Not sure what exactly you mean when you say "work"? You don't understand how the forum works in relation to some forum functions or you have heard somewhere that people on this forum make money so you are interested in how to achieve this?

First of all it would be good to read this -> Newbies - Read before posting (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1689727.0) and this -> How to earn Bitcoins (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1629118.0).

What do you mean about "work"? Are you mean you joined this forum is only want to get money from here? Well, this forum is not for work to get money, the purpose of this forum is discuss about bitcoin, cryptocurrency and any other related about bitcoin (e.g. mining, speculation, technical etc).
If you want to earn money just find a job in real life, freelancing, do some service or sell your stuff.

Read forum guide and rules Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0)

Aside from the links shared aboved. Im not totally get what your question, but I have a feeling that you wanted to know how bitcointalk forums works. As you can see any forum have different interface but goes down to a single objective. To create a healthy and relevant discussion, now they suggesting you to read all those thread cause it can help you grasp what you need to learn prior to beginning.

This is Bitcointalk.org means everything discussed here will be more about cryptocurrency BTC but also there is a separate section for other cryptocurrencies. Join on discussion if you are aware of the rules already. This forum is no different with other but I can say this one is the most healthy forum that Ive used with some quality and appropriate rules for users.

Since your question is too generic, I would give you two different answers. First, this forum works with the help of the technology of simplemachines (https://www.simplemachines.org/about/smf/copyright.php) and Theymos (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=35) is the one who runs this forum thus he's maintaining its domain name and its database. Second, forum works in a very simple way. It allows any user as long as he/she isn't banned to post a topic, reply to a topic, message a member here, send merit, gain activity, and send or receive a feed back (positive, negative, and neutral). With regards on how a member ranks up, here's a good topic that you must read: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2766177.0

First, I suggest you work on your English because your question is unclear. Maybe Google translate can help you.
Second, 99% of the answers to all beginner questions are already on this forum, especially in this section, it just takes time and little will to read it.
Welcome to the forum, anyway  :D

From your reply post I got a lot of ideas about cryptocurrency. Thank you all.
i love my cryptocurrency.
I am just curious did someone referred you here? Welcome and enjoy your stay, As what I have understood from your post, You are talking about work, so basically you're trying to earn money. Well, you can earn a decent amount if you have some computer base skills that can be used to cryptocurrency. Like programming, building a website, Graphics services, etc. Those are the common needs of projects. But before you proceed on that, better learn what is a cryptocurrency first, how does it works, learn the history of crypto I guess you can start from that. Cryptocurrency is very broad it can be applied and used in many ways

You did not read all the rules, is there a need for a thread introducing cryptocurrency to a cryptocurrency community ;).

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5250781.msg54492298#msg54492298

These kind of threads will be deleted, i understand your enthusiasm, spend some time reading everything and then you will have an idea about the community.

I think before learning about Bitcoin it will be advised to improve your english skills.
Why? Because most informations about Bitcoin is in english, simple as that and will be easier to communicate here, at global community forum.

Then learn about Bitcoin and i think personally that by 'work' he means how to earn money here (on forum). So most common question most people joining are asking.

I am sorry to say but I think that the language barrier might be too big in your case. The question is, how much of what is written and said can you understand to be able to use this forum?!
I saw that you made a post in the Bangladesh local so I assume that you are from there. Maybe it would be best to spend some more time in your local forum to get a better understanding of how things work here.

If you don't want to do that, you might get a lot of your posts deleted as people might not understand what you are saying and report you for spamming.
Read the forum rules in Meta. Read the sticky threads in the sub forums that you find interesting.
