I wanted to raise issue against Coss.io Exchange as i am not able to find my holding coss token in exchange after new launch of website it was paused for some time for upgradation . Even i have communicated with team in Telegram and multiple support ticket in platform
As mentioned in this article i kept all my coss token in exchange at the time of swap

After multiple request and Telegram chat they are saying i am not holding any coins in exchange apart from that i was holding some other token in exchange now no tokens are appeared i exchange

I am writing  this post to verify from coss team . If it is not resolved then will moved to Scam accusation section based on Bitcointalk Community feedback. Because this exchange looks very much unethical .
Already i lost my money in Cryptopia , Dropil now another one Coss .

It will help if you will also link the thread of this accusation  in their Ann so every holders can also see the complain against  this exchange.

Better if they can read and resolve the issue before you move this to scam accusation.

There is also many complain  in this exchange regarding the swap that you can read in announcement  thread .

During their tokensale like more than 3 years ago i liked this project so match and i expected it to be great but the fact is that it is still struggling with low volumes and the team does not seem to have any strategy regarding the situation other than changing staff members a few times already, i hope this exchange will finally find some momentum so that atleast investors can recover their long trapped funds.

The same thing was happened me also but there is no proper response from them until now, Let's see some more time if my issue will not resolved sure we are going to raise a scam accelerate about this issue and one more thing I also lost my few valuable coins at cryptopia it is really very disappointing me.

There should be a problem with the migration. Did they reply to your tickets on the exchange? I didn't used them and looks like they have no volume anymore to their exchange as per CMC.

omg. I have some coss token also in that exchange during the swap. I did not log in a few months there. Now I am afraid that I have any token in the exchange or not. I am going to log in to the exchange. Let's see what happen and I will come back here.

but the wallet is still 0, Maybe the user have to pass kyc what I guess after reading some tweet and comments in twitter.

This is some serious issue, I think all those involved should get  in touch , perhaps through their telegram and see the out come  before taking it to scam accusation board, I really do not trade in every exchange, I just pick some few and do my tradings there,to avoid issues like this.

I hope they would listen to you and resolve your issue amicably in a professional manner, my coss were swapped to cos after their platform was transferred or sold to a new management and they decided to swap the token and also update the dashboard and user interface, although your case is a bit complicated but we cannot raise fingers at coss yet unless there are few more similar complains here, i hope coss will coperate and solve your issue as in the end these platforms are for the convenience of the users.

No they are saying there is no COss token available in exchange as we didnot do manual Swapping process . Itried multiple tickets even i cointactected team through Telegram no response soon i will provide all screenshot of ticket and Telegram chat . These people doesnt have any ethics . As mentioned in their artile we kept coin in Exchange now they are saying lots of rules

I have done all the things raising support ticket in their platform multiple tickets also telegram channel but did not get satisfying result . About authenticity of exchange it was one of the well known exchange with decent daily transaction . Also they were giving devidend for holding coss token in exchange. So i believed in exchange and kept coin in exchange . even i had other token in exchange but now turn out to everything 0.

It is true that their reputation before isn't questioned and one of the most suggested exchanges. But lately, I don't know why there's a sudden change in their behavior such as with your case.
Their token is also one of the most suggested for dividends. If you still won't get replies and actions from them, it's hard to say that you should already lie-low with it and think of what you want to think about them.

Some update:

1. You have to go https://www.coss.io/i_cant_wait to recover your account.
2. After inputting you email there you will get a temporary password through email.
3. Copy the temp password and insert it to change your password.
4. After changing the password login in the exchange
5. Create a wallet in which currency you have some balance, For example, Cos token
6. You can see your fund In-Audit Balance
7. You have to wait to get balance in the main account.

After reading this post, I realized I had staked some coss tokens on the platform and it were earning some droplets of coins in the past. Thanks to the replies above, I was able to login to my account resetting my password but going in, nothing is familiar, the old GUI was more cleaner and better and they have complicated everything and most of all I can't see my balance.

It's been a long time not connected with coss exchange, lastly I didn't experience any problems with that exchange. There have been many complaints in this thread due to the loss of their coss tokens after the swap and unfortunately, the team did not respond, they did not realize the impact of the risk of a bad reputation from the community and I think this case is worth discussing in the reputation or scam association.

As you mentioned the above i have done it two months before even i ceated support ticket also communicated with team . They are keep on randomly saying we have to swap manually in exchange even if i am saying i have done it to new token they are not replying they simply answer same . It is highly not acceptable with the exchange . Already we hurt with lots of exchange scams and scam projects  .  Cryptopia i lost asset . Dropil another one had huge loss . Now fighting against Coss .

I remember back in the day when this exchanged opened, we were all very excited about it and of earning the passive rewards by having COSS in our erc20 wallets or on the exchange. I made a big mistake though of not selling at the all time highs and then of course the price tanked and never really recovered. I know my Father has a few COSS tokens left but I gave up following the progress as there were so many changes I couldn't really keep up with it. I will have to go to their telegram and see what's going on so I can try to retrieve my Dad's tokens for him if at all still possible.

Never store crypto on centralized exchanges. Don't even see the appeal in COSS, since it's a centralized exchange.

You can profit off the trading fees on DEX's today, which is way more promising. Blocknet is a good example of this. You need to hold a node though (5000 BLOCK) to take the DEX trading fees.
The income potential is huge though.

I think they are the pioneer on that passive income  I bought a lot back then and also bought Kucoin token because they both have the same feature, passive income but when I saw that the price is crashing back 2018 I sold all my stakes and never heard of them if you have proof that you have deposited on that platform and they do not want to credit you then it's better to open a scam accusation.

I also have some COSS coins at this exchange, but until now, I have not regained them because, after a long time of closure, they have canceled my token. I'm really sad, but I can't do anything else because I'm not the one who decides everything. Anyway, in the past, I made a big profit from this coin, but after that time, the coin only dropped, making everyone here feel more disappointed.

Thats why small exchanges are not the best choice. Hope that they will resolve your problem

I've used coss in the past just to sell tokens and things went seamlessly but after reading your post and some other comments suggesting the disappearance of their coss token, I believe they aren't decent anymore and it will be very good if this topic can be moved to scam and accusation section. If you have a solid proof of depositing token into this platform, it will be better to post all of them here and let everyone see. Their users are not that much so I do not see any reason why they should not reply to all your ticket.

That's right, I also haven't used COSS exchange for a long time, but if there is news about the number of complaints due to losing the exchange users' tokens, then I will avoid this exchange and will never use it again in the future, even in my past also never experienced problems with COSS exchange.

I think I can still remember when most people were talking about this code exchange like it was a good one, perhaps it was during when it was launched ,but reading from post now, it seem i have to stay away because of the recent complication most traders are having,I hope your issues get's rectified.

Not only the COSS Exchange but there are many others like; Coinexchange and Cryptopia has also practices many unethical behaviour. In this exchanges there are no security of the trader and the investors funds. The exchanges are hacked many times and also fishers are also fishing the customer account and steal all the token. But, they are not taking any security measure nor refunding the funds of the traders.
