Hello, I am back to this forum after fighting against corona, finally I can be here again.

So, what are the recent updates about bitcoin and what do you expect to happen in one year from now?

You don't really think that someone will write a post here explaining what happened in crypto world in the last few months? Why don't you read for yourself. The best thing about forums is that valuable posts don't get lost in bunch of stupid messages like on Telegram for example. Take your time and read what happened while you were away.

Welcome back, I'm guessing that it was a tough fight but here you are overcomed the virus.

The recent thing that happened was bitcoin reached $10k but it corrected and got back to $9,400. You can check the other recent things and updates through Speculation and Press sections.

There was the halving.
There were a lot of price fluctuations, you can see here: https://bitcoinwisdom.io/markets/bitstamp/btcusd maybe set it to 4h so you can see the prices since the start of this year.
The mempool is quite loaded lately (excepting the last week-end), so the tx fees are higher and many started to complain.


Since there was the halving and also the governments are printing money (hence making it less valuable) we expect (as usual) moon  :D
However, some still expect huge drop and we have to stay realistic: the market is still volatile and rather unpredictable.

Nothing much I guess, we are still trying to get that most sought 5 digit figures, but it seems that when we go and breach it, the price wasn't that sustainable.

As far as what's going to happen in one year, everyone is hoping to see that we can get to a new all-time-high.

As you may know there are lots of repetitive threads in this forum as always, therefore i think the best to know what is happening is to ask people directly.

Well, after everything happened in the last few months (including corona) do you think the bitcoin price would still be able to fulfill our expectations?


Could it be because of the disease that affects the economic side so that people lose faith on Bitcoin?

I cannot tell what the future holds. I think that Bitcoin will fulfill our long term expectations if we don't give it a deadline.
Whether it's "moon" in a year or not, I cannot tell. I hope so though.

What's important is that you have recovered. As for the development, mostly it has been said to you already and everybody is just looking to the price movement because it's the latest talk this time.

So first of all, congratulations for winning against the odds brought on by CoVid-19. I am wishing you all the best of health and the many good things that can happen soon with your second chance of life. Just to summarized on Bitcoin: Amid the many problems experienced by the world, BTC reached the 10K zone yesterday but as I was expecting there is a retracement today though maybe there can be still a lot of energy left to surmount the 10K challenge once more in the next few days.

You are welcomed for being a winner from the Corona War. It is not possible to explain here what happened in bitcoin market and what is going to happen. There are a lots of sources for getting information. The world is open for you. Just visit in different links like website, social media, news paper etc. You will get sufficient information and realize yourself what is going to happen in the future. Bitcoin breaks the 10K resistance just recently and then dumped back to $9400 and right now its about to go up again with its tiny steps to once again test.

As usual, bitcoin tries to jump up at $10k above but hard to hold on to that price.

As usual, the market price of the bitcoin is volatile from the previous weeks there are a lot of times that the bitcoin want to reach out the market price over 10k which is I think it is already the third time to attempt and maintain the market price on it but not all the time the price of the coin will now reach into the highest peak.

The price of the bitcoin drops immediately after it is reached its highest peak of 10.2k dollars which is enough profit for an investor and traders.


Still, there is some problem because of the pandemic outbreak because it is not still finished and some of the people cannot make an investment even they know the bitcoin is one of the safe heaven into the world right now but still they need to have enough money as the capability to survive on this outbreak.

First of all very pleased to see that you come back again with fighting corona. think you will be happy to see that in this crisis moment BTC hit 10k$ and its was really surprising to all crypto lovers. Think people tried to invest from home in online currency so that BTC going to moon now. Google announced a change in the update of its advertising policy. The blockade will apply to ads that promote both cryptocurrencies and exchanges, but also to the original offers of tokens that allow companies to raise funds for development.

Every year their will be expectation of bitcoin will replace the USD and from my participation on forum it was in a talk and unfortunately it was not occur yet. May be it will be expected next year also .The reason of expectation for this change is quite simple. The price of bitcoin will get into peak,if it occur so.`

Wow, thank God you survived this Covid-19 virus and welcome back. I don't think much has really happened apart from the price declining to a low when the coronavirus became a pandemic. The price dropped to $3k rate, but as you can see it's already getting to $10k (reached $10k this week, but dropped within few hours).

A lot might have happened, but they are not really something serious and worth mentioning. And from the looks of things you're already an old member and you're good at this. There is no big time constrain for bitcoiners; it means we can cope up easily with respect to gaining knowledge and investments. So, you can easily get your way around and learn about everything you would like to know. Good to have you back mate.

Good to see you've recovered from the corona virus. The bitcoin is still the same, its price varies from time to time. Rather than directly asking here, you can read some articles about the recent updates in bitcoin. Actually there was a halving, it means that the amount of bitcoin mined every 4 years or after 210k transactions reduces by 50%.  You can read some articles about it for more information. Keep safe!
