They also accept only Bitcoin as payment method, don't have any phone number, don't have information about the company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!! Why on earth would you send money to a non-reputable service you have no idea about? Always do some research before sending them your hard-earned money. Only use reputable Antminer stores/websites. Looking at his post history (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2798500;sa=showPosts) you will see that this is not the first time he got scammed from buying a fake antminer store if this was true then I don't think he will ever learn on not buying mining rigs in untrustworthy websites. @OP if you want to avoid losing money and avoid getting scammed I think the best way to do this is to buy in recognized and trusted sellers of the mining rigs and don't trust websites that are new or lacks feedback for their services.
