Looking at his posts I found that this guy has lots of dummy accounts with high rank.

That was a brand new account so you shouldn't go without having the fund escrowed. May the in this one you paid for the lesson. So don't regret much.

@OP, sorry you were abused this way.  Time is money, and you did suffer a loss.

I tagged the account, and mentioned that he's selling accounts in the review I left for him.  Hopefully folks will take time to read his reviews page before dealing with him.

You can also create a flag against this user, type 2 would be appropriate in this case, here's the link:

never accept any deal with a newbie unless funds are payed earlier (they go first) or you are using a well known escrow.
It's to easy scam money and then create a new account :( ...

If you look post history he has changed username in telegram probably he has already scammed some one and then changed username (since it's very hard he has sold this account as "newbie")
