I need to link a card to a paypal account because the bank card it was previously linked to had expired already. I have some funds to this paypal account that I need to buy coins but it needs to be linked to a debit/credit card. Anyone can tell me please which one of the virtual cards can be used? I have to make some transactions today with it.

I recommend you use VCC which you can get in many places at a cheap price. Don't use your debit/credit card because that will have a risk if somehow, the hacker can break into your account, and they can use your debit/credit card. You can use mastercard or visa for the virtual credit card from the seller.

This is exactly what I want to do so I can link my account to a VCC and that I can process payments. But which provider can I sign up for it?
I have searched some of them, I found many but then I wanna ask if someone have tried it on their paypal account and get the chance to withdraw and pay someone after it.

Thanks finally a name. Have you tried that yourself? I heard the name many times before but I never get to look at what this payoneer but it seems like a mode of payment still. Anyway I'm registering I need to look at every other else to see which one works for paypal account I have. I was trying to see if my sister can also work online by linking her paypal to an online VCC.

What I understood from what you are saying is you wanna link VCC to your paypal account. For you to have a VCC is to have a bank account, there goes your problem. You won't find a solution to that except going to be a bank and deposit to have a bank account with a card that has CVV in the back. No wasting time there.

Yep nothing works. Buying a VCC from US Bank wouldn't work as well for my paypal account. I've just talked to someone who sells VCC to a seller here in bitcointalk. This PayPal adventure of mine isn't saving me but has become an agonizing pain in my ass.

I have heard a lot about Revolut  & Ducascopy card and you would like to try them out. Also, as a suggestion and on a safety side would not recommend you to explore the option of linking it you credit card or debit card. Just avoid this option and can explore more about the names I suggested you and hopefully it will work out and your problem would be resolved.

I think you can search for your local VCC sellers who can help you. You don't need to ask your bank. After all, I don't think they will understand what you need because I already ask my bank before, but unfortunately, they cannot explain what I want.

If you already use VCC from Visa, you can use Visa or Mastercard, and it doesn't need too long to see your account will get linked with the VCC. I don't recommend to use Payoneer because I have a problem with that. VCC still be the best for me to connect my account with the VCC.

There are many virtual cards online but I even have not used any of them yet I wanted to use debit and credit cards but on the recommendation of a friend of mine I ended using it. there's a high risk here. Because card transactions aren't possible everywhere and there are many countries within the world where credit cards can't be used without a master card. That's why I have never used any virtual cards yet.

There are brand of VCC in the market. Revolut and privacy.com can both create unlimited VCC card. You can use some cheap VCC that are sold and loaded with any amount. You can do some research in play-store and you can see variety of good services.

So what is vcc so that we can use it as you directed to avoid or protect someone scamming our accounts.
