Hi forum,

after a long time I decided to verify myself on Crex24.
I am trying that for over a week now and send them VERY PERSONAL Information even they want Tax or bank info to "verify" yur accound.
Unfortantly for me its does not work, they always have an excusion. And yes the documents I send in are very clear.

Apart from that with every ticket I ask for a their company info.
No reply contains it. So when they want my details, they need to give them theirs.

Will make a complaint to german police.

Unless something else happens you are probably not going to get anything back.
They have been scammy for a long time.

You should probably move this post to the scam accusations board and post in one or more of the existing threads, and keep an eye on the thread. This way if something does come up you will know about it.

why did you do the verification there?
I have an account there and withdraw successfully my coins from there (after some scam accusations on the forum). my account has not been verified, I did not send any of my documents or anything, even if I am from Europe.
Yes, it is a very questionable exchange, you are not the first to complain that they are not transparent.
btw. his withdrawal fee is 0.001 BTC, it is not enough to say that it is excessive for such a small exchange.

I used that exchange too for small trades without any problem and without verification as well. This was about two years ago and i remember that the only issues i got are about the high withdraw fee for bitcoin (considering it's a new exchange at that time) and the number of confirmation needed for deposit (60 confirmations for eth deposit). After reading a lot of accusations against them and how they list fake tokens from scam projects, i decided not to use it anymore and advice others to do the same .

Good for you mate. Now you should quiqly withdraw your funds in that exchange and leave it forever.

I just want to share my experience so far with crex, I've been using this exchange for more than a year already but up until now haven't experienced any trouble.
Since I'm not from EU, I don't have to undergo their KYC requirement.
And recently I did some trades but usually I transfer my coins to another exchange using different alts as the btc withdrawal is really high as compared to other exchanges.
And up until now, they haven't failed me yet for all my transactions. So hopefully, all users should have a good experience like mine.

Good for you mate. I don't like the exchange and it's more likely a shady one. Also most of the listed coins of crex24 are POS coins. They usually pump the new pos coins so that more newbies can involve in that pos coin by watching the details of huge returns in short-time periods. At the end, dump the price of the new pos coins and rekt the newbies. As a result, both crex24 and new pos coin help each others to generate more profit by using this shit and shady methods. So, I think all should be aware of this and stay away from this shit one.  ;)

I withdrawel most of my funds. Problem is some of the small coins I use or where I am near the team for longer time (so no scam project) are only listed there.

That's another major problem with crex 24. We can't understand how many new coins are listed there. I think they just require a fee for any project to list its token without taking in consideration any other factor. It's not sure that the projects listed in there are not scam project as they can't reach other exchanges like the small token you actually own. I used crex 24 for the same reason when i had to sell an unknown token who has been only listed there.
It will be great if you update here with how it continues with you.

It's good to know that you managed to withdraw your funds, however, do not relax and continue using them. They are an exchange with shady behavior as seen by their already flagged profile page and scam accusations made by other members in the past. Withdraw all your money and look for a legit and reliable exchange.

What grounds you're holding of using their exchange, after all, they have even open scam accusations just a month ago. Having them accepting scam and shitcoin make them shit as well.

Not all small Project are scam or shit !

Did anyone from the posters above mention that all small projects are scam? None of them said this. This just a false evaluation from your side.
There is no good accusation without proofs and evidences. All experienced users [especially here in btt forum] know well about how many times small and newborn projects being accused for almost the same causes. This is why most of them advice you and others to stay away from unknown projects or use them with extreme cautions at your own risk. If you have just succeeded to get back your coins, this doesn't mean that crex24 is legit until solving all the accusations made against it .

I know that Crex24 is not legit but as said before need some of the opportunities there.

Because there does exist a ton of opportunities in almost all the scammy projects. The scam model of Crex is quite interested; by taking a look arround in discussions about Crex24 in major platforms, all users admit that they came accross this axchange when they were looking to trade a newborn coin or others who failed to be listed in big exchanges. What i want to say is that Crex24 attract the victims by inviting them to trade scam coins. Note that a good exchange will almost look to list good alts with a reasonable trading volume.

We turn circles here I understand that there are many scam projects there.
But some projects that are older then 1,5 years and not scam I would like to trade, and this is only possible because the projects dont have money to pay so much for listing fees.  Only a few sat. not hundred of Euros.
So dont worry the most money is now in DOGE on my wallet
