Try to take a look at BitcoinAverage or CryptoCompare APIs. They both use WebSockets.

You also have CoinGecko, and Coinapi.io but I'm not sure how often do they update the prices.

You can see live data in investing.com, and they have nice apps as well.

If you are mainly worried about price.

Not sure if this is the type of API you're looking for, but if you want something for a website that's really really nooby-friendly, try out Coinlib's widgets[1]. You literally just copy-paste the code, and voilą!

Maybe you are looking for generators for shortcodes to be put into websites as well. Found this on the web, maybe it could be proven useful. I'm not sure where the script is getting the prices though.

They use a paid plugin (maybe their own). It pulls the data from various exchanges API directly, but the accuracy is open for debate. While it's not that expensive ($20), I'd suggest OP to use open-source and free plugins if possible.

Thank you guys for your responses.

More likely I'm looking for ready scripts. Chainsage came to my mind but seems website isn't available at the moment. I'm looking for similar script with similar, nice UI.

Thanks for api suggestions, if there isn't any good script, then I may build mine but still leaving this thread open.

Coingecko does recent updates and they are active here on the forum as well.

Messari is also another one which have recently have had alot of appeal ever since coinmarketcap was acquired by binance causing most of the eyes from that site to find other options on where to check on the price.
