Hi, I deposited $27k worth of NRG to Kucoin 13 days ago and it still hasn't been credited

I have contacted support multiple times and was told my coins were 'blacklisted'

I contacted NRG coins directly and asked about the issue. My coins are NOT blacklisted.

I have no doubt this will be sorted, as with any updates, there are always a few bugs and I guess one got in this time.

Regarding KuCoin, I think KuCoin is not blacklisted NRG coin... because according to Coinmarketcap (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/energi/markets) NRG coin is listed on KuCoin exchange

It's NRG, not ETH.

Kucoin are in the right position to check and rectify your problem, if they claim your transaction was blacklisted they should tell you why it was so, I don't think there is anything anyone can do to help you from here,
13 days is a long time for any transaction to go through.

Damn that's huge amount of money, I don't pray for such to happen to me or others, it's better to get in touch with kucoin team on telegram channel and seek for solution, you can easily track or trace the coin too if it really landed in kucoin NRG wallet, better screenshot it too to back your claim, goodluck

From the explorer it shows that 10k plus nrg was sent in 14 days ago and same amount was sent out 11 days ago, if that is the kucoin wallet where your coin is supposed to be then there is something wrong, maybe someone can take a look if am wrong, you should ask them where are your coins, they should know better, explorer don't lie.

That process is automatic by any exchange, the coins confirm and they are moved out.

I've heard about users in blacklist but coins in blacklist is something I don't understand here. Did you asked them detailed explanation and why these coins were actually blacklisted as they say?

From what we can see here is that NRG coins is with them (after they moved) so better ask them to send the coins back if they are not accepting it. It looks like a normal transaction and I don't think there should be any problem accepting it.

Can you provide a screenshoot from your energi wallet address for deposit that you get it from your kucoin?

If that was the same address and the problem was on the kucoin but if kucoin says your coin was getting blacklisted and there will always be a reason to explain how that's happening with your money.
That's a lot of money.

NRG is scam...

It was not an ETH address, it was an NRG address and they made the mainnet. It is possible that the NRG project saw this money as not transparent and contacted the Kucoin exchange to lock it

Kucoin is a big exchange in this market, but they have the same evil deeds. Your transaction has been confirmed and the coin has been moved into the cold wallet, surely the exchange has stolen your money and you need to denounce them.
