Title: I Got Scammed, Need Advice (https://bitblender.cc)
Post by: masterblaster3048 on May 27, 2020, 11:41:47 PM
I recently attempted to mix my coins using the onion link provided by https://bitblender.cc

However, I'm unable to withdraw my coins. I don't expect to get my coins back (thankfully it was not a crazy amount), but I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this site?

I ran a few scans for malware/blacklisting on the https site, and it came back clean, though no user feedback. What really put me off was the fact the pub PGP key was missing, and the private key signature failed to verify.

Shame on me for not doing my research, I had used BitBlender in the past but it seems the original site was shut down in 2019. This appears to be a scam clone site (the private pgp key was generated the same day the site was shutdown, May 28 2019).

TLDR; If you learned scholars could recommend me some legitimate Bitcoin mixing sites, and/or any experience you have with the above URL, I would greatly appreciate your effort.

It's a kick in the balls for sure but at least I learned something  :-\ (always check PGP signatures)

Bitblender.cc is a scam and copycat of the original website Bitblender.io who closed their business about a year ago. Sorry for your loss.

OP now realized that the original site was already shut down and he didn't do any research prior to using the service.

Give up on that clone site as your funds are already lost. Just accept it and move forward. Sorry for your loss.

I think someone already gave you advise on to what mixing services you should go or at least the list of mixing services.

All I can do know is report this malicious website to the domain's registrar so that it will be taken down already.

Edit: To the OP, please report it here as well, https://cryptoscamdb.org/report.

So once it is listed, and you have EAL (EtherAddressLookup) installed on your machine, it will give a warning to everyone who are going to visit that site like this:
