this is not very good, BITFOREX gives a trading capital of $ 10 to new users and the results of the trade can be withdrawn but BITFOREX asks the new user to make a deposit with a minimum of 0.001 BTC in order to make a withdrawal and what happens? after I made a deposit and withdrew the results of the trade that did not come there I tried to wait but it has been 5 days that my withdrawal TRX did not come 😔 is this a trap from BITFOREX to make a profit?.

I hope my guess is wrong but the fact this really happened and not just me who experienced it but many people who complain and the problem is the same as me.

I hope something like this can be overcome by BITFOREX because it's a pity that such a large market is still doing a manual withdrawal process that takes longer.

I've never used bitforex and no idea with their terms regarding that $10 but the story you've told is familiar with the other unfamiliar exchanges did. And you are right with it, that kind of stance is a trap for most users that are feeling safe and made them earned easy money.

But what have you done while you haven't received your TRX? if it still says pending on your transaction/withdrawal history, there are no any other people to contact but bitforex. Have you done that part by sending them a ticket with the delay of your withdrawal?

Firstly, they have been known to fake trade volumes which is unprofessional and untrustworthy of an exchange.
Secondly, they are known to list scam ICO/IEO/Tokens. I have has seen a half a dozen complaints about this in the scam accusations board about this.
Thirdly, they have a number of scam accusation such as this

If i were you, i would withdraw my money and avoid using that exchange. It's a time bomb waiting to explode.

the reputation of that exchange is really not clean. logfiles is right, better withdraw all your funds from that exchange because it is only a matter of time when will they declare hacking incident or bankruptcy. but storing funds in any exchange is really not advisable. but this specific exchange, is really not to be trusted based on previous shady behaviours towards its traders.

as sunsilk has suggested, contact the bitforex support directly. i do that also whenever my withdrawal is delayed and beyond the normal waiting time. and you will know what is their reasoning from their end.

.001BTC is roughly $10... there was no bonus, you just made the deposit payment at a later time. Unless it's for meeting the minimum withdrawal amount (shouldn't be too high) which seems not the case for this, you shouldn't be asked to deposit in order to withdraw, the only ones I know who are doing that are scammers.

I swear, there's always a catch with these sign up bonuses, after all it's a marketing strategy, they should be gaining more.

I used them before but now leave them completely. The depth is really terrible and liquidity is pretty much short-lived. I don't have withdrawal issues in the past but I heard some users are having a hard time. So yeah, better move from them before something more terrible happened.

But anyway, you should never join a giveaway/contest that requires you to deposit some money before you can withdraw your reward. Especially for a mere $10.
