Stop asking questions

Start finding answers and help others with the same question to get some merits.

Don't aim for merits for all your posts and make your post history as worth to read, avoid posting bounty reports.

Share knowledge and help people in the forum. If you are helpful and of course you are not asking begging for merits then you are going to be rewarded from members in the community.

Being a newbie is an obligation for what?to Study and learn here in forum before expecting a merit.

Because merit has been implemented as the Account farmers and shitposters will be lessen and now it is fruitful because we cannot just create and account and make them rank as simple,now we must be constructive and worth it to at least rank to next level.

Most, if not all newbies ask the same question because they see the earning potentials from joining signature campaigns.

Then again, those who don't bother will just die off, while some will continue to advance the ranks before they know it.

What if he is a jerk?  Should he still be himself? 

Well conference with like you're right, if you want merit for up your rank then keep sharing your skills.

You can do always helpful quality post even never copy pasting others members knowledge. Don't back see why i have no merit then you time and motivated space loss. However, try now open helpful topic and comments others post with keep help others person.

totally agreed on this mate,i don't care about the merit whats important for me ois what i may learn from this forum about crypto and how can i use this in real life situation.

i have some amount that i can start investing here when the right time comes that my learning is enough .

Simplest way is to continue what you have began and find time to help others as well of course.

Helping others, being useful to the community are good goals to start from, but I think that funny posts have more possibilities to take merit than technical posts that can be boring

You need to understand the nature of the merits, Merits are given by other users, so, if you help someone or if you make a nice quality and informative post then other users will give you merits. I think that's how it works.

Dont post for the sake of merit but post because you want to share something that can be useful for others then you wont notice merit will be given to you.

You need to create high quality post. High quality post means, the post you created is helpful, useful, and have a lot information to other members. You'll get your first merit soon after you do it!

It is not easy to get merits but if you are friendly here and always posting a helpful tips, helping members, sharing the good news.. you will get merit for sure.

you have to start with high-quality posts and can be understood useful for the members to get merits quite difficult if you are not serious to get your merits members must answer questions properly you will receive merits in accordance with your answer.

Probably he will, if you want to rank up you can gain merit given by another bitcointalk user to your post if it is interesting and useful. But it's is really difficult to gain merits, also many newbies are struggling on ranking up.

Plus Factor this one,being friendly is one good attitude to gain merits.


sometimes we only need to make valuable posts,even it is not helpful to many but for some individual they are merit worth post.

To get merit, you need to help people with all sorts of everyday issues. If you do this, then the person to whom you have helped can reward you with merit.

However, for getting merit and up rank not easy work man, because for it you should spend many time in this forum. Go and make helpful topic then member will give you merit, if you're topic is more qualified.

first learn about bitcointalk community. Help people by sharing your knowledge  (helpful comment, helpful topic etc) among them. That's help you to be a trusted person here along with earning merit  ;)

Learn how others talk and behave and you'll do well, be a specific kind of cunt and you'll grow fast.

Don't worry so much about merit, it will come after some time. Just try to be active in forum. Look for some sub threads in which you are interested and try to follow them. Don't just post to get your activity up. Try to interact and help people.

Why nor off topic? do you know if you're topic have more significant helpful then people will give you merit so section doesn't matter. If you need merit then keep helpful posting with anywhere sections.

You need to post interesting and useful topics. You have to help people and answer their questions on topics. If you are not a native English speaker then it will be easy to get merit when you post topics in your language in the other languages section of the forum.

For rank up, you need to earn merit first. for that, you need to understand the system and Help people as much as you can. Spread your knowledge among bitcointalkers. And the most important thing is, have some rules here. Kindly try to obey those rules.

Before helping others ,he must help himself first by understanding what this forum is all about,being knowledgeable will help you understand what help people needsand how you can contribute about this cummunity.

This is not just how you wanna help but how you can help in right  manner.

I don't have plenty merits enough yet to give you plenty advice on how i got mine, but the little i know for the merits i have gotten, is - try as much as possible to make your post quality.

6 days of being active and after getting no Merit , now goes inactive?

There is no chance that you'll reach that dream, Unless you'll make active posting habit with sense .

Be creative and give out information so others would acknowledge you and give you merit for helping them.
Try to be active on the forum and help others on their problem or participate on their survey or just simple join some competition on the forum there are also some member who gives out merit.
