I do hope everyone is safe and sound during this time. I do want to open this thread so that users who do think that their posts are ignored plus needs recognition or want to make an effort in changing quality of their posts can get benefited from the smerits I have at the moment. Please follow the following rules : 1. 100+ words on the submitted post 2. Should be junior member or below 3. Please no alts 🙏 , I have no interest in checking your accounts people but I would just trust your judgement. 4. I don't have much therefore I can only give 2 merits per account , therefore pardon me if you post when I have nothing here . Work hard people plus take care of your health at the same time. Would like to extend this thread to ask you guys to support peaceful protests against racism. The world is at a dark place right now, we don't need any more wars. I hope this can motivate Jr. Member and Newbies to improve their quality posts. I have joined some merit giveaways like this before and I think it is really helpful. However, to minimize the chance of cheating, you need to add some notes. I will suggest some notes below and you can consider them. - Newbies must be more than 1 month old. - Limit the number of applications. Ex: 1 account only can apply 1 time in a week. - Just wake up accounts aren't allowed to apply in this thread. - Red-trust accounts cannot participate in this event. Plus feedback is really appreciated , let me know if I do something wrong. I do hope with these 50 smerits , 25 newbies can actually get a chance to get a little motivation. When people don't get recognition here they easily get very sad about the same and stop looking forward. I myself was a bad poster once and some amazing forum members helped me improve the quality 🙏. @Lauda - she even pointed out how I should study well as a whole before posting and it was actually very good for me . I just wanted to return the favor to the forum members by helping out others too . Because holding up those Merits would be actually very insensitive when we all can help others grow as a community. So, on the one hand you want to help but on the other hand the quality of the posts is low and the number of registrations is usually always too small. Recently in our local board one newbie joined. He is company owner, working with crypto and have more experience and knowledge than many old members here 😁 In my opinion, respect and good attitude is more important here than experience and knowledge. If you invest time and effort eventually you will have enough experience and knowledge about crypto but respect and good attitude you can't learn. You have to be here , talk with people more , learn more , take part in various Competitions and other things. With time it will all be good . (P.S. don't tell anyone even am afraid to write posts sometimes 😅 ) When I came here I used to post one line posts . Actually! One line ones , then started increasing the quality of those posts and then deleted all the one line posts and also the irrelevant ones . Then took part in a campaign where the manager and other people were very supportive. If you are respectful and kind I do think people will help you out . See the members already stated , I understand that you want to earn Merits to rank up and it is really hard , but I do think you do realize the importance of quality too . Racism or Racial segregation! The effect associated with this term can best be felt when your in the victims shoes. It is an unworthy and inhumane act of one race to another. I wonder if animals segregate and to be optimistic, I think not else the breed of dogs amongst other domestic and pet animals today would have been very few. Animals are only territorial which virtually based on protection. Race is to humans as breed is to animals but then, racism isn't based on protection, no, not at all. It only be littles a race in contrast to another which is wrong in every contest. If our pet animals don't do it, Why should humans? We are all humans and belong to the same specie, capable of reasoning, working together, conceiving good and helpful ideas and we also, suffer the same disasters.
