1. Move this topic to the services board, and edit your post (add more details about the site, amount, etc.) but I don't think you'll find someone who will do it for 1:1. 2. You didn't mention which service you're trying to pay, but if it's a known one, try to look into these sites (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5208530.0), they might have gift cards for it. Also, if the amount is lower than 50 GBP and credit cards are accepted, you can buy VCCs from Coinsbee and pay for your invoice.
