There are few specific requirements which would ne discussed with the developer. Basically need a coin with a strong source code and the ability to whitelist users. More details would be shared soon. Cheapest bid would be choosen but experience/portfolio would be considered strictly. Not keeping this self moderated as want to be transparant but I'll not respond to those having no previous experience or just registered newbie accounts.
