crutches in the form of technology. I mean intuition, the ability to find the necessary information from the Information field of the Earth and the Universe, where there is everything that can be imagined. But we are not yet ready for us to acquire such abilities.

It is most likely that sooner or later the Internet will be the only contact between people and only through it people will interact. in their further evolution

The future of the internet?
I think everything could be done on the internet just like how it is now but it could be more advance.
Right now most of us use internet for everything connection,updates even buying what they need or want.
We could do almost anything with it.

The first step we will see happening is given every human in the world access to the Internet. Elon Musk satellite Internet has very good chances to achieve that. In my opinion the second step will be to increase the data requirements which makes speed much more important in the future. Once these two are done, we don't need paper anymore,everything can be done online.

Future is about connection between people in a fastest way, more variation of entertainment application will be appears (Games, social medias, ..)
I think Smart Glasses  8) will be appear beside smart phones.

The internet has already become a part of our lives and since it's inception has revolutionised the old way of life. These days it is difficult and rare to see someone with a smart phone and has no data in it to access the internet. The internet has brought a change in the way of doing things and the truth is, the more we transcend and enter more into the internet technology, the more some of the old ways and ideologies will disappear and be forgotten.

The Internet has come to stay, and if in any case something were to happen to the internet and the internet goes down, that will be the biggest catastrophe in history. A lot of things are tied to the internet and many of us cannot cope if this all suddenly goes away.

Life become easier but become not healthier .

Internet is making People lazy and not health conscious anymore.

Such ability has to come from "The SOURCE" of life and all good things.
If you get connected to the the wrong "internet" you are connected to evil kingdom of darkness. Ofcourse, we are connected to the "Physical" Internet which is still controlled by the one who controls this World... what we do with it (for good or bad) is what matters.  But we need to have an alternative that is moral/good, decentralized, safe, very transparent, controlled by all honest members/participants  etc.
I believe we need to completely avoid bad Internet. We mostly need to be connected to Holy Spiritual "Internet"... and also the good "physical" Internet , when necessary. The good physical one has to be good, safe, decentralized,  transparent, immutable,
