Title: I sent transaction on contract and no on my wallet
Post by: BTCProFan on May 29, 2020, 05:04:29 PM
Hello,

what can I do in my case? I sent my transaction on instead of my wallet, to contract wallet from Theta. Problem is because copy/paste didn't work as I can see now.

This is transaction:

I literally know nothing about Theta, but to sum it up:

If you sent funds to a contract, chances are, you've lost the funds. Though it really depends on the contract. If the contract has functions to return or transfer tokens, then probably. Chances are though, it doesn't. Again though, I have zero idea about Theta, but this is the case for most token contracts as far as I know.

Sending funds on wrong addresses are quite uncommon, so make sure to do double checks next time, regardless of what coin.
