Do you have another proof?

Seem like there is no reason to call that this exchange is scam since there is no an authentic proof here. I mean the exchange does not carry out illegal actions such as deceiving users and etc.

I'm glad that it is posted here, I almost traded my IDENA here but I read a lot of negative things about this exchange, it's better that this exchange is exposed and reported this early, they really do wash trading, this is a big warning for every traders and developers.

What happened: Scam chinese exchange with fake volume and washtrading, doing exitscam and busted by police.
They have already mentioned that police locked their computers and currently the case is going on. I don’t think police took the action without having a valid accusation against them. In a situation like this i think some of their recent users are passing hard time and its all about their deposited fund. I hope police will investigate properly and they will take necessary steps to return the traders fund before closing the exchange by their law.

I always suggest people to avoid exchanges which have bad records or negative reviews because if you are not careful about their past then obviously you are taking unnecessary risks with your fund.

Note: "OP" you can make your topic slightly shorter by deleting some information from the domain details area which will help thread visitors to read your topic quickly.

Updated and added more information.
They LIE they are located in United Kingdom, when it is clear they are from China, Sichuan.

I left all data with location on purpose with all their old domains they used,
but I moved it to from 'quote' to 'code'

Don't use this scam exchange!

If they are already busted by the police then why is there website still up and running? Can you give us a link about any official statement from the authorities about this QBTC exchange with any of their official statements about it because it seems like I cannot find anything about it. Reading screenshots of the supposedly QBTC exchange's telegram account wouldn't be enough to say that the police have indeed catch them for all we know this Telegram account isn't even real. The threads you also have provided from the forum doesn't really justify the exchange being a scam and it only spread doubt rather than a clear answer of it being a scam.

Are you blind or what?
No need to write crap question just to fill your signature campaign.

You use brain and your eyes to look posted images and information,
or look in their official Telegram:
https://t.me/QBTCexchangeEN/2286
https://t.me/QBTCexchangeCN
Telegram account IS real and OFFICIAL, and youu can try send them Bitcoin and then try to withdraw for test  ;D

I can only assume you are maybe somehow connected with this scam!

If it is really down then why I am able to visit the website now?

Bro if you can't honestly answer replies or questions like this then I don't think you are prepared to create an accusation against them. Obviously if they are really having trouble against the police their websites should be down right now which in fact until now they aren't. I'm not saying that they are clean but what I am really saying is they might just be using the police as an excuse just for their users not to be able to withdraw their funds. And if you are really looking for the truth then why are you still using their Telegram channels to find proof against them? It's like a murderer trying to give you the murder weapon just to bust them.

If it is really down then why I am able to visit the website now?
Why you waited so much to reply?
Is it because you are connected with this scam 诈骗 or you felt a shame?
Thank you for monitoring it for us  ;D

-Are you asking official statements for all scams or just for chinese scams?
-How do you call exchange from china that lies to you about location?
-How do you call exchange from china that allows deposits, but not withdrawals?
-How do you call exchange from china that have all washtrading?

People call this a SCAM

Website was not working for days, and as a proof I have this screenshot:
https://i.imgur.com/2Iv1gdc.jpg

Visit their telegram and see people complaining, or try to deposit and withdraw coins if you trust them
Until then I will consider you one of their supporter and defender

And if you are really looking for the truth then why are you still using their Telegram channels to find proof against them? It's like a murderer trying to give you the murder weapon just to bust them.
I hope you know to use telegram...don't you? I know it's hard for you.
No need to join any group to read it...
One more lesson for you.  ::)

Now it looks good. Based on your provided information its clear that this exchange is running their business from china and tried to hide this from their users. Still their users are waiting for their withdrawals but they announced that local police have taken the control of their office and computers. In a situation like this users who have their pending withdrawals and trading fund on that exchange have no option left but waiting for updates from the exchange authority.

After knowing all these information about them i don't think anyone will take the risk of using their exchange. Keep giving updates and wait for the final announcement from their end. If really investigation is going on then hopefully we can expect the report in a few days.

Due to what i have experienced from an exchange site like chaoex (https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/chaoex/) which i have some few USDT i purposed want to use it to accumulate BTC when dip cause the exchange price is lower than other exchange in the market.
Every exchange site that lied about their location or license will definitely end up scamming their users and i believed that's enough evidence. However, theres chance that the local police took over everything that belong to them after someone might have report the issue.
