Anyone know which countries sell prepaid credit cards without asking for ID, just cash over the counter, no BTC involved. And top up, and that works with Udemy, Amazon. Thanks in advance

Without ID? Im not sure if there are countries that can issue prepaid credit cards without the need of any identification data. But you can find some that can connect you or maybe have a deal with using amazon or udemy on the Service Announcement (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=84.0)

My country, Romania, still has quite a lot of places you can buy them from without any ID. Another option could be purchasing them from some places like eBay. However, keep in mind that AFAIK, starting from 2020 the EU will require sellers to only sell to those providing identity documents.

But considering that we still have some small shops selling cigarettes to kids, you should find prepaid cards as well easily. ;)

Without ID  ??? I think all prepaid credit cards need a user ID right from the moment they sign up. How can a company provide a credit card with blank information? This is impossible, not even fake information.
@20kevin20, although you can buy it without any ID, because it is sold in bulk. I mean these credit cards may have been stolen or acquired from others. They still have the user ID, but this ID is from someone else, not the person who is using it. It is an illegal form of business, If I understand it correctly  :D

This is weird that in Bangladesh credit card is not legit. But few sites allow prepaid credit card for freelancers. Unfortunately many don't have exchange to convert money to local currencies. Bringing money to bank account wastes lots of time and money.

Maybe if we issued debit cards as crypto, we could have crypto all over the place, already.

That's what I like about Romanian's they are very savvy and brilliant minds, thank you are the only one with excellent info. I need more quality info guys, anyone else know where to get prepaid with no ID cash over the counter?

If possible, please let me know your purpose when using those visas and master cards. Because as far as I know, all of them are identified, and if it's used for illegal things, I think it's not good to sell  ::) I have just read a few recent articles and it seems that someone is selling it, but tell me your purpose, I can help if it is not illegal  ;)

Just to use online shopping nothing illegal.

you looking for? because like what you said about this is just for shopping online yet you don't wanna send KYC for verification.
and also I'm afraid that there are even one that let you having credit card without verifications.

I hear there are plenty of convenience stores in the USA where you can do that.

In Latvia there is prepaid Mastercard with 200eur maximum value and 50eur single-purchase limit. Card is non-refillable, sold without any questions at all.
