The wallet doesn't work on Android. When registering and entering all data and accepting data entry, there is an infinite loading, an empty screen and a circle in the center is displayed and nothing happens. What to do?

I had exact same problem with one older Android phone (Samsung J3).
It should work well on newer mobile phones and if not, you can run it on PC using Android emulator (personally I tried Bluestacks, but I guess it works on others too).
 

i've tried using bluestacks but face same problem....
My android phone is OPPO K3 with latest ColorOS version and OnePlus 3 also with it's latest version os

if youre encountering issues even with bluestacks, i guess just forget this app. you may encounter more problems with your wallet later on. and what is the guarantee that this wallet will work anytime with no prob? imo, your coins will not be safe sitting on this wallet. just my 2 cents

Always, When someone complains that the wallet is not working, I go check it and it works. Issues from the user's side may be the older OS, old device, or maybe old Blocpal Wallet APP. Think about it, until you complain about something, or it is just funny!  ::)  :-\

i download it via google play, so up to date.

it's requires android 5.0 and up. My android is android 9.0.

Should work as your OS is higher than the required. Didn't try it though as I don't want much clutter in my phone and if I will not really be using the app. But check some few reviews from the users in google play and seems that not everyone is happy about it -

As I see again this project, I am curious if there are really active users of this wallet app? Based from the feedback and reviews, I wonder how many users are still patronizing their platform? Is the team earning from this project? Honest talk here.

I am not sure. They have Tortooga project in Mexico. Maybe someone from Mexico could tell us more.
