Long story short, this dude ask me to close my dispute in order to get ordered netflix account. And i did it. So now i cant reopen case on Paypal. It seems to happen quite often:Then ask me again to close the case NEVER close a dispute until you have a cleared refund or your item. You CANNOT re-open a closed dispute. Scam seller often say to close it so they can refund you and then when you do so you never hear from them again. You then find that you can't open another dispute for the same transaction. |
